Dave went above and beyond to help me remove a minor stain that wouldn’t come out in the wash. He took the time and effort to make sure it was properly taken care of, which I truly appreciated. His kindness and willingness to help really stood out to me, and I wanted to make sure he receives the recognition he deserves. Jason was also incredibly helpful and went above and beyond in his own way. I had my niece with me, and he took the extra step to bring her a Crew Carwash teddy bear. It absolutely made her day and turned the experience into something memorable and fun for her. Now she actually looks forward to going to the car wash! Both Dave and Jason demonstrated exceptional customer service. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for customers truly make this Crew Carwash location stand out. Thank you both for creating such a positive experience — your efforts do not go unnoticed.

Went through on June 7th 2023 and during the scrubbing, they cracked my windshield. Went through the claims department and they said that it is impossible for them to have broken my windshield without there already being damage, and that it is 100% not their fault. Definitely canceling all memberships for crew and wanted to leave this review as a cautionary tale. They will not repair any damage they cause, so think twice before using this carwash. Update - have heard nothing from management about issue and had to pay $500 out of pocket to replace my windshield. Noticed they damaged someone else's car in the reviews and also did nothing for them

Maybe this is more normal here but my local place does not charge to use vacuums after youare already paying. $20 for the car wash. Staff was friendly though and did a decent enough job blasting cross country bugs off the car.

I would not recommend getting your car washed at this location I did a car wash at this location and tords the end of the car wash my tire got popped and I hade to pay out of pocket to replace my tire and the company did not give my money back for my tire instead gave me a one time unlimited car wash.

the automatic wash smeared dried up wax goop all over the side of my truck door and it won't come off ,and the bristle rollers broke my antenna off,I pointed it out to them and they said there was nothing that they could do about it,I've been buying ultimate coupon books for years now ,today was the day I stop....I've got one coupon left and debating on throwing in the trash,very dissatisfied seems like crew just keeps getting worse and worse each time I go ,only satisfied about 4 times outta 10 not worth it any more,then you act like you care sending me a email telling me how much you care about my experience and to call you customer service line that no one answers, sat on hold for upwards of 15 minutes with no response if you cared about my property your machines broke or cared about my return business youd send me a book for ultimate wash via email, not a email wasting my time after your machines broke my property

I went for the Ultimate car wash. Although it did a good job overall, despite of Ultimate package there were many leftover stains and dirt on the front and back sides of the car. The car wash included tire and wheel shining, but it didn’t even clean the wheel from inside and it was just like uncleaned wheel there. Do not go for a thorough and deep clean.

Went to this location on 10/05/2025 at 6:05pm. They were closed when their website lists 9pm as their close time. I sat there and watched employees look at me and walk away with their bags, so I did not have the opportunity to ask if their hours had changed or if there was a technical issue. Very quickly, many other cars started arriving behind me. I did not want to stay around and figure it out any longer so I just left. Very disappointing since it's the closest location to me.

STAY AWAY. Visiting from state of Michigan. The car wash broke the trim from my BMW window. There is no procedure for issues. There was vast confusion. Young employees with Management name tags but clearly no customer service experience. The windshield trim was completely bent and twisted and broken. I was told I'd get a contact in 5 business days. I received no call to discuss issues. I was dismissed with two emails. The emails were not clear. I sent an email and received a call from a female whom was very nonchalant. She indicated there was no official management structure. My lawyer asked for name of contact, company rep. She kept saying they had proof by video it was already damaged when I entered. TOTALLY untrue. I was dismissed. I asked for a copy of their evidence and again pressed for organization org info. No avail . I am a Commissioner and Social Influencer with over 400k followers. We were nominated for a Webby Award due to my status as influencer. We give power back to consumers. Saddens me the lack of value and dismissal as well as lack of formal professional procedures. The way we have chosen to gain justice is to begin broadcasting tonight on our podcast, Livestream and channels as well as to local media the lack of organizational structure, the lack of care for customers, the lack of value placed on consumers in a business that has a tremendous amount of influence in the state. We have began formal complaint to office of indiana attorney general and filed damage report Indianapolis Police Department. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE .

I purchased the one time 360, yes I paid a little more but I'll tell you it was a very good wash and more important dry. Previously I'd have to dry off my truck or I would have spots ending with a wet towel. After this visit my towell was dry. It was worth the extra money.
