Clean Ride Auto Spa is well "manned" and has several services to get not only your vehicle but also your beloved dog clean. We use just the car wash. Some negatives, often times all of the brushes don't operate when going through. Sometimes the rear of our Hyundai Tuscan doesn't get clean. They usually have two people spraying the vehicle just before it goes in.

For this car cleaning service, I suggest that you choose carefully. I had high hopes for this service, after all, I came for their car cleaning service, but after nearly an hour of experience, I was very disappointed. The service did not achieve the desired effect, the dust in the car was not completely removed, and even the most basic vacuuming and wiping were not done. To make matters worse, the place where the cups are kept has not even been cleaned. Although I complained to the person in charge once and asked them to re-serve, the result was still unsatisfactory. This made me feel that I would not choose this service to clean my vehicle again. This experience not only wasted my money, but also my precious time.

This is the second time that I brought my pickup to the car wash and asked them that I didn't get good service for my money the first time and if they can just focus on cleaning the inside better. I went back in today to talk to the manager. I had all the trash on my passenger seat. They didn't throw that away which means the didn't clean the seat either. It is a farm truck with dust on the inside which I understand. But they didn't clean on the dash because my diary was laying there and the manager said that's my job to move it. The pictures prove what I'm talking about. Absolutely the worst service I've ever received from the manager. It's a great business with great possibilities. Just think that it is managed/supervised by an arrogant person which brings the quality of the service down dramatically.

If I could post a 1/2 star review I would! What an absolute JOKE of a "detail" I paid $65 for the "express" detail, which I did not have high expectations for considering the price, but oh my was mistaken how pathetic of a "detail" this really was. Cons: Doors dirty, floor mats dirty, windows dirty, floor not vacuumed (sorta), dash dirty, center counsel dirty, door jams dirty. Pros: NONE Literally a $65 car wash and an armoul wipe down is all it is in reality. I am beyond disappointed that I wasted my money in hopes of having even a reasonable detail for the price, but all things considered this was 100% a waste of money. Very disappointed in the service.

If you have kids, this is the place to take your car to get cleaned! I treat myself about two times a year to an express detail. It is not a full detail, but gets it much more clean than I would at home! I recommend taking out your car seats and any other junk and leaving it at home so the staff can focus on cleaning and not worry about getting around your clutter. Even better, come without the kids so you can get a coffee and relax in the Clean Bean while you wait!

I saw the previous reviews of people complaining and I had to put this review out there because they are not telling the truth. First off Clean Ride Auto did such an amazing job! My Jeep looks brand new, smells brand new and all the dog hair was 100% removed! Highly recommend! A++++ The outside is also 100% high quality detailed! 🙌🏻🙌🏻 I’m so happy,and I was referred to them by superior auto detail. Pictures I posted don’t even give them justice.

I normally don't review companies unless they are 5 stars but this is a problem. Looks like they sprayed and wiped tire cleaner with dirty towels all over the exterior of this truck. I really enjoy the quick easy friendly service but will no longer trust the express detail.

Car wash and express detail. Friendly staff, took 20 minutes instead of quoted 30. Express detail, not impressed. I pointed out all that was missed, walked away and came back. Appeared better. Outside, looks nice from afar. Will not be using the detail service again.

I went through the "quick lane" for an interior cleaning hoping to get just a good vacuum and a good wipe down on everything. It was everything but "quick". I got there and waiting at the bay by 1:10-1:15. Two vehicles in front of me to go in. Sat for maybe 8 minutes outside then they waved me in. Kid that greeted was great. Well, short story is, I didn't leave the building until about 2:25-2:30. When I got done and paid and jumped in, I figured that thing would be shining and smelling great for the amount of time it took. Nope, did an ok job but that could have been done in maybe 20-30 minutes. Not a great experience.

I am not one to leave bad reviews. I love to support businesses compared to talking down on them but I am not impressed. I went in to get the 44$ “detail” but the moment I went to get back in my car I noticed a lot of spots they missed. My cup holders were still full of crumbs and all wet, the doors still had dirt all over them, my seats still had a big white spot, my steering wheel still had dirt on it, the dash still had a couple spots, and my carpet on the passenger side was full of coffee from a spill that had happened earlier. They were very kind people, which I appreciated, but I regret spending the money to have my car to still look this way.

