I went to have my BMW cleaned. I pulled up and honestly it was like junkie central, or if I had pulled in to a jail. The first guy I pulled up to was detailing a car with his hat tilted on his head short, white guy and he told me that the price for a detail was 175.00... but if I waited until he got off, he could do it for 100.00 and it would take 2 to 3 hours. His side kick another white guy looking like shaggy keep telling thati needed to get the my car cleaned and something else incoherently. I inquired about a regular wash, he recommended the gold service based on what I was looking for, which was 30.00. I drove through the wash, which is one of those filthy mop things that hangs from some apparatus in the ceiling. I noticed that my driver side mirror was moved somehow during the wash. I hit the automatic button and it went back to it's normal position. After pulling out, a guy used one dirty towel to get all of the remaining water off. Next I pulled in to a stall where another very nice and respectful guy was waiting to do the next part of the service. He opened the door, asked for the keys and off I went. Twenty minutes later I was approached by the same guy with the tattoo on his head saying that the car was done. Upon inspection I noticed the back seat wasn't done, I still had lots of dog hair there, the main reason for getting a wash. I pointed it out to him, he went back in, and basically left it in the same condition. After Shaggy saunters over telling him that he needed to work harder for those tips. Overall quality of work was less than desired. Lots of armor oil slopped everywhere, inside windshield wasn't touched, or rear view mirror wasn't touched, vents still had dust in them, door jambs weren't touched. Dust still in the ash tray, dirt in places where just paying a little bit of attention to someone would notice. I understand it's hot, they are all probably getting a second chance but for the paying customer, 30 dollars for a job half done because someone is lazy, or tired, or doesn't take pride in their work isn't cool. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I'm glad that I tested them for 30.00 instead of paying for a full detail. If you can't get it right for 30.00 how could you expect 175.00? Meanwhile sitting inside the lobby, there was a lady who paid 85.00 for a detail, and the guy was done faster with her car. She was outraged, spoke to someone and he was told to pay better attention to the job. I won't be returning. I hope this helps someone else make a better decision.

First time coming to this place. Hour and a half wait and my rims looked terrible. They didn't sweep out the back. When I started looking around the back again I noticed they didn't clean the windows on the inside. Then when I said something he was just saying they were short staffed. Also it would be nice if they used cleans rags when they cleaned the windows, they looked terrible.

I've routinely brought my vehicle here for washes and have always been satisfied. Prices are reasonable, they have a frequent buyer punch card, and I've even had a chip in my windshield fixed while I waited. A staff member took my insurance (who covers chips so it was free), called and worked everything out in no time. Not sure if they still do that service but it was very convenient.

This place is amazing and I would give 10 stars if I could. I went here to get my car detailed and it looks so great. From the great communication with Lance, to the amazing job by Cook, I will be coming back here every time to get my car serviced. I highly recommend Country Club Auto Spa and will be back soon.

As someone who has never gotten their car detailed before, the manager and staff made it super easy. I walked in thinking I would have to get the Absolute Most done, and the manager fairly quoted me and explained everything that needed to be done. Additionally, the manager and staff noticed that I had a chip in my windshield that I didn’t notice and fixed it while my car was being detailed. They went over the procedure and follow up care about the chip. As a side note, I’d like to apologize for being an Anxious Mess because I thought I hadn’t gotten my keys back. I had to slam on my brakes on the way home and they flew behind the center console. I can’t imagine having to deal with a customer having a mini-anxiety attack and being slammed on a Saturday. 10/10, definitely recommend. The staff are great and do a fantastic job. ☺️

First time here and stopped by for a quick outside wash. Did a very nice job and will definately go back. UPDATE: 7/25 & 26/25: Came here yesterday with one vehicle and back again today, and can't quite understand some bad reviews because this place and the people here have always done a great job with my vehicles. They listen and gladly correct any issues. I will always come back here if these experiences continue.

These guys are really great..I was in need of a quick & urgent care wash and my truck was more than just dirty. Even though they were closing soon and the cut off for their services like vaccum/wipe down was past (I was told incorrectly of the hours on the phone when I called ealier) but they decided to help me out and stay longer so they could do my vehicle. Not many places are like that these days especially on a holiday and today being Father's day. They also did a great job on my vehicle instead of rushing through so they could get home they did quality work.

The guy finishing the detail left alot to be desired i finished myself when I got home bugs on the windshield, doors. Etc... thought a $15 tip i gave him before he started he would have worked harder for what I paid I could have had someone come to the house that gives a sh..

Wouldn’t recommend it if you’re spending 200 dollars to get a detail I’m sure there are better places to go to, I gave 3 stars but you can decide from my story what you think: after paying the 200 and asking them to remove dirt in specific areas on my door and window cracks they left the car with visible dirty cup holders and the debry of dirt that I asked them to remove was still there. They didn’t vacuum underneath my seats at all and when I went back the person shampooed the carpets before vacuuming which I don’t think is right and did it even after I asked him not to. and overall did a poor job at vacuuming the first time, I mean is visible dirt all they had to do was push the seat forward -look at pics. They stained part of the plastic with what they use in the upholstery. Also I feel like they damaged the paint on my rims, oh well. The manager was nice but some of his staff I feel like do a poor job. Detailing is about the detail and I feel like I got a regular car wash if not more for the price of detailing. To their credit though they tried their best when I came back and did all the extra work at no charge, they promised to “hook me up” but I didn’t get anything more than what I asked for in the first place, for having to drive all the way back to get them to do the job right

It was my first time here. I purchased the Gold Package. They did an amazing job. The two attendants were very thorough. The really worked at removing the bugs. Cleaned the entire interior and just did an amazing job. They were a little understaffed and busy today. But we'll worth the wait. They even apologized it was taking so long I'll definitely be back.

When I called I had great expectations because the manager I spoke to was so accommodating and kind. I arrived and it looked very poorly maintained. I thought let’s give it a try thought. $75 for the diamond package and dog hair removal. Well it’s not hand wash.. it’s a drive thru kind, the one that doesn’t do much. So a gentleman quickly dries my car off very little effort and then I pull into the detail side. Very first thing the guy tries to do was get me to pay for waxing. He says give him 45 and it was just about that. I come see my car and I had to remind him the mirrors, then felt the mats that were dry and he didn’t shampoo; he sprayed. I informed him that was included so he quickly just sprays again. Then I had to point out the top console is still dirty and dusted and he goes “man this is why I can’t stand dogs.” Before leaving he confirmed if I left a tip around back and no I didn’t and thank goodness because it wasn’t a great job. I won’t return and I’d hope to get a partial refund because it wasn’t worth $75 for sure.
