Very impressed with the service & the use of free vacuum, window cleaner, interior cleaner & cloth towels. Express wash starts a $10. Easy in and out. You need to give Clean Waves a try..it will not disappoint…I will be returning

Best car wash I've been to in this area. The only one to actually clean the entire car and not leave soap residue once it is finished. They also have the best membership options I've seen. You can get the basic wash membership and add higher options like carnauba wax, ceramic, dry & shine, and tire shine for a small fee each wash. Plus when you're done, they supply vacuums, microfiber cloths, glass cleaner, and interior detailer. It was a no brainer to sign up for their membership.

I’ve had a monthly membership to every car wash in Middletown, and this is by far the best. Mikes had a great wash and friendly service, but was expensive and didn’t have free vacuums. Todd’s wash wasn’t great, but at least had free vacuums and compressed air at the bays to use to blow off water. This wash mixes the best of both. Free vacuums, amazing employees that really seem to care and are super friendly, and free window and interior cleaner. Also super affordable! They also spray your car off as you enter which I really think helps get a lot of debris off. Overall I’m super impressed!

The car was attendant failed to push a button which caused damage to my car antenna and antenna base. After reviewing the camera footage and admitting fault, they agreed to pay for repairs. I provided the estimate and they paid. When i submitted a final bill which was $27.79 higher, they refused payment. No integrity. Do not use this car wash!!!!

I had a great experience at Clean Waves Car Wash thanks to Sean’s impeccable customer service. I had an issue where I didn’t get my full change back after paying in cash, but Sean handled it so professionally! I did have to come back a couple of days later to get the rest of my change, but Sean had it waiting for me and even gave me a free car wash for the inconvenience. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and how he went above and beyond to make things right. On top of that, I really enjoy how, after the car wash, in the vacuuming section, they provide bottles of cleaning spray and free rags to use. It’s such a thoughtful touch that makes it easy to clean every detail of my car. Highly recommend Clean Waves Car Wash for their excellent service and amenities!

So I was at the local Wendy's for my normal Friday Frosty, and I looked across the street to the car wash and saw a sign that advertised the "$5 car wash Friday" special. Curious, I drove over to get that deal but ended up going with a better car wash because my car really needed it. The experience was great and the process smooth. Never once did I think my car was being scratched up/pounded by the mechanics of the carwash. After going through the process, I drove around to the free vacuum area. To my surprise, not only was the vacuum free, but they provided free towels, interior cleaner, and window cleaner for the customers. I was able to towel dry the car in the places the blower missed. I used the interior cleanser and the window cleaners to get the areas I wasn't expecting to clean. I am now a fan of this place as I was able to get a total car cleaning for a great price!

The best car wash! I’ve been going to CleanWaves since they had their locations in Indiana. Great service, clean parking lot, free vacuums, window/interior cleaners, microfiber towels, and mat cleaner. Will definitely be going back soon!

This place just opened and is great. They have brushes that won’t tear up your paint, excellent vacuums with two different attachments, and best of all a detail center with free detailer spray and microfiber towels. This is a huge benefit to those wanting more than just a drive thru wash. Excellent place!

I have been a loyal customer to clean waves since they opened. I have pretty much maintained a membership since they offered one. I let my membership go recently because I noticed that my car was not getting clean so today I went and tried to see if it would do the same thing and it’s not getting my car clean. I’m very disappointed and I’m going back to the previous car place which is further out or do it myself at home. Zero strars I am not pray 40 dollars a mo or almost 30 per wash when it isn’t doing a satisfactory job this is really sad.

Paid $20 for a wash. Afterward, there were still areas of dirt/grime all over my car. A couple spots where some berries or droppings and fallen from a tree weren't removed at all. Also, the rinse didn't work... The back half of or car was covered in soap and I had to rinse it again when I got home.

Just came here for a very much needed car wash after multiple trips to and from Chicago. The gentleman with the longer hair noticed just how bad my car was and gave me excellent service to make sure most of the stubborn bug stains were off! This is the worst “car wash” I have ever received. As I was going through I asked myself “is this thing broken?” It barely did anything. I didn’t get the full package but I was expecting the whole car to get touched not just half. Tear it down and try again. Edit: Unfortunately I threw away my paper receipt but since the owner wants to LIE I am back to post my Chase transaction receipt. Bad business. Imagine how they will treat you if your car gets damaged.

Definitely one of the best new car washes in the Louisville area! Reasonably priced and great location near plenty of restaurants. They have a cleaning station where you can use free microfiber cloths to dry off your vehicle, and then place them in the dirty bins next to the vacuums. They also have window and interior car cleaner to use as well.

It was a good wash. There were different wash options of course but I couldn't tell what the differences were just from the pay station. I'm sure a seasoned car buff would know but I drive my car to work, load trucks and get them dirty. I paid for the $25 experience and I'm not sure why it cost $15 more than the basic. The attendant wouldn't acknowledge me when I tried to ask.
