I called the store just two minutes before they were supposed to close because I was 3 minutes away and asked if there is anyway they could let me run in really quick for feminine products. They were so polite and understanding and not only were they at the door waiting for me they had the product I needed at the register so I didn’t have to look. Amazing customer service and Even more AMAZING people. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️!

For one it’s a big smoke bomb on truck day I hate coming in on Saturdays they have the back door open while smoking right basically inside the building you can smell it in the store that’s how I know it’s truck day because they’re in the back smoking in the front as well. Plus it’s kids an old people all threw there . If they cleaned more then they smoked the place a look alot better inside an out. Oo an the MANAGER! . Left Important documents about their bank statements un shredded flying out everywhere in a parking lot. All their recent bank deposits the store has got lazy

Great place to take your young kids to shop for others or rewards. I LOVE how everything is a buck here. Like always somethings can be found cheaper at other stores so know your prices at other stores and make a good decision. Cards are cheep two for a buck or Hallmark cards are a buck.

Store is always messy !! Probably one of the worst dollars trees in the area! Never has anything stocked ! Always tons of stuff on the floor! And omg don't use the bathroom 🤮 But yet the workers can smoke in front by the doors.🤢

A year ago it would have rated a 4. Yesterday when I entered the store, I was stunned by the mess!!! Large areas of shelves/pegboards with nothing but a few damaged products strewn about below... Piles of half-opened boxes in the aisles (customers had been digging through them in hopes of finding something)... It was worse than my teenaged grandson's bedroom !! I would have assumed that the manager couldn't get enough employees- except 3 young employees were lounging out in front of the store. So I can only assume that the unfortunate, underpaid manager can only find unmanageable employees in this unfortunate city. Dollar Tree's decision to raise the prices to $1.25 (over a year before inflation spiraled) SHOULD translate into generous pay raises - at least for managers. I will NOT be returning to this store (which is closest to our home).

The Cashier Spoke to me in a Condescending tone & was very Rude. She argued with me with other customers waiting to check out. I simply needed to switch out items. She had no customer service skill. This could have escalated to much more. The manager had asked her to step back several times. Instead of the cashier switching out the items she rang up all items as a new purchase. When I reminded her they were to be switched out she got upset!

This place was very filthy. Even the coolers were filthy with pop on the glass where the bottles of pop were.. I've never seen anything like it. Stuff not in the right place everywhere throughout the store just thrown on the shelves, boxes of inventory on the shelves and floors throughout the store. Floor could use a cleaning. I'm not sure how they even got good reviews. It smelled really bad too. I've never been here before today. I will not go back. Yuck.

This location is disgusting. The main. Entrance sidewalk is a GIANT ASHTRAY. The employee's sit 5 feet from the door sucking down cigarettes and then throw them on the ground.. there were at least 50+ all around. In every side walk crack was filled. Isn't maintaining the entrance a job requirement, especially when the employee's are the ones making it gross.

Store was spotless and the shelves were stocked very neatly. The manager was extremely polite and nice to his workers - who were also very sweet. A very pleasant experience overall.
