This owner I dealt with directly, they normally sell good quality used cars at a very reasonable rate, and are normally determined to make you another satisfied customer. 2 thumbs down for Digital Auto!! Just when you think you've finally found a car lot that was going to be honest and do right by it's customers, they lie and turn around and sell you a rebuilt titled car without making you aware of it??? Please beware of these guys!!! My family has bought several cars from them, then they chose to break the trust along with cursing at the customers! That's just bad business!! I wrote a check for $3000 and got refunded $2800, no paperwork, no car fax?? Eventually you will be misadvised. 😣

Updated 2023: Sold my Prius 4 years later still going strong. New battery and other minor fairly routine maintenance, but still looking good and being very driveable! I bought a 2008 Prius with 216k on it as my first car. The shopping experience was overall excellent. They give you the keys to any cars you're looking at, scan your license if you'd like to take a test drive, encourage you to get an inspection (I did not), and let you choose when to come in and negotiate. I was undecided between two Prii after test-driving. We went in and talked to Mike, and we decided I should get the better but slightly more expensive one. I had three requirements: a new windshield, an A/C recharge (probably unnecessary, probably caused by operator error), and new tools in the trunk. He agreed to those and we negotiated based on the out-the-door price. I had a firm cap, and he finally suggested $100 above it. When I hesitated, he said I was then supposed to offer $100 below, and we would settle on just the amount I wanted, although he didn't know that was my cap. A great negotiating experience, especially when he knew I was inexperienced at car buying. They also offer 48-hour? returns if you end up not liking the car and they do take cards for deposits at least. My car hasn't had major issues since I got it. It has a minor knock when climbing hills, burns a bit of oil, and had the dashboard combination meter go black a couple times. None of these are major issues, and they are all somewhat normal for an older 2nd gen Prius. They do have a $600 dealer fee added to all sales. The paperwork was also a little weird when it was sent to us, but that was quickly resolved. Faisal also is less experienced than his father, Mike. You may have better results working with Mike if possible. All around, I enjoyed my experience here, and if I ever need another Prius, I'm likely to shop with them. I also have and will recommend them to others in the area looking for a Prius.

Wonderful experience with Digital Auto. I bought a 2013 Infiniti JX35 and the experience was great. Everything from the initial contact of interest to the delivery of the vehicle. I live in Alabama so they delivered the car promptly after all paperwork was completed. The virtual tour of the vehicle was very descriptive. There was nothing hidden or disguised. They were honest with everything up front and very friendly and courteous. I was working with Faisal Ali and he made my first out of town endeavor comforting! I would refer any and everyone to these guys!

Great car buying experience, I believe it was the best and fastest I've ever delt with. The staff was very nice and understanding with our cranky baby who skipped nap time. Mike Ali was amazing to work with. We got a deal done for a 2007 Subaru Forester with less than 50k miles while I was in another state. When shipping transport fell through, Mike drive the vehicle 3.5 hours to me. Awesome and honest guy. I'd choose someone like Mike over a pushy and dishonest salesman at a large showroom. when I went to go look at a car the staff was nice and friendly. They told me that the car I was looking at was in perfectly great condition. I took it for a test drive where it sounded a little bit loud while driving it, but I am a young 19-year-old woman who doesn’t know anything about cars so I was under the impression that that is how it was supposed to sound. I purchased the car because they said that it was nothing wrong with it. I went out of town and left the car with my family. They drove it around and have previously owned the same car that I purchased. They called me and told me that that is not what the car is supposed to sound like and that something is definitely broken. They took it to a mechanic for me and the mechanic said that the transmission has been bad for about 4 to 5 months. So Digital Auto has lied to me at this point, so I called them and I took the car to them. They said that their mechanic would check it out and that they would go from there. When I was on the phone with Mike he was very rude and would not listen to me. They took my car for four days before they even told me what they thought was wrong with it and then proceeded to tell me that they aren’t going to do anything about it. Do not buy your car from here the staff will lie to you to get you to buy the car and then when you have issues with the car that you just bought they won’t do anything about it.

Just bought a car. Joe was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and we are very happy with our purchase. Joe wasn’t pushy or short with us. Definitely recommended! EDITED to drop my rating to 4 stars. Post purchase, Joe texted me asking for an additional $46 that we previously agreed we didn’t need to pay. Not that upset, still happy with the car, just a very odd interaction post sale.
