Picked up my car in Maryland from a family member in pretty rough shape inside and out. Needing serious TLC: from the carpets to the leather to every crack and crevice...including the outside that was filthy from sitting under trees and being coated in dirt and leaves... not only was I able to call and get immediate response, Greg got to the garage and took my car within 15 minutes on my way back into DC! Service was so fast and the car looks absolutely spectacular. I wouldn't even recognize it! I'd recommend to anyone in a heartbeat and will absolutely return!

Greg was able to provide me with a car wash and a mini detail that made my car look new (interior cleaned, vacuumed, tires were made shiny) for a very affordable price ($45). Greg was quick, very professional and responsive, and he made scheduling easy. I live on 1st St NE and M St NE and this place is about two blocks away and incredibly convenient. Would recommend to anyone in the district.

We had a great experience here today. Greg and his team did a fantastic job with our car--which was very dirty after years of camping and limited cleaning. He even got the remains of a melted candy that had been there around three years our of the passenger door arm rest. They finished ahead of the 2 hours they quoted us and the price was very reasonable compared to others I had investigated.

Greg is a hero. First he gave our car a great clean. The valet service was very convenient and allowed us to go about our day while he gave regular updates via text. We had a bunch of pet hair inside and rat feces under the hood. When the car was returned it was like new. Then, we realized we actually had a dead rat wedged between the engine and another part and Greg went the extra 100miles removing the dead animal piece by piece. We can’t thank him enough for going above and beyond

Great service, great price, straight forward, utmost professional. I called a few of the top Yelp results for mobile auto detailing and reached voicemail for each. Got a call back Greg from Eco Klean Carz within minutes, gave me a reasonable quote and 15 minutes later he met me in my workplace parking lot. Services I've used in the past do the cleaning on the spot, but Greg gave me the keys to his car and took mine off site to do the cleaning. He updated me with pics of the work being done via text, and about an hour later he returned and my car felt brand new. Greg is $$.

This company performed AMAZING work on my vehicle. They conveniently picked up my vehicle from a pick up point, removed all the mold from my car, steam washed everything VERY professionally, and even showed me a progress video and texted me updates while they were working! I just got off the phone with the owner as I attempted to schedule a car wash with this business after reading through both the positive and negative reviews. Despite some warnings about the person answering the phone being a bit rude and defensive, I decided to give them a chance because the positive reviews seemed promising. Unfortunately, my experience echoed the negative feedback. When I called to inquire about a regular car wash, which I assumed would be their basic service, the person on the other end responded very rudely, asking, “What is a regular car wash? We don’t offer regular car washes.” He proceeded to ask if I had even looked at their website, and then rather brusquely listed the services they offer. When I tried to clarify what I was looking for, he dismissively stated that it doesn’t matter how much time a service typically takes because he can finish it quickly due to his expertise. While that might be impressive, the way he communicated this was far from professional. I noticed his tone becoming increasingly aggressive, and I felt uncomfortable. I tried to calm the situation by politely saying, “Sweetie, this is your business. I’m just trying to book a service, and you’re raising your voice at me. I feel a little attacked.” Instead of de-escalating, he became even more defensive, accusing me of judging him because he’s a man and I’m a woman—an accusation that was completely unfounded and inappropriate. I attempted to reason with him, but it was clear he wasn’t interested in listening. His defensiveness only escalated, making it impossible to have a constructive conversation. I ended the call by wishing him a good day and deciding not to give him my business. Afterward, I checked the business’s responses to other negative reviews, and sure enough, his replies were just as defensive and dismissive. This behavior reflects poorly on the business as a whole. My advice to the owner: Running a business requires more than just skill; it requires good customer service. Even if you are excellent at what you do, poor customer interactions will drive potential clients away. It’s important to listen to your customers with an open mind and heart. Your ego should not get in the way of your business’s success. If you continue to respond to customers this way, you’ll limit the growth potential of your business. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this business due to the lack of professionalism and customer care. I had hoped for a simple car wash, but instead, I was met with unnecessary hostility. I urge potential customers to read the reviews carefully and consider how this business might respond to you.

I called/emailed several services on Monday morning needing a detail on Tuesday morning. Left a message for Greg and he was the first to get back to me (within an hour or so) and was able to fit me on Tuesday morning. He was about an hour late but he took me short notice so not a big deal. Very professional and took care of me for a reasonable cost. Picked up my car and returned it within 2 hours for a full interior detail including steem and washed the outside and wheels as well. Definitely recommend.

Greg is simply the best! He came to my house to get the car and take it to wash at his shop, and there’s also the option to have it done at your own home. Such a great service since I could continue working while my car was being cleaned. The car was in terrible shape, lots of stains and pet dander and they literally brought it back to life! This was no small job, and they did it with a level of care found only in reputable businesses that truly care about what they do. They really treated it like it was their own car. My mind is blown away by what a difference this auto detailing job made. Words can’t express how thankful I am. They really got me out of a sticky situation. Almost seemed too good to be true but I just got my car back and I'm very happy! I've never had a car detailed before but my car was full of dog hair and crumbs. Tried to clean it myself and couldn't get it all out from between the cracks. Now it's spotless! Eco Klean is literally cheaper faster and easier than any of the places I was looking. I got everything I wanted done for $50 less and I never had to leave my house which was amazing. They had it done in an hour and a half! Will definitely use again.
