They continue to charge me even though I cancelled my account 6 months ago and I have not been there in 6 months, oh and they raised the price by twice the price, I've called, emailed, and walked in, more then 10 times recently and nothing changed, I'll update this if they fix this. Edit-- 3 years later I am not being charged anymore 🙃 and I badge no new info about the company. Go to the car wash on 22nd and swan not saying there name on this review jetwash would tell me their family owned and have a new location now, and they are veteran owned too. But shhhh don't tell anyone they have free vacuuming and free mat cleaner. Belt feed system fit low profile vehicles.

The wash is decent enough. Not as good as Mister Car Wash or Surf Thru. The vacuums at this Clean Freak location are amazingly powerful. Tip: look for the bug scrubbing brushes in buckets to give the windows some prep.

I'm editing to add this for the response: it wasn't just the bump up from 9$. I was informed it would go up to 15-16$ at some point. That 15-16$ inching up more and more however is what concerns me. There was no transparency on price increases and suddenly I'm seeing 20$ taken out of my account. My point still stands. I love the scummy business tactic they use where you start off paying 9$ a month for car washes then they bump it up over time. Somehow now I'm being charged 20$. I didn't agree for my subscription to go up. And honestly with this type of tactic I no longer want to do service with this company. The workers themselves have always been lovely which is why I give it another star. The workers get 5 stars. But the company gets a -1 from me.

This is the worst Clean Freak location I've ever used! The wash tunnel is very short, the blowers are positioned so close to the last rinse that it's impossible for the water/chemicals to get rinsed off your vehicle, I had to go to another location right after because my car looked like someone puked on it. Terrible wash!

Very friendly, quick, and efficient service! Will definitely be coming back here! My car was super dirty as we have recently moved here from IL and it had not been washed in well over 3 months. One pass through the $6 wash was all it took to get everything off my car! I was very pleasantly surprised also at the vacuums and how easy the nozzles are to fit between the seats and get all of the dirt that’s usually impossible to reach without a detailing. I will definitely be going back here!

This is a great car wash for the individual that likes to put in a little elbow grease to keep their car clean. I've been coming to this location for several years. It's changed ownership a few times and they continue to improve. The prices have increased a little, but are still very reasonable. And they have unlimited wash packages where you can wash your car every day. Lol. I usually get the $8 basic and I think that's the way to go. You just have to vacuume (free) and dry the car yourself. They have air pressure guns and drying towels available for free. Don't spend the extra money for the bells and whistles. It's not worth it. The tire and wheel package for $13 is disappointing. There are a lot of "full service" car washes that'll cost you $20-$30 and their results are pathetic for what they cost. Come here and "do it yourself" get a better wash and save the money.

I had an awesome experience at Clean Freak and they have earned themselves a loyal customer. I have a monthly pass there and I just casually mentioning to one of the employees about some oxidation on the back of my car. They don't even do detailing at this location but offered to have me come back a few days later when they were going to have a buffer on site and buffed it out for me, free of charge! The manager there was fantastic and really understands a service-oriented business approach and taking care of their customers. All the employees are really nice and professional as well. Head and shoulders above the rest, I definitely recommend this company & location.

The blowers in the wash tunnel don't do a really good job blowing off all the water. In addition, the air hoses at the vacuum stations have so little air they're of no use. Other than drying, the carwash was great.

I have been going to this car wash for years. It has changed names a few times but some of the staff seems to be the same. I always have a positive experience here and my car always looks great after going through the car wash. Last time I went, one of the employees even scrubbed the front of the car for me in one of the stalls before I went through the wash. We had been on a long road trip and the front bumper was filthy. I always get good service here. If you are on the Eastside and looking for a car wash location, I recommend Clean Freak!

Terrible customer service. Not a single store in town answers their phones or emails for weeks, so if your car is out of commission and you can’t drive there to speak to someone you are SOL. Second month I’ve been charged after trying to cancel both via email or online. You’ll request to cancel, and you’ll still be charged. You’ll ask for a refund because you had requested to cancel, and you will not be refunded. I will not be back to Clean Freak.

We came here for the 1st time on 7/15/2019 and got the $3.00 economy wash. The car came out cleaner, but pieces of the trim got broken off during the process.😡 Everytime we wash our car by hand or at other automatic car washes, no pieces of our vehicle get broken then. As usual the business states they are not responsible for any damages. A typical disclosure statement from a business that dosen't want to ensure their customers satisfaction. I came back again with a different vehicle thinking maybe it was a fluke that my other car got damaged, sure enough this vehicle was damaged too.🤯 I can't recommend patronizing this business!🤬

I don’t go there, your car is not getting clean and they will not let you drive thru again you totally waste your money, the manager Denise is a horrible person she should get fired she doesn’t even know how to provide customer service so people are actually happy and returning . All it matters to her is that she is right.

It works if your car isn't dirty... so kinda? I used to go here all the time and the car wash was great for maintaining a clean. Bug season left lots of splats, went through this place and my hood is still plastered with bugs as well as my window, rims look partially cleaned, but lots of grime still. So if your car is dirty, not the best place in my opinion.

This place has some really great people and some really inattentive employees. I kept wondering why my low profile tires and rims kept getting scratches. Well, as I was told to move forward the young man tells me to pull up and sure enough I hear my wheels scratch the track. I asked him why he’s telling me to move forward when I can hear my rims scratching? He just kept waving me forward. A mirror on the roof would easily replace someone who cares so little about their job.

It’s a great fast clean with free vacuum jobs all month. Unlimited washes for $20 a month (ask about month 1 for $5 !). Not fancy, just good and fast. Victor

Good car easy and vacuums less expensive than other places Downgrading my review. Update... Taken over by a different company and prices have gone up. Basic used to be $5 now $8. The attendant was on the phone and trying to take care of me. No pre treating or scrub the bugs off the front of the car or any other tough spots. Think I'll go elsewhere.

This is where I usually clean and wash my car. Monthly subscription is only $9.99 for basic car wash and they provide you a towel and car refresher. Highly recommend it if you like taking care of your car or doing uber or lyft. I am only giving 1 star because today (6/25/19), when I was done cleaning my car, I wanted get a coke from the wending machine but it didn’t work and swallowed my $1.50. When I asked for help, the staff told me to go online and make a claim. That’s ridiculous. Someone should be able to help me out from staff or put a sign on machine notifying customers of the problem. Very disappointed.

This company makes it very difficult to cancel a membership. The employee who gave me the membership lied, saying I only had to come back to the car wash and talk to him to cancel. I found out that I had to go through some online process when I actually tried doing that. I requested online a cancellation more than a week ago, and the website claims 3-5 business days. I don't trust this company any longer, so I may be forced to cancel my credit card if they don't respond to the email I sent support today asking about the status of my cancellation. They don't answer the phone either. So I am very frustrated by the terrible customer service. Edited to add: I was finally able to cancel after contacting support, but I am still pretty pissed that I paid $18 to join and then was charged $30 when the plan renewed. The employee who sold me the plan made it sound like a deal and didn't tell me about the $30. Employees behave like scammers to get people to take memberships. I'm not a fan of these business practices.
