My dogs are too heavy to lift into the bath tub at home so this place comes in handy. I love the fact we can hook our dogs collar to the sink so they can't jump out. That's very convenient.

I will never use this car wash again! The vacuum cleaner I put 75 cents into had zero suction, the wash bays had terrible lag time when switching modes costing you extra money. The garbage cans were overflowing. What a waste of my time and money.

I have washed my cars here for years. Previously I would have rated the car wash 3 stars. Decent but nothing special. Today I went and it was horrible and I will never go there again. One stall the wand was missing. One stall had the wand and the brush hoses tangled. One stall had water leaking from ceiling. Finally I found a half decent stall and put my $2.50 in to start it and turned it to wash and no soap came out. I started to rinse my car off and hoped the soap would start to come out but it didn’t. Then someone from the stall next to me asked if I had any soap and I said no so looks like none of them had soap. No attendant there to give me back my money. Obviously I won’t be going back. The place was a doggine mess. Pun intended.

The dog wash tubs are good sized -wide, and you can access your dog on both sides- and there's 2 of them, but the car wash gives you very little time for your money, there's no card swipe or change machine or staff to make change.

I'm sitting here and must review before I leave. Dont waste $7 like I just did. Spent $5 to wash and my car is still filthy. Literally covered my finger in dirt after JUST washing. Vacuum suction is not good. Stay at home with a hose and sponge.

They have a great self serve dog wash. For about 6 bucks you can wash and dry your dog and not have to make that mess at home! The room is usually clean and there are 2 tubs, so there is rarely a wait. Don't forget to bring singles or change because sometimes the change machine is out of order.

pick a different car wash and other but this place. when used no sope came out when selecting the different settings. tips were broken plase had trash scatter. looked run down and not maintained. pick a different carwash.

Pet was for both my labs. Easy cost is $7.00 for 12:00 minutes. Just enough time. You bring your own towels and the shampoo there are different types. Machine is just like the car wash.

Used my debit card to self wash my car it took me 5 minutes to spray it off.... when done the machine said total charge of $5when I looked at bank statement i was charged $10. I called the number and left a message the owner called me back once I explained to her what happened.. she said sometimes $10 is charged and it turns back into $5... I'm still waiting for mine to turn lol.. $2 a minute is a little steep to use a high pressure water hose.. you should be charged what's it cost is not waiting for something that turned back into something I'll never go back.

Three times now I’ve put money into either their coin machine vending machine or car wash and it’s taken it. The last time it was 10 bucks in their change machine. I called left a message and called again with no reply. I’ll take the 12 dollars a week I was spending there and go somewhere else. This really sucks because for the last five years I’ve used them because they are so close to my house.

If I could give no stars I would. Used my card to wash my truck, water had no pressure. Brushes aren't what they use to be. Transaction took about about 10 seconds. Machine still charge me $5 when it clearly says $3. I reach out to the owner online cause, voicemail is full. NO RESPONSE. BAD BUSINESS 👎.

First time I ever came here and regretted it. Went to use the change machine and it wouldn't take dollar bills. So I used my card at the self-clean. I power washed my truck, scrubbed it down with the brush that was bent, went to Rinse off and the truck was still completely dirty. The brush did absolutely nothing because it was so dirty. I had to go back through rinsing the dirt off and using my hand. On top of that the machine cut off once in the middle of washing my truck. Definitely a waste of 10 bucks

Lets not even talk about how long it takes the pressure washer to switch between setttings- basically wasting my money. Lets talk about the staff. Today I used the facility to wash my suv. Whilst finishing up an employee walked up to my wife and I holding a beer bottle. He asks if it was ours. Which we kindly let him know it wasnt. And instead of walking the 10feet over to the dumpster to properly dispose of it. He broke it on the parking lot right by the bay entrance. My wife asked what about peoples tires. All he would say is dont drive there. This is a dog and car wash. A dog could rip up their paws or heaven forbid a child falls on it. Completly and utterly unprofessional. We will not be back.

The absolute worse place with no care in the world machines constantly broken and stealing your money. No kind of customer service as no one is ever there no one answers phones or call back. No Pressure on washers vacuums barely vacuum anything or hoses falling apart if I could I'd rate it No Stars at all!!

If you want to be robbed for your money just go here! No one will return your calls for reimbursement machines suck and dont work correctly,vacuuming is a waste of time machines either falling apart or dont suction. Water pressure is low or at times doesn't spray correctly.A total waste of a place I'd rate it minus -5 stars 🗑🚮

My only complaint is the $7 fee is NOT accurate. They charge $10 for 12 min. I drive across county lines because this Dog 🐕 wash has bubbles. The tubs are kept clean and stocked with soap for washing. I like the easy access to left and right sides. Most times its unoccupied so nice and peaceful for a reactive dog. Kudos and keep up the good job.

Hoses in the car wash torn, leaking everywhere. Vacuums kept eating my quarters. Please do some repairs on your car wash or you will lose a great deal of business. Reasonable prices if the equipment would work properly.

I went 2 use the dog wash. Needs a little brighter light in there for nighttime. Water pressure was too hard needs 2 be able 2 be adjusted 🤨🤨 but it was clean & got the job done ✔️

Did the self wash by using my card no soap coming out of brush just water then the foamy conditioner nothing at all then A little liquid spitting out tried to find an employee office empty. Had to run my card again just to rinse off with water and still A dirty car . Then the vacuum scratched my leather seat of my new car with 2000 miles. Terrible experience would like A full refund at the least. If something isn't working out A sign up on the bay
