Never again. I've dealt with them 3 times and every time the price that they asked/charged was WAY more than the price discussed. I guess thats why they don't put prices on the flyer...so they can charge you based off of perceived income. Don't let them fool you, mgmt is far from amazing

Rich is a class act and his staff is so amazing!!! I had mobile detailing done by a company claiming to be the "Detail Kings" but were imposters called "Las Vegas Detail Kingz" with a "z" at the end instead of an "s". The guy from Las Vegas Detail Kingz damaged the interior of my car by creating stains that weren't there before he started. The guy also didn't bring the proper equipment to buff out scratches which was the main reason for the appointment. Of course I paid him and someone was supposed to come back and fix it. I went online and did some research after the guy kept avoiding my calls and telling me he was coming in an hour but never showed up. I contacted Rich with Detail Kings thinking that was his boss but that's when I realized the guy that came out was an imposter!!! The company even used the name Detail Kings with an "s" instead of a "z" in messages!!! I explained what happened to Rich and he immediately told me to come in and he'd see what he could do. Going to the real Detail Kings was a totally different experience. I pulled up and the staff greeted me with a smile. I pointed out everything the Las Vegas Detail Kingz did as far as damage and the scratches still on the car. Everyone got right to work and I was out of there in no time with a perfectly clean unstained interior and what looks like a shiny new car. Detail Kings are the best!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who likes to have things done right the first time ;-)

This is my second visit to Detail Kings. The first was before they moved to the new location and I Had our Mercedes detailed. The review is further down and covers the fantastic job they did on that car. This trip. I was very happy with the work this time on a new car just purchased. I wanted a good coat of wax on the car from the start. The price was right the gentleman that I dropped the car off with ( I think it was Mike) , was very helpful and gave me an estamted time that proved to be right on time. The car looks great! It’s amaizing how much better a new car can look with a good wax nd buff. Next up is my wife’s new car. I have no doubt that they will provide the same excellent service. We will absolutely keep our cars in top shape by using their services frequently.

Rafael and Josh came to clean my car after driving from VA back to NV twice. Going through a rainstorm and snow storm. Single mom with 3 kids. My car was destroyed inside and out. Even the baby car seat. They made my car look brand new again and even did the car seat for me. They came same day I called and had reasonable pricing. They were also super respectful and kind. The location is very convenient for us as we have our cars cleaned while we're at the gym. The service here is worth every penny, they do everything by hand and it's done in a reasonable time.
