The automated brushes whack the car pretty hard which is probably good for cleaning but not for longevity of the finish. The towel hand dry was lackadaisical.

I stopped in, but they do not vacuum. As I am partially disabled, which makes it difficult to get a complete carwash north of portland.

The guys were very nice and they were so helpful my car looks beautiful thank you !!! I didn’t Catch the names unfortunately.. and the Boss package was definitely needed and worth it .

I would offer details on the quality of their service however the last 4 visits they have been either closed early, out of towels, or closed for maintenance. With prices double their competitor down the street I would not recommend wasting your time.

I was first in line. Had to wait 30 minutes. Paid for the most expensive option and they only did the basic one. The guy used a stiff brush and scratched the paint on my hood.

This place has my business for life. I was two quarters short and needed to trade some dimes so I could finish rinsing my truck. The owner refused my money, and put 8 minutes of credit on the machine for me, free!!! With that kind of customer service, how could you go wrong?

This is a great car wash!!! Upon drying off my car, they noticed a screw was lose on my license plate and offered to tighten it. NEXT LEVEL service. 10/10 would return.

Very unpleasant staff, grabbing money from wallet and got yelled at by the worker to "come on" in a horrible tone. The excuse was they're tired from being extremely busy while we were the only car in line. When we told the worker to get the boss the worker then says, "see you can't even explain your problem." Extremely rude and argumentative.

Short wash. Car came out almost as dirty as it went in. Blowers at the end to dry car were ineffective and car was wet when it came out, necessitating the need for the wipers before I could proceed out of the driveway.

We hadn't had our cars washed in a couple years... we took them in to Clean Machine Car Wash and the attendant did an amazing job with the wand before sending us thru the machine. We gave hefty tips each time; the wash itself - $10 - seemed amazingly inexpensive.

The guys here do a good job. The only downside is that the dryers don't dry the car properly leaving spots but on the plus side they do a hand dry finish after if you get the 10 dollar wash or above. Overall I would recommend this place

Once again not open at listed opening hours. I wasted 15 minutes waiting for their 8:00 a.m. opening hour but nobody ever showed. I left at 8:05, there was still nobody there. I have submitted a suggested opening hours update in Google, even though it states the business confirmed an 8:00 a.m. opening just 3 weeks ago. Update: Not much improvement here. They've got one kid working with a long line of cars so he has to run back and forth between running the car wash and drying? This operation needs an absolute minimum of two people. The stinginess of the owner is absolutely costing it business because I'm seeing cars turn away and leave.

I buy the executive package. I get extremely frustrated when I show up on a sunny day at 10am and the sign is out: closed for maintenance. This happens OFTEN, which cheats me out of my "unlimited" car washes that I paid for. When they tell me that they don't have any clean towels, I will return 1.5 hours later. When they tell me the same thing, I remind them that it only takes 45 minutes to wash a load of towels and to go get the towels. I shouldn't have to deal with this. No customer should, especially when they're paying for the service and tipping well...and I even get out of my vehicle and help wipe it down! There is, however, one young man who is extremely kind and thorough. When he's there, there never seems to be issues. Ethan makes it a 5 🌟 experience. The rest of the crew could use some training in customer service.

Not as happy lately😐 I have bought the package deals many times over the past couple years and I come in two to three times a week to get my car washed. The past several times I've come in the 1st left soap sprayer barely touches the car and I have mentioned it a few times before but nothing is getting done about it. I come here because this car wash is better than the other car wash we have in town. It would be great if these things could get fixed

Worst wash. Paid for the boss, front and rear bumper were still dirty, hand dry was spots missed all over. No tire treatment. Just disappointed from top to bottom

Update: its been 4 months since I’ve been here and it still hasn’t been fixed or maintained. Its so bad that the soap doesn’t even squirt out enough to get the car soapy. I bought a month subscription but this’ll be the last time. The owner sure is asking a lot of money for a car wash that barely does its job washing. Its ok. I used to run a car wash exactly like this place and I can tell you they need to do some maintenance and cleaning on it, which we did periodically. Also the staff needs to work on being friendly and greeting the customer instead of just asking what wash we want. The air dryers don’t dry the entire vehicle, however the staff does offer to hand-dry your car on sunny days to compensate for the car wash being in disrepair. I would also say that the two most expensive car wash options are not worth it. If you ever been to a high quality car wash like Quick Quack, this place is overpriced considering how low-quality the car wash is. Its an average car wash, and adding the fact that it needs repair, I don’t plan on going back.

I'm pretty frustrated that I have to switch my 5 star to a 3 star. Usually this is my go to wash and it dose amazing. Today September 3rd I went through and got stuck twice, once under the dryer. I had to honk for the worker to come help me and had no choice but to drive out. Vacuums did amazing and are a great deal. Didn't feel like bugging them about a refund. Thankfully, I was able to get a hand dry, but it will probably be a bit before I return. Update a few months later my dad went through and had the same exact issue. This seems like an ongoing problem

Talk about a disappointment. I paid for the premium Boss wash, $20 plus a tip. The front and sides of the car look OK for a drive-through car wash. Not exactly premium. Half the cleaner sprays didn’t even reach the car as they were just bubbling out the sides of the sprayer tube. And it is like the back didn’t even get touched by anything. The wipe down service was an absolute joke. On a black SUV this is so noticeable it’s almost embarrassing. I will not be back.

Their sprayer for getting the bug and tar remover is broken as of this visit and the Attendant was very thorough with a broom getting the crud off my car. But a broom leaves scratches all over my car. The fenders, the hood, the bumpers...maybe tell a customer that the sprayer is broken and let them decide if they want to continue with the wash??? Their equipment isn't up to getting your car clean. It leaves patches of dirt on the car where the washing materials dont reach. And there wasn't any paper towels to dry off your mirrors with. And their blower didn't really make any difference to drying the exterior. There was ALOT of water after the green light told me to "go". So, I went. Between the scratched paint, poor wash job and sub-par blower, I shall stay 'went'. Caveat: The attendant was very professional. Offered solutions, not excuses, and didn't try to upsell me at anytime. He was personable, and knew his job! It is for that reason that I rated this experience a 3 out of 5.
