Paid for the ceramic service for $25 yet wheels, windshield and bumper still remained dirty. Save your money In regards to your reply, my MB is regularly cleaned. The individuals drying the car left windows and car still wet. You should consider updating your brush system for better coverage.

I visited today for the first time and signed up for the Ultimate. I was very impressed with the process and how clean my car was afterwards. Everyone was so friendly and polite it made the experience even better. I realized when I got home that I signed up for the wrong wash so I emailed them and asked if o click switch the unlimited Ultimate to the unlimited Super & it wasn’t a problem. Within an hour it was confirmed via email. Their customer service is top notch!

Very friendly staff from the sprayers in the front to the dryers at the end. Everyone greets you like you are family, and they take pride in having a great work product (my clean car). Sometimes there is a long line but it moves quickly. The owner is very hands on. You see him there all the time. His leadership and pride in his company really trickles down through his employees. They will go the extra mile if you need some special attention to a spot on your car or if something accidentally gets vacuumed up. The owner himself came out to help me go through the vacuum container after I heard something go up the tube from under my seat and I was not sure what it was. We found the item and all is good. If you get the monthly car wash, the big extra that makes it worth it is the free vacuumed tokens that are included. The location is very convenient. It is located right by the turnpike exit so you can always arrive at your destination in a clean car.

This is a 100% unbiased review. The car wash is good. The unlimited washes option is a good deal if you have time to get your car washed weekly. Feel as though the car could be dried better and my car isn't always 100% clean. The tire shine splashes all over your car unless you wait for it to dry which is a little annoying. I skip that option although it's included in the unlimited wash package I have. Almost 100% of the check in people are really nice and seem to car about doing a good job.

I can’t say it Enough that the clean machine car wash of Fort Washington is Great I have been going there for 15 plus’s years and the Employees have ALWAYS been vary friendly and courteous not once have they ever been negative too me they always do a excellent job at the wash and I have also had them detail my truck and wife’s car

A good car wash, but buyer beware. If you buy unlimited washes for a month, only after the purchase will you discover that it is subject to automatic renewal every month thereafter. You will receive a separate slip of paper “Unlimited Contract” (that requires a signature). I did not sign the contract slip of paper, but was forced to cancel anyway.

Nice to still have a self-serve car wash. I live in Lansdale and all the existing self serve car washes only now offer automated. I like being able to deposit the right amount of quarters and do the wash as well as vacuum myself. Thanks much!

UPDATE: I'll try again based on the owner's message below. Thank you for that offer! Avoiding using the degreaser and wheel cleaner in self wash bays. I don’t visit this plan often but wanted to try them again and those cleaners don’t work. The presoak takes a bit to get going. All else is good. The soap on the brush is nice tho.

It’s only ten mins ago that I tried this place and paid for the highest priced service - the ceramic. I came out of the wash area then 2 men attended to my car for the supposed drying, rim cleaning, tire black, etc. I mean it should include all of the services they promised for the price I paid and even gave a good tip. But once I parked to my destination few feet away from this car wash center, I was disgusted with the quality of the work. I came back and showed my receipt and asked for the services they didn’t do or if they did, they did poorly. I was told to go to the same guys but the same guys pointed me to the back where no one is there to finish the work. Basically I got screwed up. Avoid this place as much as you can. They don’t even deserve a 1 star.

They essentially harass you with buying the membership no matter how many times you say "No, thank you." I understand offering it, but don't harass your customers. Update: I took one vehicle to the Glenside wash, I guess I should have mentioned in that review that the one brush on the driver side wasn't spinning so I took my second vehicle to the Fort Washington location after seeing that. Really pushy with that upsell still.

On a typical morning, leaving Lifetime and heading back toward Erdenheim, or more likely to the turnpike, I always see a line of cars at the car wash. Typically too long to want to wait, though I never regret going. If you can get in and be at least the sixth or seventh car in line, it moves pretty quickly and should take about 20 minutes. On the upside, it’s a very convenient location. The washing equipment appears to be more modern, which makes me think it may be a better wash, better for care of the vehicles, and hopefully better for the environment. I’m not sure if any of this is true, but it sounds good. On the downside, the vacuuming is a pay service which differs from other local car washes that offer the vacuuming free of charge. Typically the front and staff who are working the register and pre-wash are nice and friendly. The staff at the back coming out of the tunnel can be hit or miss. Prices are slightly higher than some of its counterparts, though you are getting the convenient location. about 50% of the time, I am offered the monthly unlimited pass option. They have not signed on. Personally will not wash the car that often, though if you or someone who does, it may be economically appealing to explore this option. Overall highly recommend this location.

I've had their "unlimited wash club" for a pretty long time now and I'm always impressed with how my car looks after I roll through. An important note though - if you have a sports car/low vehicle with a front lip spoiler or similar, you WILL scrape when turning in and pulling out onto the busy road.... I'd recommend this location to friends if somehow this could be addressed. I brace myself every time I visit. The uphill entrance/downhill exit here is significant and the only reason I'm dropping a star. An overall great car wash, efficient crew, and conveniently located.

Update: They declined to help, the prius does not have it's original sealcoat and is less than 5 years old so it's not related to an older car or original paint as they claim. I dropped the car in one condition then their was visible damage when I picked it up. I'm not claiming they did anything malicious but if there are things stuck on a hood and it can't be removed by the car wash (such as the sap that remains on the hood in the original picture) if the wash catches it, which I believe it did in this case, it may be too aggresive for what they state was cracking coating. I've included the pictures they sent me claiming pre existing damage. Feel free to be the judge and take cars older than 5 years, or paint older than 5 years through the wash (which again I told them not to do when I dropped it stating interior detail only), at your own discretion. Ive also included a pictures from a week earlier of the car where the gloss is clearly seen without the flat black. Paid for an interior detail which the website describes as: "It’s a complete interior detail! We vacuum, spot treat, scrub, shampoo, and extract cloth/carpeting. We clean and condition all leather and vinyl. We degrease and deodorize all interior surfaces and clean all interior glass." At drop off I was asked if it was just for an interior detail and I confirmed. Upon pickup found they had done something to wash the exterior which caused a chunk of seal coat to be ripped off the hood (pictured) and didnt disclose it at pickup meaning they did not check the car before presumably putting through their car wash as it looks like large brushes were used in the picture. So they did something to my vehicle without my consent and damaged it in the process. I was having the car interior detailed to sell before moving in 4 days. I do not have hours or days to spend on a resolution and now I will be unable to sell the car causing 1000s of dollars in lost value and damages. Will update when this problem is resolved we have been told to bring it in tomorrow so the manager "can take a look". This post is being made to document both the problem and hopefully a resolution that works for everyone.
