This is the cleanest my SUV has EVER BEEN. It wasn’t even this clean when i first bought the car because while at the dealership I had to request they take the car back to get it cleaner than what it was. It was the first time getting a car detailed. I didn’t know what to expect. But I thought since I spent $300 that they would at least shine my headlights and clean my wheels but they didn’t. They did nothing to the exterior. They missed a bunch of places on the inside. Very disappointed. My partner called back later and politely inquired and they were very disrespectful. Don’t bring your car here if you value you money.

Damion does a really nice job! I have received the mobile basic detail option twice by him and it has been great. He is respectful and will listen to any inputs you give him. For example, I have a dog seat cover in my back seats and he even vacuumed that out for me. I'll even have him do my fiance's car this week because his work has been great. Great price, great service, and quality work.

My vehicle (Tesla Model 3) was subcontracted to get my custom wrap replaced. Lamont ensured the company he was able to do the wrap and clearly was not skilled to even do the job at all! He wasted large amounts of my custom wrap and continued to lie saying his wrapping machine was down for 5 days! As Tesla owners know, Lamont’s workers or himself were driving my vehicle while they were supposedly wrapping my vehicle! Joy riding in my freaking vehicle!!! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone that is concern about their vehicle being taken car of or lied to about a service they are unable to perform!

Wow! Very pleased with the job Tarik and his coworker did on my Tesla Model S. It was fairly clean as it is just me most of the time, but they rolled that extra time into the finer points. The trunk wells were clean, cup holders, door jams....you name it. I also love the ease of booking and paying online. Davis has invested in their business to make it easier and more convenient for the customer. Great customer service all the way through the process. I will be booking them again soon for my wife's car and definitely recommend them to others.

Great service! They helped to transform my vehicle & remove any old sap and paint scratches on the exterior of my car. They were also successful in removing some stubborn stains on the interior. My only recommendation is that they do a better job at going over all details as it looks like they missed my trunk & moonroof completely. It would also be helpful if you provide better directions on the website, since the new location is very easy to miss & there are no signs (that I saw) on the outside.

Contacted Davis Mobile detailing via phone on a Sunday after I saw they had an opening for interior detailing. Being that I was in Raleigh and they are based in Greensboro I wanted to make sure they would be able to make they appointment before I booked. I was informed by Lamont over the phone that the appointment would not work due to travel time and having guys out finishing up jobs and such; NO BIG DEAL. I then asked about his ceramic coating which he explained in great detail all of his packages and process. After getting off of the phone with Me. Davis I then scheduled an interior detail to be done at my office in Burlington the coming Thursday at 11am AS WELL AS dropping my truck off at their shop to have the coating done. I received the confirmation text for the interior detail and sent a text to his mobile number to confirm the ceramic appointment since the website would not allow us to schedule. 11 am Thursday arrives and we are at the office waiting. Finally receive a call at 11:05 (5 minutes after the scheduled appointment start time) stating they were finishing up a job and would arrive to my location in 30/45 minutes. 11:40 arrives and still no show! I receive another call asking to confirm the location of my office and it is determined they are in Archdale (the wrong city/town). At this point I contact Lamont and inform him of what's happening and state that we would no longer like the interior detail on my wife's car due to being 2 hours being and to just detail my truck instead. Against the wishes of my wife I still drop my truck off later that day to have the ceramic coating applied and was informed that I would be very happy with the service AND that he would detail the interior at no additional charge. I was also promised updates in the form of pictures as well as a few before an after pictures upon pick up. I received no updates over the weekend; no big deal to me as I know people get busy and that may have been the last thing on his mind. Pick the truck up on Monday morning and am in love with the finish! The truck looked better than the day it was purchased off the lot. I did not have time to go over every inch of the truck as my wife and I had to be at our office to start our business day. We get home and my father in law comes over and wants to see what I had done. I tell him about every thing and show off my truck; upon popping the hood HE points out the engine bay was still dirty. We also notice that the interior was not completely detailed as there were crumbs left under the seat as well as door pocket storage was not completely wiped down. At this point I begin to check over the entire vehicle and notice scratches left near the door that were not touched! The package that I purchased supposedly came with paint correction which removed 90%-95% of scratches. Upon informing Lamont of this he then states that the scratches were "too deep" and that he would have needed touch up paint and additional materials (that he should already have) to remove them. I informed him that if there was an extra cost to remove those scratches I would have gladly paid the overage AND that I also keep touch up paint in my center console. All he had to do was inform me via phone/text and I could have made a decision from there! He scheduled an appointment for his team to come back out to my office (the same place they missed the first appointment) and detail my engine bay as well as detail my interior. They were 40 mins late to that appointment as well!!! I call him to inform him that this is the second time that his company was late to my appointment and that I would have to just wanted my cup holder that we're missing from my trucks door storage. He offered to redo the work that they missed but I informed him that I would not like any more of their services and that I felt as if being late to appointments was a habit and I didn't want to schedule another just to be stood up. Hopefully this is a learning experience for DMD and they can get it together!

A. MAZ. ING. Seriously! Having my car detailed for the first time was an anniversary gift from my partner, and he couldn't have picked a better company. Damion removed people/dog hair that had been there for years, and the car is cleaner both inside and outside than when I bought it off the lot in 2012!! I have never been happier with any kind of service on my car, and as if that wasn't enough, Damion's energy from start to finish was positive, kind, and just all-around fun! This is the second time I've used Davis Mobile Detailing and I'll be using them anytime I need cleaning from now on. Myra made sure that I had everything quoted and scheduled beforehand, and Damion and Steph did an incredible job cleaning out my Altima, which was looking pretty rough inside. Now I've got a nice clean ride and I get to enjoy the simple things like running errands that much more! They're quick, professional, friendly, and the results speak for themselves. To top it off, my old cloudy headlights now shine nice and bright! Can't recommend them enough!