My experience was outstanding. My car never looks so good but 2007 Honda Odyssey as old as it is got done. It looks like the showroom knew the shine was just wonderful. I don’t usually give a rating, but very disappointed in my experience. I did the exterior with interior cleaning. The guy who helped me at the outside pay machine was very kind and helpful! My exterior wash was great, no complaints. My interior however was very below average, especially for $35. Right when I pulled in the guy opened my passenger car door and started moving my seat back, I asked him to wait as I needed to grab my daughter from the back and if he moves it, I cannot get her car seat out because it’s too tight, he did not listen and proceeded to move the seat. Fine, not a huge deal, but more just poor customer service. When I returned to my car, I noticed the 3 spill marks I had on my passenger seat were still there. I know they wiped the seats down because my drivers side seat was damn and I could tell, I am just unsure why they did not wipe the very obvious spots off the passenger side (see picture) . I also noticed my dashboard was not wiped down as there was still a lot of dust on there along with my center counsel where my gear shift is had not been touched (see picture). If it was a little warmer out, I could’ve done a much better job with the vacuum and a cleaning rag on my own and saved myself $35. I had heard great things and thought I would try, especially in the cold. It all just seemed very rushed as it only took them about 10 minutes on my interior. I’m all about efficiency, but I was definitely not in a rush, unlike the employees. Not sure I’ll go back.

I have been here 3 or 4 times. I get a carwash and express detail each time. Never had a straight out the door experience as I always have to have them double check things that were missed. This time I pointed out some things and gave them the chance to do a second sweep on the detail. I get home and still all of the doors were dirty and not wiped down. I wouldn't say the express detail is worth it and I will probably just end up doing it myself in the future. Carwash was fine though.

Brought in pretty clean car for touch ups. Got express detail to get the car tip top. Pretty underwhelming. They should have someone give the cars a final glance to see if anything could be improved upon. $70 wasn't worth the cost,I could have done the step down clean. Hard to see in 📸. Ok service. Thank you for your feedback. I was not aware I should double check quality for paid services but I will keep that in mind for the future visits. Take care.

I’m sitting in line right now. Time stamp on my wash is 9:21 and there was someone b4 me. One attendant in shack- never looked up to see if anyone needed help or had questions— to busy with his head down. Only one guy working at car wash entrance so he had to run back & forth to do each side of every car. It’s now 10am & I’m still waiting outside to enter quick clean. Cars are backed up people have to exit detail shop by backing out so all cars have to move… it’s a real shit show. I was here at 915, they opened at 9. What a mess my whole morning will be eaten up. I’ve done this b4 & it’s always been a smooth process🤷♀️🤦♀️

The staff was friendly and polite but the service was lacking. It looks like they ran out of quarters while trying to get the other side; neat but still needs to be vacuumed more. The wipe down didn’t look like it happened either.

I really want to like this car wash, but with each visit they remind me of their flaws. First of all it takes an very long time to go through the wash, if there are more than 5 or 6 cars in line you better plan on close to an hour for the basic exterior wash with no interior. Several times in the last week I have attempted to go there, but after seeing 5 or more cars in line I've opted to go across the street to another wash and have been in and out before 1 car advanced at Clean Ride. This is ridiculous, and who wants to wait for an hour to run through a car wash? The worst part is that my cars are not coming clean with their wash, there is always considerable dirt remaining on the rear and even after their complimentary drying service dirt & residual left on most areas of the car. I'm paying a premium for this wash and expect premium service. I realize that good help is hard to find, but I've never seen so many employee's working as little as they can. Often if you go in in the later hours of a weekend day, it sounds more like a night club in there. They have the music blaring and they employee's make it very clear that they don't want to be there. Many of them make a very poor attempt to dry your vehicle off with wet towels, using one hand and often never even look at what they are wiping off. I want this car wash to succeed, but they clearly need to make some changes to make it more effecient with a better experience for the customer.

Today I went to go get a car wash from here and I was on some light dirt little bit of muddy not really stuff that can be stuck on really hard and I just was wanting to clean the under car mostly of my vehicle and I was getting gas at the Love‘s right up the road a few hours Later and ended up finding that the undercarriage was not sprayed at all and I paid extra to have it brushless and sprayed extra for any kind of rust protection and things like that, and I specifically asked the guys that were in the drying day if they were sure that my undercarriage got washed and they said yes, it definitely did. And I’m passing through from the West Coast to the East Coast too, so I was just in town for a few hours thank you for letting me down
