Beat me out of my change. Vacuum cleaner was weak and there's no attendant available to resolve issues but a guy is washing cars for money. Seems flaky. I went elsewhere.

Most of the spots have broken changers that are taped off. If you can't wash the car, then why the hell do they have it labeled car wash? Are people supposed to come and wait for one stall and the vacuum?

I went 2 exchange dollar bills 4 quarters 2 use at the carwash, the machine took my money but didn't give me the quarters in return, called the phone number that's posted on the door... Got voicemail and left a message but I still have not heard back from them!!!🤬🤬🤬

Rip off can't even vac one side of a floorboard before it shuts off and have to add more money.. and hardly any soap with carwash. Had to go elsewhere right after. Horrible. 15$ for nothing.

Everything worked fine. Kurt gotta get past the homeless guy who always seem to be there asking for change and money to wash your car. Also, there's always a lot of trash by the back fence when drying. Last time there were dirty underwear just blowing in the wind in the bushes.

Other than the soap brush leaving scratches on my car, it's a good car wash... Could use without everyone hanging around and begging for change tho. Definitely need to run them guys off, that's just asking for trouble in my opinion.

Went & put $5 into the machine & it just stole it. The person on the phone said he'd be there at around 11am. 11am came & went, no show. Called because I had an appointment that I couldn't miss. The person on the phone said 15 more minutes. This is already 11:30am at this point, & i could not stay any longer. Called again...was told "I'll pay you over the phone". I have no idea how you are "going to pay me over the phone". Felt like I was told a line of crap just to shut me up. Never heard back & never got my money. Grade: F- all the way around. Don't give this person your hard earned money, there are better places to go & they won't rip you off or try to make you feel sympathetic for their faulty coin return or stupid for calling them.

It's not a scratch on my car. Had to go back through to get brake dust off rims, but they did it. For $22, I appreciate that. But you have to pay for the vac.

I decided to try this automatic car wash and went with their most expensive option, which was around $15, expecting a thorough cleaning. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. After driving through, I immediately noticed that my car looked exactly the same as before—dust, dirt, and water spots were still clearly visible on the exterior. It didn’t even look like the wash had made an attempt to clean. For the price point, I was expecting at least a decent rinse and some noticeable difference, but that wasn’t the case at all. The brushes and sprayers seemed to do little to nothing, and the “premium” add-ons that were supposed to include extra treatments like wax or spot-free rinse were nonexistent. I felt like I had just driven through a tunnel of lights without any actual service being done. Overall, I walked away feeling frustrated and like I wasted both my time and money. If the basic function of a car wash—actually washing the car—isn’t happening, then there’s no justification for charging $15. I would recommend looking elsewhere until they improve their service and equipment.
