We used this laundromat today for the first time and couldn’t have had a nicer experience! I haven’t had to use a laundromat in years but had to take advantage of one today to wash multiple extra large loads all at once. The manager on duty was so kind and answered any questions we had and went above and beyond to help us today as first time customers! This location was SPOTLESS! I think it’s the cleanest laundromat I’ve ever seen. There was a small conflict with another customer during our visit regarding parking in a no parking zone and the manager handled it with more patience than I would have. The customer was angry and yelling and cursing and he stayed calm and collected. I truly could not recommend this place enough. It is clean and well maintained and equipped with a ton of different size washers and dryers for reasonable prices. If you’re looking for a laundromat in the York area, definitely go to this one!

This laundry is one of the few along our travels that I can say checked all the boxes. Helpful staff, very clean machines and large parking area behind the building. Customers have the option to feed quarters or pay by app, making wash day a little more pleasant. Also, after the initial cycle ($2 for 55 mins) the dryers accept quarters to extend for 5 mins. If we are in the area again, we would return.

Had a bad experience here today,were doing laundry as usual like a regular day,while approaching towards the dryer section,A guy was folding his clothes,he was all over the place,when i am nereby him a sock was on the floor..my laundry cart or me not even close to that freaking sock but he start yelling at me for no reason,i told him politely that i never stepped on that nor touched with anything and said sorry to him still he was cursing me continuously.Interesting part is the Person in charge of this store was right in middle of us but didn’t say a word about that incident.When you are maintaining a store you need to handle this kind of irrelevant situation too.I could have make it long but i am not raised like that guy to argue or curse for nothing. Felt bad,No apology or any kind of word from anyone on that time,definitely not going back there anymore.

edit: real professional. after looking at some of your other reviews i can see why people don’t like you. edit: i made my review because sometimes that’s the only way that owners know if there’s a issue in their business. instead of replying to me professionally i was responded to by the owner with sass. will not be returning. normally very satisfied with my visit but tonight the place is disgusting. trash literally everywhere all over the floor. never see ANY staff anytime i’m here.

Best laundromat in York. Will is absolutely incredible. He keeps the place spotless and is adamant about maintaining a safe, welcoming, and carefree space to do your laundry. No need to worry about being hasseled by riffraff because Will prides himself in providing you with the security of a safe space. The added option to use a mobile app, Dexter Pay, removes the pain of needing to collect quarters or stopping by an atm to pull some cash out. I travel a lot to state to state and this place is very clean and feels welcoming. Prices are reasonable I usually expect to spend 10-15 just for me so that’s reasonable to me. I got the chance to meet the owner very nice man shook my hand. They also sell food and drinks in the back. Which is an additional parking. If I’m ever in York again definitely coming back

Cornerstone Laundry is a great place for Laundry care!!! The place is always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful!! One of my loads of laundry had left lent on the door and I asked for a cloth to wipe the door clean and the staff member, Will, not only gave me a wipe for the door but gave me a free dryer for keeping the facility clean!! This is the first and only laundromat I’ve been to since I moved to York. The owner always keeps it very very clean, and he is extremely kind and helpful. The people are generally always very nice. When one of the machines wasn’t accepting my app payment for dryer, the owner covered the cost for me of my drying cycle. It was a great experience. Since it was my first time there, the manager, Will, explained the washing machine process to me, which one I could use and how to use them. Something I really liked was that even though it was snowing, the laundromat was super clean and smelled wonderful. Their washing machines were spotless. I highly recommend it.
