i bring my service dog in training everywhere and i didn’t expect the warmest welcome ever from the workers! Kipper was given treats and a toy 🥹 how sweet! they were all so excited to say hi to her and were super professional when there was a short wait to fix the carwash, they even gave me a free wash!! Never getting car washes anywhere else!

I love Cruise Car Wash! But they can get expensive without their ultimate Club pass. At first I was a bit reluctant in purchasing the ultimate Club pass, instead I would play the 17 to 23.00 every wash. That adds up quick within a month! So here's my advice, get the ultimate Club pass 39 or 29.00 a month. Trust me you will save a lot of cash

Worst experience I've ever had here. No friendly exchange and didn't offer any additional services. I'd rather drive further and get better service. Edit: I gave this spot a second chance and the chick who was out this morning wouldn't even walk to my window. Made me open my door to get the trash bag and towels because it's low to the ground and I can't reach. Then was not friendly. This will definitely be my last time spending my money at this location. Then she went and said something to the chick directing you into the carwash. Very unprofessional and honestly not worth it.

After a failed attempt at a touchless wash, crew did a great job with an ultimate wash. In usually pretty picky about my car and car washes but crew seems to have the best equipment and also the best wash.

I'm a long time member. The service is good, until one of the machines damages your vehicle. Then they will fight you toothe and nail, thru email to deny any responsibility for any damage incurred by the wash machine. I am still a member Just a heads up for everyone, hopefully they have recalibrated the machines as I had suggested, so not too many more members or customers have to experience the disappointment of going in with your vehicle intact and coming out with the fender blasted off or your radion antenna ripped off the hood.

Why pay $50 a month for a pass and have a dedicated lane just for someone to always have to come scan you! You sit and wait with regular line…. And the regular line moves the people faster! It’s really not worth it… curious for that new car wash on 38th street to finish and we’re going to move our cars there hopefully it’ll be better…

The only Crew Carwash in Indy, that I'm aware of, that has self service bays. Foaming bubble brush, warm water, spotless rinse. Treated clean water. Great for those big rims &/or old schools that you don't want to run through the conveyor.

After getting my car washed twice my car was still dirty. The second time I came in the lady had an attitude because my car was dirty from the first wash earlier that day.. The spoiler, the bumper, trunk gate, grill etc of my GX.

So I can say that I have been to every crew car wash in the state of Indiana. For some reason everytime I visit no matter the location the clear coat bulb is always burned out. This was right across the street from Fazoli's the wash itself was 4 out of 5 🌟. Very clean location I respect cleanliness

I loved it when it was Mikes carwash and I still love it as Crew carwash. The service is always top notch and it's satisfaction guaranteed. My suv always looks fabulous and I'm always impressed with Crew carwash!!!!!!! Nice to know they have IMPD as security. On the really cold days though, it gets really slick on the lot and you must proceed with caution!

I SOME GLAD I JUST CANCELED MY MEMBERSHIP! I HAVE TO EVERY CREW CARWASH... THEY HALF CLEAN IT AND YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR VACUUMING AND THE VACUUMS STINK, SOME OF THE VACCUMS DOES NOT WORK AND DOES NOT CLEAN! ESPECIALLY ON LAFAYETTE RD AND KEYSTONE! I have Reported it and NOTHING! IM COOL ON YOU ALL!

Staff is always friendly, service wasn’t bad, I chose to cancel my membership because I found another company where I got more for my membership. For example, it’s a ripoff paying the monthly fee if free vacuums aren’t included. It’s pointless if you still have to pay for the vacuum cleaners after a wash. I think it’s unfair to those who have the highest membership fees to not have free vacuums. Something the company needs to look into.

If you drive a car that you do not want any scratches on , please do not go to this car wash. Had scratches that even a toddler will tell you is consistent to their wash but of cos they only want to take from you and would never want to be accountable for their damage. I was advised awhile ago by familt members about their constant scratches but i turned a deaf ear but il sure advocate to everyone willing to listen to stay away from crew car wash
