They always be out of too many items, I can't tell if they sell the Reese's or people stealing the Reeses because they never have Reese's and that is a huge problem for a Reese's lover like me!

This store is the worst ever. They never have anything in stock, they take there time to come to the register when some one comes to the register. The attitude that they have is so disrespectful. Then top it all this boy put his hands on a female. I will never go back there again

When they first opened up it was great, but either they are very understaffed or they just don't care, but the goods seem to always in carts, never on the shelves. The staff is friendly.

You're store is always out of my brand of cigarettes. It's inconvenient for me to travel further to obtain my brand when your store is closer. Other than that the staff is great.

This was the worst experience ever. A cashier named Marlon was very distasteful and rude he got into a whole fight WITH A WOMAN. Very unprofessional he should not be working there as problematic as he seems. I WILL NOT BE BACK THERE.

Tonight at this store one of ur man workers got n a whole fight with a girl. His name is marlon he is ghetto and has a bad attitude and was really fighting a girl here at this store in the parking lot. I’ll never be back here to this ratchet store

The one on Rossville Blvd, no sir I would not tell anyone to go to this store, the store was messy and the aisles were crowded with boxes and merchandise that hadn't been stocked on shelves yet and to top it off the cashier was slow as molasses, she was very nice though, but if she did more scanning and less talking things probably would go quicker

If I could, I would give this store ZERO stars!! I was at the Family Dollar across the street from this store and I witnessed a Dollar General worker that goes by the name Marlon cross the street to provoke a young lady who was minding her business. He then began to assault her as the confrontation between the two of them got heated. He is always nasty and displays a absolutely DISGUSTING attitude every time I’m in the store. It had gotten to the point where I didn’t even want to shop at the Dollar General store on Wilcox Rd. anymore. This young man needs to be fired before he is the reason that the store loses all of its business!

With 7 people in line, taking the plastic off clothing should have a lower priority than customers in line. I could understand if the clerk was in the back of the store and didn't know; but to look up several times see the line and not open another register is unacceptable.

Customer service is always wonderful at this location. No matter what kind of a mood I might be in when I arrive, the employees always seem to make it a better one. Just seeing them smiling at me and always being friendly and very kind always seems to put me in a better mood and I end up leaving there smiling. Keep up the amazing kindness and I will continue coming back everytime.

I would fire everyone here you shouldn't expect your customers to unpack the stuff you get off the truck shelf are extremely empty can't get anything im sent here for because its either a extremely big mess or you have to dig through there carts to find the stuff they should already have on the shelf everyone here just waiting on a paycheck and dont want to do there job will be taking pictures to post on social media about how bad this place is

Store is always a mess no products. Rude associates. I was a manager then assistant for 6 years with dollar general and have never seen a store this awful.
