Great car wash and they stand behind it. Had something on my car door, dunno if it was soda or oil splashing from a puddle but it wouldn't come off. Even after the wash it was there. So the Crew guys came out with multiple tools and washes and got it all taken care of!

They're overall pretty quick and the young people working here are super nice. Being new to the area it blew my mind seeing how many people washed their cars regularly but now that I have lived here awhile I understand why. If you wash your car once a week that unlimited plan might be worth it. I definitely do not.

These kids do not pay attention. It's bad enough they have made the car wash business into a monopoly and charge you what ever they want. The girl asked me to pull up and just as I did the guy infront of me begin to talk to her lowering his window. She then told me to put in neutral and my wheels were caught going up and down. She didn't realize she had the sign on the side of "neutral." I'd never had thus problem down the street at mccordsville. I will never come here and go there. All the scratches and nicks, will they pay for damages. I down it. One star is really a minus star.

Unfortunately the manager was guiding cars to the bay today and my last visit. Tre does not pay attention not care to guide customers properly in to the tracks and when I asked him to pay attention and do a better job his answer was the car is already there. So he does not care for the safety of his customers and ruining suspension components from customers vehicles either. Bad experience due negligence.

Four people currently on duty at 1pm. Jeep and Ford hold up both unlimited lines, while female staff radios for help. Open the gate, tell cars without unlimited pass, that pull into unlimited lane, to pull back around and be serviced in regular lanes. It's so easy to keep a line moving and have a plan in place for such a simple situation. Do better, membership is 6 years old and this has happened many times.

Went thru the carwash for the 100th plus time, since I have unlimited for the car and the carwash ripped off my left muffler. Spoke to Crew team, they blamed it on me, stated I hit the brakes in the middle of the wash. Watched Video with them and no brake lights appeared during the whole video, they still stated it was my fault. They got very disgruntle with me and were very rude. I realize things happen but they need to also realize things happen on Crews end and not blow off customers. At this point the five cars that I have unlimited for and spend more then $200 a month for; probably will be cancelled.

I bought the 2 month special. I asked them to spray the sides, knowing they are hard to get thoroughly. I went thru carwash 2x. Austin came to check the sides after 2x. He then proceeded to scrub both sides with some kind of cleanser . EXCELLENT customer service!! Much appreciated!!

Horrible carwash that damaged my car! Partially pulled the spoiler off the trunk of my car. Reimbursed me fir tge repair but refuses to pay for a rental while my car is in the shop. The collision center informed them they would need my car longer than the 3 hours it takes to repair and paint, but they insist it can be done in day. Who takes a painted car home the day its painted?! I guess the carwash knows more than the collision center. I'd give them a zero rating if I could. Take your businesd to Sparkling, they offer unlimited plans as well!

Crew car wash damaged my sunroof a couple months ago. I went back, they pulled the video of me going through, I filled out paperwork. I was told I would get a response in 7 days or less. Two months later now and have not heard from them. I finally called them last week, left a message, no reply. I called today and left another message.When they called back they completely tried to get out of it. They won't let me have the video because it is a file format that I won't be able to open. When I went back and showed them the damaged sunroof, I can't help but to wonder if this is their final fix. A Crew Carwash employee duct-taping my roof shut. Although I appreciate the gesture from the employee as a temporary solution, it is not an outcome I am satisfied with. Be cautious if you have a Jeep Liberty with a soft top. Will not shut, will not open. Just like other Google reviews here mention, if they damage your vehicle. this location does everything they can to avoid taking responsibility. Oh by the way Crew Car Wash, the duct tape left marks on my cloth top. Thanks.

Having the unlimited monthly plan is very much worth the price however the service is fast. This is both a con a pro as your car was is rushed and most likely will require a rewash. Although the staff is friendly is can be tedious to get a rewash if you are not on the already monthly plan. A con of the monthly plan is that you do not see someone; con because you will want a back windshield wiper cover if you have one. I personally have had a wiper cover come off and get lost in the wash. Which the process to get something replaced or repaired should be handled by the local store. Please keep this in mind when going to any Crew Carwash.

I was just at this location and it was advised they do not accept cash. Totally unsatisfactory customer service!! Crew Company your policy sucks!! Some people in this country still rely on cash, the the currency issued by the federal government and are not willing just to give card numbers to anybody and everybody. I will never use another crew car Wash again Nationwide for the rest of my life!

So I went early this morning before heading to Vacation and I never got her name she was the only one outside . She saw that I had my kids with me so she draw a character on each of my kids window . They got so excited when she did that !! Now they are excited to go to the car wash again. Thank you for giving my kids something to look forward to everytime !!

Don't use the self-service car wash, particularly the brush, they use a substance that is so thick you'll spend more money than usual just to rinse it off. I have a 2024 Pathfinder and it took me $24 just to rinse off the soap from the brush. Turns out to be a waste of money. Zero Stars

I'm changing my review because of this particular location in Lawrence. First they were dead and had about five employees there. It was about 10am and I just wanted a wash but decided to get the 25 a month where I can wash whenever so it made more sense and didn't cost a bunch everytime. I said after purchasing, do I just come get you to turn the wash on so I can do my mats, since they don't do it anymore due to a liability. To each there own but pretty ridiculous. But she said no and I said the other locations do it. She just looked confused, then asked the next girl same confusion. The manager heard me and was avoiding it at this point. So I went to pay to vacuum my car and it didn't work good on one and not at all on the other side. Went told the young girl, nobody came and I went back to the inside where the manager and another employee were talking, I stood there for a bit said hello and gave up left and then walked back because at this point this is ridiculous. She came and turned the other one on. Seemed as if they made the rule up. The other locations that do it all the time are much busier and super fast and friendly. But at this point I paid almost thirty and was going to pay five to wash my mats. So in all I could have washed my own car mats and vacuum if it even is working for ten. Why would I purchase the month one. I'm so disappointed in this location.

Excellent service from Austin! He helped me tremendously with my new car. He made me feel better about not remembering how to put the car in neutral. (I’m old!) Then when going through the car wash, the driver side wiper came off. I panicked! I thought it was lost in the wash! I pulled around and he saw me and checked for the wiper. It was still on the car, but in the wiper bay. Mr. Austin put it back on with ease and sent me on my way. Thank you so much Austin for going out your way to help an old lady! 🙂
