I’m a rideshare driver here in the Las Vegas area and had a minor accident. I went around to 4 different body shops in the Henderson area, and after speaking personally with the people at Colorpoint they recognized my issue and made a small discount. They were the lowest estimate. Also, the parts they ordered came in during the timeline they originally said which was great. There were extra damages inside the car which wasn’t a surprise, however, they took detailed photos of each damage and sent them to me by email before proceeding. Very clear and professional. Then despite the time this may have taken my car was finished right on schedule, possibly a bit early. I cannot recommend this place more for rideshare drivers like myself who need their vehicles finished quickly for work and at a competitive rate, or anyone, really. An easy 5 star review, 5 star service, very much appreciated. Thanks to everybody there at Colorpoint, I’ll be returning there if I’m unfortunate enough to have another accident.

The tailgate glass of my ACURA RDX broke, and Safelite replaced it. However, they were unable to remove the broken glass pieces that were wedged behind the plastic panels. The Acura dealer in Henderson could not remove the broken pieces either, and suggested that I take it to Color Point. Color Point were able to remove the pieces in about 30 minutes, and they didn't charge me a dime. A special shoutout to Javier Jimenez. He was very helpful, kind and generous with his time. Thank you, Color Point!

I was referred here by my dealership, Chrysler Dodge, because they don't do body work. However, I was beyond satisfied with the results. Not only was Gissel helpful and knowledgeable, over the phone and in person, about the process and getting the insurance estimates, but she and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Enterprise pick up was also arranged by them to get my rental. Once I picked up my dodge dart, It was washed and vacummed clean. Nothing is more satisfying than a clean car and great body work. They have a nice waiting area as well, with TV, charging station, and great seating area. Lastly, they forgot to add the car alignment to the estimate after done being paid. But, due to their mistake they took care of it anyway. Colorpoint more than exceeds customer satisfaction in all areas, highly recommended.

I used color point in the past, at that time the service was great. This time, it was terrible!!! I had to call literally every day to find out what was going on with the repairs. This Chris guy just lazy!!! Every excuse in the book, it took more then 30 days to get my car back and when I did get it back, my floor mats were missing, it looked like my car was driven with a car load of ppl and it looked ran sacked. I called and asked about my floor mats, his excuse… the owner is in Mexico. I haven’t heard from him yet. I don’t expect him to get back to me, he didn’t the entire month they had my vehicle.

Went in because they wouldn't quote me over the phone for just painting my car, asked me to fill a form for insurance once I got there cause they assumed it was collision but I said I just wanted a quote. She called me by a different name when she took me to look at my car, even though I wrote my information down. She looked at the car and a sec later said $8000 to paint the car. Why couldn't she just say that over the phone? Seemed unorganized and unprofessional.

I’ve had my car back for almost two months, and Regina did an amazing job by proactively communicating with me. She always called me with updates before I ever had to reach out to her. It took three weeks to get my car back, which is exactly what Regina said it would take. They even fixed a dent that wasn't part of my accident, which I really appreciate. The front desk girl was also very professional. Overall, it was a great experience. My car looks as if nothing ever happened to it .

Was involved in a hit and run that left my bumper a bit messed up. I wasn't sure who to take it to but I was recommended here by my dealership. Super prompt and transparent. Left my car and was updated with a new estimate within a few days. The longest part was waiting on my insurance to respond to them. Either way, Regina kept me updated with a text every few days. Overall it took about 2 1/2 weeks from drop off to pick up. The whole experience was super easy and quick. Plus, their work is backed by a lifetime guarantee, so if anything, their work is protected. I've already recommended to a few friends!

It's been nearly a year and unfortunately I need to write a review warning anyone who values their vehicle to stay clear of Colorpoint. I was involved in a pretty expensive car accident - the other driver turned left right into me - resulting in over $20,000 in damages to the truck. Toyota of Henderson worked on the suspension damage, while they recommended Colorpoint to do the body work. I assumed having Toyota certification, plus being recommended by the dealership, would be a sign that this was a trustworthy shop. That couldn't be further from the truth. Colorpoint's technician who worked on the truck had zero idea what he was doing. This is a 4WD truck, and he glued nearly everything back together again. No bolts. Glue. No OEM replacements. He created more damage than he repaired. After picking up my truck the first time, I had to document all the poor quality workmanship and return to Colorpoint to have them repair all that work. They fired the technician immediately, but simply could not manage to return the truck to a quality condition. It wasn't their fault... it was one bad technician. As someone paying top dollar for repairs, I assumed management would know how to hire competent people. They couldn't even take accountability for their poor management. They were faulty to the point of negligence. They didn't bother to screw down the body back onto the frame. It drove wonky. After two visits back to the Toyota Dealership, a mechanical technician identified the problem: the body wasn't securely attached to the frame! Colorpoint was quick to demand payment, but completely skirted their responsibility to deliver a quality body shop repair. If your body shop needs are beyond a paint chip, I would caution bringing your vehicle here. Their inconsistency simply isn't worth the headache.
