The carwash does not clean the back of my 2024 Nissan Murano good. If you request the attendants to spray the back 95% of the time they give it one quick spray!! They need to find a fix to make sure the back of our cars get clean OR have 2 more attendants with brushes to clean the back like Brad's Carwash. For $40 a month we should get better service. NOTE...numerous times I have back around and told the kids, run thru again and same thing happens!!

Can’t go wrong with a Crew Carwash! I always get right in and get right out with my membership which is a great value if you take care of your vehicle with weekly or biweekly washes. I’ve not had any damage or problems with my Lincoln at Crew and it looks brand new every time!

I have a really nice truck. They broke my antenna off. They told me how do we know it wasn't already broken? This is the second vehicle they damaged with the same response. The other time was a mirror on a car I had. They won't get a third chance.

Absolutely in love with this place. I recently joined Crew Car Wash’s UNLIMITED promotion.They employ some very courteous and kind employees, great deals( Unlimited), and the way they’re “assembly line” is ran so smooth & efficient. I didn’t have my debit card on me last week and wanted to vacuum while I was there and the lady working offered to get one started for me for free. Although I didn’t accept it was a pleasure to know that they care.

I pulled in not satisfied with how muddy and dirty my truck was ran through twice cause it seemed to still be dirty in the wheel wells Willy aka manger stepped up and got into action and cleaned my truck for me and when I came out the 3rd time had my truck shining and I was stunned haven’t seen it shine like that in awhile big shout out to Willy and his staff for getting my truck super clean and looking so good

Honestly a really mediocre car wash for $12. Even the basic wash should get bugs off the windshield and handprints off the car.

Best automatic carwash! Lost a piece off of my car and four days later, I called the establishment and they had my part put up for me and returned it the following morning. This part was $580's to replace sooo I'm truly grateful that Crew saved me that expense. Highly Recommend ♡

Have unlimited so stopped in for quick wash to remove the spots last night’s rain made. Crew packs vehicles super close so … I was behind a very dirty pickup truck. While going through the dry section I apparently got muddy water and grass bit splattered on my car. Yuck

This is our favorite location, I thought I already left a review because of how absolutely fantastic the employees are. i try to go through in the mornings, and I always have my kids with me. The employees make my kids so happy and excited every time! They draw faces on the windows, give us stickers if they have them and today they were out so they gave us these cute little stuffies! I was so bummed when this location was closed due to the renovation but it was 100% worth the wait. I live closer to other locations but honestly will go out of my way for this one! Give your morning crew a pat on the back because they ROCK.

Do not ever have some high school kid unable to guide me onto a rail for 10 feet in a Toyota run my car over the rail, and then have the manager come out and try to tell me I did it wrong. I have never ever ever crossed the rail without bad direction. And the number of those experiences would be one. Hire more women. They seem to be able to handle the concept.

I'm not sure what other reviews are talking about with the quality wash done by the staff? This is an automatic car wash. And it does a fantastic job! My car came out shining like never before. I got the ultimate wash (free for first time app download), and it looks great. The staff were very friendly, and definitely seemed to want to give the customer a great experience!

Paid $20 for them to nearly rip my entire bumper off, had the nerve to tell me my bumper was damaged before entering the wash just so they don’t have to fix my car! Later to find out they did the exact same thing to my sisters car a week prior and won’t even compensate her for her damages due to the car wash when they have footage of our cars perfectly intact before entering the wash! Whatever you do don’t come here or to the location on E Washington!

This Crew car wash is the closest one to my house and I could not be more happy with that fact. I have been coming here once or twice a month for several years now. The service and quality is always excellent. The Automatic wash does a good job.The staff our always courteous and friendly. The vacuums our up to date and work well. They have free small garbage bags for your car along with free disposable drying towels. The pictures of my car our from a recent wash a few weeks ago after we had snow. Before the wash the entire car and wheels was covered in salt and dirt.
