usually i would give this place an excellent rating until today! we had a problem with one of their machines and there is no number posted and when i tried to call there was not an answering machine to even leave a message! very upsetting because mind you we have 7 cars and are in here all the time ! they should at least have a number for you to leave a message when you have problems with their equipment

So I was up late going over my banking statements and noticed this company has been charging my card $10.00 when I slide my card to self wash. When I press end its says total $2.00. this company is a scam !!!!! BEWARE I will be disputing with my bank ! They have been doing this for 3 months and I wash my car once a week u do the math.

The new smog girl does not seem to understand her job. She does not know what she's looking at. The computerized smog machine will tell you if someone modified or eliminated any required smog equipment. Instead she acted like a cop looking for modifications. The same truck they smogged for 30 yrs.i was treated like a criminal for an hour.

Change machine is broken so I can’t get a car wash. Lots of employees being useless, not helpful. Thanks! Been coming here over 10 years. Never extremely satisfied but this is the last straw. Refusing to take my money. Deserves 0 stars. I don’t live close either!

This place deserves a five out of five rating. Every single time I’ve gone and I’ve gone for years everyone has always been very helpful and professional. The pricing is of the lowest to town and you get a free car wash coupon!!! Worth coming here!!!

First time here. I have been looking for a good self wash. So far this is the second place i try and its been disappointing. Both places are. Here theres no soap on the power gun. Even though it says Soap pressure wash. My car looks nasty and dirty after I washed it.

Very fast annual Smog Check plus unlimited free minutes in the adjacent car wash for less than 3 hours of minimum wages??? Yep! Don't know how he makes a living, because he's certainly not doing it with my money. The car wash is excellent by self-serve standards. I would never consider going elsewhere. You shouldn't either.

I have been coming to this car wash for over 20 years now and used to love it. I just had the worst experience using this facility. The hose for the pressure washer has not been maintained or cleaned for a while and it was gunked up pretty badly. Every time the hose would tap the car it would flake off some kind of oily dirty residue and land on my car or on me. I had to wash the car twice because of this and it ruined my clothes and doubled the cost of the wash. Even better, the connection on the swivel was faulty and I'm now covered in pre rinse. Please maintain your facility, doubtful I will return.

Update: I have been using this place for years and I will be looking for a new place to go feom now on. They do not maintain the machines at all. It takes upwards of 45 sec to change cycles. The soap cycle does not dispense enough, the brush is bad and non functional. Also the vacuum cleaners do not take the next tokens either. Usually, it's one of the better DIY wash bays around, but today nothing seemed to be working. The soap never really dipsensed from either the hose or the brush. It's hard to wash your car without soap. I will give them a second chance, hopefully they will fix it.

Dang, spot free on the fritz today? Nothing like spending another hour wiping with detail spray after 20 minutes and $12 @ the wash. Fortunately it's only 109 today. :(

I've been coming here for at least three years and never had an issue. I'd drop by for a quick car wash. Never expected anything extraordinary out of these types of car washes. Well I came to wash my car and had my own items, bucket and wand brush because I didn't want to use theirs and possibly have my car scratched and we don't have a power washer. I waited until a spot opened up and went to pay to use the power washer and fill up my bucket. Then an employee said "we are busy today, you can't use a bucket just a quick wash". Seriously? If I wanted a quick wash I'd have gone through a drive through carwash. When you go to a busy restaurant they don't rush you to eat right? If I'm paying to use the equipment why rush us out. I can't dictate the policy but I can take my business elsewhere. We will never go back.

I went to wash my car here, as I've been doing for a while now and the spot free rinse had seriously low pressure. I got the attention of a worker there (Pony tail guy) and his body language said it all. I told him the spot free rinse was very low. He said that's normal, I said that I've been here 20 times and that's not normal. I sat there trying to do my best with the pressure (a little stronger then a toy water gun). When I got home my Black car had a ton of water spots that were hard to remove. This is not good service.
