All the workers are degenerates and it seems like half the time they’re either drunk or high never paying attention to actually doing some work which seems like it’s kind of their job? Went there today and every single one of the gas station pumps were close not sure why I went to go ask one of the attendants that were in the store just listening to music and said all the pumps are down. This gas station is a 24 hour gas station I’m confused on why it would be down in the first place

I pull up and the employee outside is standing around telling people that heIs off the clock and he can’t help anybody. Meanwhile theThe other employees standing around in the store. Do you have cars lined up trying to get gas and nobody to help them. I would suggest as a business owner you either higher adequate employees or adequate number of employees. Horrible experience at your gas station several times. If you’re in Tigard and you’re looking for gas avoid this station.

I recommend driving our of the way to another gas station. The customer service is laughable and the price is almost worse. I've been here twice and one time the employee was very bored and boring and only just did his job. The other time, at this occasion a different employee, he cleaned my windows without being asked or given permission, which this he used to pressure me into tipping him, which I did to be nice, but of course I immediately regretted it as I felt really uncomfortable and really pressured into doing it for him, trying to explain his job relies on tips when that is not even hardly true. So of course that is probly the worst 2 or 3 bucks I've ever wasted on a tip.

This is now a Dino gas station and it is my go to for fillups every time. Friendly attendants and my car love their gas. Prices are fair compared to what everyone else's are.

Absolutely terrible service. Whoever was working on 1/23 between 4pm and 5:15 gave the worst customer service I've ever encountered at a gas station. Didn't give any kind of greeting, impatiently asked for cash or card, and was texting on his phone the entire time he was "attending" to customers. To make things even more disappointing, when I tried to turn my car on after filling it, it wouldn't start. I was there for an hour with the hood up trying to figure out what was wrong with it and fixing it. During that whole hour all I got from the three employees that were there were dirty looks. No one stopped to offer any kind of assistance or ask if things were okay. I always thought that gas stations were supposed to be service stations. I was even reminded rudely that I will have to move my car pretty soon. I did not appreciate the attitude after absolutely no help, even to help me roll my car into a parking spot. I can easily say that I will never return to this location.

Kid pumping gas to into his phone to walk payment in that's four steps away. I was the only one there. Had to get out to go had another dude sitting on his but playing with his phone my money. Would rather just pump my own gas at that rate.

Good friendly service and nice clean facilities. Nothing to complain about. The gas seems comparable in price to other places and the freeway has an on ramp at this exit so it's easy to get back on. This part of town has a mall in right behind the gas station is the oldest bread store in the area. The Franz Outlet. Super cheap. This little place has a store for cigarettes and convenience items. I like that they didn't make me get out of my car to pay.

Very nice, down to earth, kind employees. They do accept cigarette coupons here, both paper and virtual. This is the best gas station in all of Tigard... unless you are drunk or a druggie>> in that case, you're not welcome here - fair warning. Love this ❤️ place.

Wow… Leave and go somewhere else! I pulled up. No one else fueling up. Handed the guy $40.00. After it shut off he says thanks! When I looked at the pump it only filled to $38.00. So I asked for my change. He rudely stomped off the the store. When he came back I asked for a receipt. He fumed and went back for my receipt. I thanked him ….and of course no response. I can’t imagine handing this guy my credit card!

This gas station is the only one near me that takes my company card, but I was a little worried to come here. I read all of the negative reviews and wondered what I was getting myself into. But, I've been coming here for 8 months now and have yet to have a negative experience. The attendants have always been friendly, some are downright chatty. They are open early to accommodate my weird schedule, and honestly make my feul experience easy. I can't ask for much more.

Normally, our only mode these days for going out to buy gasoline for the cars and trucks is to find the cheapest gas around, even if it means driving out of our way to save a few pennies per gallon, or 40-50 cents per gallon in the case of a gas station like this. But what if you are about to run out of gas in the middle of Tigard, and not all that close to that special station which features your cheap gas? That's where this 76 was so invaluable to us, as we had TWO vehicles which were out of gas. The price isn't that bad considering how much all of us are paying already ever since the former vice president helped gas prices to soar up to historic levels. The service we received was efficient and friendly. I'm grateful for this station being here. Our car guy just across the freeway (you know, Uncle Dan!) wants us to buy good gas for our cars anyways. He has worked on many of our vehicles, so he sees what cheap gas does to the engine. 76 to the rescue!

I don't do bad reviews, but I will after this disaster. Asked for $20 worth of gas because I had $21 available in my account. The attendant decided I said 'fill it'. I yelled for him to stop the moment I saw the pump. He was talking about himself and his country of Origin. He said "whoops" and I conveyed I didnt ask for that amount. He threw his hands up and apologized. I said I will deny the charge through my bank. He said that was what I should do because he had no way to reverse the charge. Visa denied my dispute bc station provided receipt of transaction. Called the 76 store today spoke to manager "Lyn " I was polite and clear about the incident. He was aggressive and argued my experience. I am waiting for 'the owner' to return my call and resolve the error. I will continue to call back until this is resolved. I am NOT responsible for their employee's negligence. 76 owner please be responsible for your employees and how you interact with the public . I cannot afford the fees and overdraft charges that I have incurred because of your employees mistake. Please be accountable. Feel free to contact me. I WILL REMOVE THIS NEGATIVE REVIEW IF ISSUE IS RESOLVED. Edit: Have called back 2x and been given the run around. Manager won't help and says owner is unavailable.

I had actually boycotted this place because of attitudes of gas attendance. Decided to try it again since its location is very convenient to my home. Today. I go there and the gas attendant was either on a Bluetooth or was talking to himself while pumping my gas and was streaming profanities about something. I immediately got out and asked him for my card back and told him not to worry about it and went to another gas station. My son was sitting in the back seat at the window right next to the gas pump.

Greenburg/Cascade. Been coming here for years and without fail, every single time, the cashiers are rude! Sit there looking at her cellphone while you’re standing there trying to pay. It is uncomfortable to give money for ANYTHING. Every time I go in I have to ask myself why the heck I keep doing it. This has been going on for years, and I honestly probably only go there a couple times a month. I’ve tried to convince myself she’s just having a bad day or some personal stuff, but it’s every female cashier that works there the last couple years. My girlfriend is super jolly so I sent her in there tonight. She was extremely uncomfortable when she came back to the car and said “I have never in my life had an interaction like that”: final straw for me man. I don’t typically leave reviews or yelp but this….hemorrhoid of a gas station needs to replace this lady, or TRAIN HER. People should never leave feeling that when they are BUYING YOUR PRODUCT! Management needs to step up:

They have the friendliest staff of any gas station in Portland. They're always smiling and having a good time and you walk in, they're always friendly. I know we don't care about the people that work at a gas station where we get our gas, but these people are very likable

Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhh space age by King city has better gas prices. $3.99 credit for mid grade. The convenient store prices are average. You're better off going next door to the 7/11 to get rewards. There's a Brontosaurous so that's a fun photo opportunity.
