Seriously the best place in town to go. Went through today and got the ultimate wash. Normally I check if everything got off the car before I leave but was in a rush (we are moving and I have 7489293 things to do) and noticed there was still a ton of gunk on the car after I got home. I came back through and asked if I could get a rewash and they were incredibly kind, didn’t charge for a rewash, and even made sure they got the front bumper well. Honestly the kindness is what got me especially when things have been so chaotic lately so THANK YOU!!!

I used to love this car wash and this saddens me but on two separate occasions it has damaged my vehicle. When taken to management they said there was no evidence their equipment had done the damage and nothing went further. Inch long scratches and now my entire antenna is gone. Goodluck trying to cancel your membership, I have been going in circles for days trying to get ahold of anyone and it’s gotten me nowhere, 39.99 is not worth these damages on my vehicle. Hopefully they will cancel my membership.

Friendly staff. they took everything i forgot in my truck bed out and re loaded it afterwards for me. got all the salt off the undercarriage and sides of my truck and got rust inhibitor sprayed.

Shelby and crew were incredibly helpful when my Lincoln got stuck trying to enter the car wash. He was very calm, kind, and overall provided excellent customer service. If he’s not a manager, he should be!

I live half a mile from here and have used them for my truck wash several times. I am usually not impressed with the job after a single wash, always leaves an area that needs redone, even when I ask the to give that spot extra attention prior to sending me through. Most times that is ignored prompting a second pass, and more wasted time. Earlier this week i took a newly purchased car through there that wasn't really dirty. The wash broke off my antenna. When speaking to the manager, he tells me the sign by the entrance states they are not liable for cars over 15 years old, or aftermarket parts. He told me he would file a claim with corporate, and see what happens. After no response from corporate, i called them to be told they won't honor my claim because the car is a 1999. My car is not an average 99, and the part broken was only 3 months old, and i still have the receipt for the oem factory part. Corporate hid behind the 15 year policy, and their sign, and the fact it was a brand new part, not a 20 year old part didn't matter. Cost of this was not the issue, but rather poor customer service and polices that i think you would look at case by case. I will no longer use ANY of their services for any of my vehicles. They are losing a customer over what would be the cost of 2 car washes, oh well...

BEST CARWASH IN TOWN! I keep my car super clean... but... My Cayenne has ridiculous brake dust! 🤦‍♀️ But this place is THE FIRST place that has ever removed ALL the brake dust in 1 wash! I usually have to handwash my ride due to the brakedust... but now I can finally get a break and trust a car wash can actually do just as good of job! THANK YOU! Crew Carwash is a life-saver!! And the employees are super nice! Win-Win!!

I always loved going to crew car wash off of State road 26. They opened this one by our house and I was really excited. It was okay at first. I took my truck through about 5 times, give or take one wash. Then all of a sudden it was an issue. My truck was “too wide”. I asked why trucks wider than me were able to go through and not me. I also told them I have already been through there several times. Basically, the manager talked to me like I don’t know anything about vehicles. I just let it go. However, I noticed that trucks bigger than mine, with wider tires than mine, are still allowed through and they are using the unlimited club lane. I guess spending money for that is the only way you can get your truck washed. My truck is stock height and maybe the tires are a hair past the fenders. Stock rim size and a tire size that is just one up. My second issue now is my wife’s car. The first scratch happened last year. This was on the hood. I should have just came back another time, but I chanced it. In front of me, they allowed a Tahoe that was covered in mud and debris from roof to the tires. The debris from that got stuck in the brushes and probably caused the scratch. Yesterday, we went through about 8:30 on the way home. I wake up the next morning and find these scratches on my wife’s car.these were definitely not there before and recently done. They are also too randomly placed to not be a car wash scratches. Customers definitely need to inspect your vehicle before and after washes at this location! 30 dollar wash just cost us hundreds in damage!

They put the RFID sticker on my windshield without asking before can I react. It's a pain to remove the sticker as it leaves a huge mess on the windshield and I had to use super strength remover which is also toxic. Alcohol did not work.

Cost have gone tremendous. And the wash quailty has gone done. Full size gm trucks and suv literally dont get clean. The bottom half of the doors are dirty, literally dirt still there. Wont be going back. I did go through multiple times in a day the bottom half of my door never got clean. What is the point in having to rewash the vechile everytime.

I wanted to get my truck washed today but the girl working the drive-thru wouldn't let a truck with a toolbox bolted to it come through. I explained that it is part of the truck. This isn't a problem at all other crew car washes I've ever been to for years.

I love Crews Carwash, especially their Ultimate Unlimited plan, it’s 100% worth it if you wash your car often. The wash itself is always consistent and my car comes out looking great every time. The only thing I’d suggest improving is the dryers, because they don’t always get everything completely dry (and honestly, I’ve noticed that at a lot of car washes). Not a big deal at all. Overall, I’d rate this place a 10/10 and I highly recommend it.
