Called for a price for a truck wash, guy that answered the phone did not know the price and had very nasty attitude. Did not go there because that's not the kind of service I want to receive and pay money for it.

Don’t go to this place, when I called they said $45 for regular truck wash, I go there wait for 30 minutes and they call me in for a wash and said it’s gonna be $75 for regular truck wash.

Did a good job , a bit pricey $150 for truck and trailer with wax For engine wash with water they wanted $40 I refused. Will wash engine for $10 next time at blue beacon

Came here for a machine wash, website says $20 for standard vehicles, was charged over $50 and they hand washed it and did NOT use the automatic machine at all. I don't recommend, the reason for it not being 1 star is that the car was clean afterwards but they should also have the option for machine wash for standard vehicles too. Not worth $55

I have to agree with some of the other reviews when it comes to customer service….Not much! Very disappointed with the finish product after spending $100. Dirty spotting all over the RV and they did not wipe down the windows like other truck washing facilities. For $100 we definitely expected more! We spend on average $60-75 at other truck washes and we get a much better job! Will add When charging out I saw their fee schedule and our motor home should have been $80. Ask questions first!!

☆☆☆They fixed it☆☆☆ Google hours show its open Saturday & Sunday. Got here to find out its closed on weekends. The truck wash is located in a gated warehouse yard, kinda inconvenient. Let me begin by saying that I don't drive a semi so it may have affected the quality of the car wash that I got. They were very helpful with my questions. One thing is that I checked the website and it said a basic car wash was $20 but when they were done washing my truck (it does have a big rack so that may have been why) it was $55. Definitely not worth a $55 car wash as there was a decent amount of dust still left on my doors. Absolutely worth a $20 car wash though. Both of the very large semis in front of and behind me looked great when they came out so if you're looking for a semi truck car wash, I would say go for it. If you're looking to wash your big Dodge ram or lifted Toyota tundra, maybe head somewhere else.

Incorrectly unscrewed before washing the antenna, and the antenna mount fell into the inside of the mirror housing and refused to be repaired. or rather, there was a direct instruction to the employees from the boss that let the client solve his problem himself ... I think this is very irresponsible, arrogant and unprofessional!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place!

Don’t always write a review but for this truck wash I feel like I have to, I just got the best truck wash ever! And I mean it, the back of the cab is clean all wheels look new under windshield visor no bugs opened my side spoiler for a better wash I mean I’m speechless, and to top this review with a cherry on top they even offered to wash my rubber mats, great job boys keep up the good work, definitely coming back, o and one more thing they asked to turn on engine to have the fan running while washing for a better wash, and also made sure by bug screen was clean, I mean something I haven’t In countered across the country 👍🏼👌🏼

Recently we brought one of my trucks to NW Truck Wash in Portland, OR, and the experience was disappointing to say the least. They charged us $80 for what can barely be called a wash. Once the truck dried, dirt spots were still clearly visible, and it was obvious they didn’t bother to wipe it down properly. For a truck wash, attention to detail is crucial, and this location failed to deliver even the basics. I strongly advise others to read the reviews before trusting your equipment with this place. Unfortunately, I didn’t, and now I know better. Not worth the money or the time.
