My truck looked good when I picked it up from the shop. I don't know if it's my unsophisticated eye, but I didn't notice until I got into my truck the next day how great the job was. The shine, the attention to detail, and the professionalism caught my eye as I walked up to my truck. This happened to me every time I got into my truck that week. Did they remember this? Yes. Did they treat this small detail? Yes they did. It took me a few days to fully appreciate the excellent work but I can confidently say that if you give them your vehicle to work on, the results are fantastic.

I have been getting my car detailed here since first moving to the city in 2023. Their quality of work has never gone downhill since I began going here. They are incredibly flexible with drop offs, as I work full time and often need to leave my car there the night before - it’s never been an issue working something out. Prices are fair, and sometimes it even feels a bit underpriced when my Bronco gets delivered to them immediately after an off road trip. Plus, a huge bonus, the owner who is an amazing woman takes the time to answer any questions you might have regarding the services they offer, or the specifics to different parts of their process.

Excellent service!! Got the headlight restoration on my 12year old Lexus, which had about 1/3 of the upper portion of the headlights clouded over & cool auto detail did an amazing job - they literally look brand new and are crystal clear once again!! (Wish I took a b4 photo for comparison, but at least the after shows how great they look). The staff are also all very friendly and informative - and I am particularly thankful for Niko's recommendation of this service as he was spot on about the amazing results. We will definitely be returning for additional detailing services on all of our cars!

I had an excellent experience with Cool Auto Detail from beginning to end. I had spoked to Owen over the telephone to make a reservation. He was able to get me within a day and offered other dates as well. He explained the different levels of service they provide. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Sergio's work completely transformed my truck, and I was truly impressed by his level of detail. Every area, from the smallest interior spaces to the engine bay, was cleaned thoroughly and with great care. Lastly, Nico took the time to walk me through the work that Sergio completed, providing a clear and friendly explanation. This review is from my latest visit on 9/18/25, I brought my 2025 Lexus UX300h to Cool Auto Detail for an exterior wash and ceramic wax detail. As soon as I entered the doors Maud greeted me, asked for my keys so the work could begin. The owner, Cassandra was on a phone call when I came in and when she finished, she came out and greeted me, we talked about some of the new services Cool Auto Detail has added since I was last there, damaged wheel repair (when your wheels get curb rash) and windshield chip repair. As with my other car that I bring to her, when I was ready to take my Lexus home the exterior wash and ceramic wax detail made the special blue on the Lexus look stunning. Cool Auto Detail and Cassandra never fail to impress how she runs an excellent business; I have attached a few pictures of my 2025 Lexus UX300h just for all the readers to see how great their work is. Thanks Cassandra. Also, just a few days later I had my 2021 Porsche 718 Cayman GTS 4.0 exterior washed and detailed by Jesus and as the picture shows it turned out great, this is why since 2023 I've been bringing both the Lexus and the Porsche to Cool Auto Detail, you won't be disappointed! Cool auto detail did an excellent job. A wrath and Sergio made the car look like New and this was a 35 year-old Mazda Miata. I was very pleased with the results of the work on this car. Absolutely the best experience in service and expert advice from Cassandra and Shelby. I called to get prices and options on ceramic coatings for my brand new 2025 Audi Q5 black metallic SUV and was very impressed with the help I received. I took the vehicle in the next week and got the high end IGL ceramic coating applied and picked it up two days later. Awesome job!
