Tried the touchless automatic wash here and it wasn’t great. The car didn’t come out very clean, and some spots were completely missed. Not really worth the price.

The touchless car wash is a joke and an absolute waste of money. I still have the hand prints from before despite paying $12 for a wash! The car doesn’t look any cleaner at all. Look at the photos and decide for yourself Update: I was refunded the money for the touchless car wash. I used one of the self-serve bays and I was very satisfied. I'm always using the self-serve bay from now. Also, appreciate the quality response from the owners in making this right.

The automated service, when you pay for a $12 automatic wash, shows $12 at the time, but when it processes the final payment the next day, it charges you the full $16, the maximum the machine can charge. I went at night, since that's always the only time I can go, and it's quieter, but there was no one working, and I tried calling the store for a refund of the remaining four dollars, but no one answered.

Came in today May 12, 2024. Used the touchless car wash to the far right. Not only did it not wash my car right, i pushed the 12.00 wash. There is a pending charge for 16.00. Very unsatisfied and upset! 5/13/2024 i do not know how to reply to your feedback comment. I do appreciate you getting back to me asap. I’ve been coming to this car wash since before i started driving (with my brother), and I’ve always used the touch less wash- I’ve never seen the pending charge until now. Thank you for the clarification. I work all the way in upper Marlboro, i can swing by later today if you are available

This car wash has awesome staff - the owner is super cool and has solid prices on top of it. Plus a cam on the site to see if/when it's busy or not.

This was my first bad experience at this location. I’ve had much better service here in the past, but today my car was not cleaned well. Disappointing compared to previous

This car wash is open 24*7. It’s all automated and the place is well lit. We did the automatic car wash. It cleaned our car but it was a bit expensive. One negative was the water smelled bad. I would definitely suggest cleaning it by yourself, it wouldn’t cost that much. There are a good number of cars when we went around 8pm. Over all a great place to clean your car if you are around College Park.

I opted for the touchless car wash at College Park Car Wash and was very disappointed. My car came out just as dirty as before — it looked like it hadn’t been washed at all. On top of that, I had selected the $12 service but was charged $16 instead. Overall, very poor service and definitely not worth the money. I would appreciate it if this issue could be reviewed and a resolution provided.

Best car wash. Water not wet enough and didn't last long enough to wash my hair. Drain was clogged with dog hair, very delicious. Car was very clean but then got dirty when I drove in dirt. Good value for 6 or 7 dollars.

This car wash sucks. Ive tried them so many times stopped going for years came back one more time this year to see if it improved, still sucks. Their touchless wash removes no dirt or grime the moment i step out the car i can still see and remove the dirt with just a soft touch of the finger. This place is a scam

I really that you can self wash or touch less wash. It all really depends on your expectations, if you want a spotless car, then you’re better off handwashing it with a sponge. For what it is, it’s pretty nice. I haven’t washed my car in nearly a year, but self washing for $17 still got like 80% of the dirt and grime off. I would totally come back again!

The only car wash I'm aware in the DMV with self service bays that aren't super sketchy. The staff are nice, and everything tends to work. Sometimes the payment systems are broken but there are usually multiple options so OK. They get pretty busy on the weekends. Update: Payment systems now seem to more or less all be working. Don't know if they listened to this or just did some fixing up, but regardless!

I’ve tried their self service before and it was decent, albeit a tad on the pricier side. However, their touch-less wash was a complete waste of money. $16 to not even be able to clean the windshield, let alone the rest of the body adequately was a huge disappointment and a complete waste of money. Took pictures while I was still in the wash bay where you could still clearly see the dirt/gunk, and it only became more prominent in the sun after I left. Don’t recommend their touch-less wash for anyone.

This facility is awesome. The ultimate DIY car wash. It has everything: powerful water pressure, a srub brush for the tires, a scrub brush for the vehicle, a hand held blow dryer for your ride, a dive through option, and last but not least, the vacuums work and have awesome suction. The price is perfect and completely fair. These DIY type car washes are hard to find. There are only a handful in the immediate DMV. This is hands down the best one. There was even a owner/ employee on site the day I went that was cleaning and servicing the property for max efficiency. Love it! Love it! Love it!!

it’s nice that they have a touch less wash but it doesn’t give a good wash at all. I traveled from Bethesda because this seemed to be the closest touchless wash and paid for what i thought was the most detailed wash (it was also the most expensive at $16) only to be left with a still dirty car. Plus, after the dryer would make a pass, it would drip more (seemingly soapy) water onto my car which left me with new white spots that weren’t there before the wash. Although my car is slightly less dirty (although new spots were added), unless you had a before photo, you wouldn’t be able to tell I had my car washed. The end result just looks like someone sprayed it with water without soap. it’s definitely not clean enough for $16. I attached the after photos.

Great car wash for real, I tried those splash ins with the brushes, still they don't wash the tires like this, this really cleaned my car tires well , and my only little compliant can be the drying, it doesn't dry that much and my car was still wet. But the wash is superb. Beside this, I thought it was closed when i saw the touchless wash drive thru door being closed, but it is just like that, and it will open when you pay. But I highly suggest if you add open and close sign, I almost go back home thinking it is closed, until I saw someone paying and getting in.

Best machine carwash in DMV. Try the $16 package and it makes a snow-torn car fresh and bright. They have live cam on their website to monitor queue.

I paid $16 for a car wash at College Park Car Wash and it was an absolute waste of money. My vehicle came out still completely covered in dirt, grime, and residue—especially along the doors and running boards. It honestly looked like it hadn’t been washed at all. This is not a minor miss; it’s total negligence. Charging people for a “wash” and delivering results like this feels like a scam. I will never be coming back, and I strongly advise others to save their money and go elsewhere. Completely unacceptable.
