Decent place for a quick car wash. Love the free vacuums even if you don't wash your car. The only issue so far is that the air dry at the end doesn't dry enough. Leaves quite a bit of water on the windshield.

Great car wash, have gone to them since they opened and recommended, the actual wash is fine. DO NOT, however, sign up for the fast pass subscription service, because it’s impossible to cancel. The website goes to a 404 page when you go to the page listed in their Terms, they do not respond to multiple email requests to cancel, and the phone is useless, it’s just a recording. The only way I could cancel this service was to have my bank order a permanent stop payment, which seems incredibly extreme for something that should be easy. Very shady practice (at best!) to make it impossible to cancel a subscription, I imagine it’s actually illegal. I get it, no one wants people to sign up and cancel, but holding people hostage isn’t the way to do it. Keep people on your subscription plan by offering benefits not coercion.

I got a car wash a couple weeks ago wasn't really satisfied the way it cleaned the wheels I did get the wheelpackage so I. Went yesterday to use your vacuum service which is awesome and I figure I'll try the car wash again so I told the young girl Denise who was so professional and kind and she told me when I was done going through the car wash to bring the car around and she would clean the wheels for me which she did I was so impressed with her professionalism her positive attitude and her drive to Make Customers Happy. She should be rewarded. And Commended for her number one customer service to go over and above thanks denise you're the best

Not happy with this car wash at all. We pay for the unlimited package and yet we were limited to 2 washes per day. I've had a couple instances were I needed to go through the wash a few times in a day and was told I couldn't however, no manager was on site to explain why. I would take my car usually once a week for a wash and most of the time the vacuums were low suction, the air pressure hoses didn't work, and inside the wash the right side brushes never even touched my car. When you try to tell them they are rude or just dismiss your complaint completely. I've canceled my subscription, and I'm still waiting for confirmation.

I absolutely love this place! I started out when they first opened up. I decided to get a monthly plan being I love having my jeep clean. I go about 2-3 times a week & each time I go the employees are so friendly & very attentive..I've read some reviews about the payment issues & I've hadn't had any experience with that..I had even went in & got my boyfriend on a subscription. Being it was middle of month they gave him a deal for $9. When we transferred his car to my plan we had no issues with cancelling his & moving it over..no extra charges. I do highly recommend this wash!

Place was great when it first opened. Find it closed for periods of time more recently. Issues with many of their vacuums with poor suction. Positive experiences with employees. Frustrating part is on numerous occasions there are people using the vacuums that haven't washed their cars which are dirty which leads me to wonder if they are sneaking in to use vacuums. Staff allows it to happen. Update: Been a customer at the 22nd St location since it opened. They have a new female manager. She locked my acct and accused me of being dishonest because I didn't have the sticker in my window (been that way for at least two yrs). I'll be shopping for a new car wash. Same issues plaque this location - vacuums with no or very little suction. And now you have management that makes your customers feel unwelcome.

I have been with clean freak. For now, 6 years I've never had any problems up until now. When I take my car through the car wash and I bring it back out. It seems like it never gets it clean enough. There is still soap on the car and still dirt and debris. Then I have to bring my own towels to dry off my car.

this is specifically for the clean freak that is on alvernon in Tucson. I have been a member here since you opened up. at this point in time I would say the place is at its all-time low. I have talked to Aaron, the manager and nothing seems to happen. The problems are vacuums number one. they will not even vacuum the debris out of the car. the other day I had to drive my car through the car wash twice to get it clean because some of the brushes and different stations inside the tunnel literally don't work. I am currently looking for a new place to get my car washed. I drive Uber and I have to use this place on almost a daily basis. this is the closest one to my house so it is the most convenient but if it won't get my car cleaned and vacuumed then I'm going to have to take my business elsewhere.

Never can get my back window washed but other then that not bad ***UPDATE***⏰️💣⏰️💣⏰️💣⏰️💣⏰️💣 DO NOT WASH YOU VEHICLES HERE THEY DAMAGE YOUR NEW CAR AND THEN WILL NOT FIX THE DAMAGES. 🚨USE AT YOUR OWN RISK🚨 DENTED MY HOOD ON DRIVERS SIDE AND BROKEN PASSENGER MIRROR. THE RESPONSE WAS OH WE USE FOAM ROLLERS AND I CAN ASSURE YOU THEY WILL NOT DAMAGE YOUR CAR. THEY SIDE ROLLERS HAVE SENSORS AND THEY BARELY TOUCH YOUR CAR. CLAIM REPORTED. I used this car wash for the first time last week. The prices were reasonable. My car came out clean and without any scratches. The free vacuums have great suction. They do have some helpers there in case anyone needs assistance with selecting a wash or with the card reader. I'm sure I'll go again.

Horrible customer service! We were there visiting my sister and rented a car. When we were done with the car, we were going to wash it to avoid service fees from the car rental company. We paid $9.99 for a car wash where the guy manning the gate, took our credit card to run it on the next lane to our right, and ever since then we’ve had a $35 fee charged to our card once a month since June 2022! So far that’s $350 STOLEN!! To this day I have left messages on their corporate website, I’ve called different locations and even went in to talk to the manager last time we were in town! We were blown off by the employee manning the gate and were told to call the Main Alvernon phone number. Every time I call the Alvernon phone number and Chuys to speak to somebody I leave a message. I’ve left over six messages!! Horrible customer service and follow up with customers needs! Do not use this company!

My truck came out dirtier than when I brought it in. There was a vehicle in front of me and as they were going through the conveyor all the cleaning machines would turn off as my truck would go through. The only thing that scrubbed my truck was a curtain like soap scrub. There was not even a water rinse to follow. This was my first time at this location and it unfortunately was disappointing.

The young lady that was working @the alvernon location 10-13-25 830ish am is an extremely unhappy employee and is causing your customers to be unhappy. I pulled up this morning to clean my car and ask for my new gas card and immediately was approached with attitude.I then called her out on her attitude and she just doubled down on her manipulation that I was the problem. I will not be renewing my membership.

I sent an email to the company -- support@... 3 weeks ago to complain about a recurring double charge on my account from previous months and year and I have not heard back from. I have bank statements to prove it. This company is too cheap to correct their mistakes and give me a refund. They will go out of business bc they don't know how to address this and probably other problems that come up.

Take a look at my hood after going through this carwash!!! The machine drug me into the back on the car ahead of me, destroying the front of my new car! They took an incident report and said would call me. They couldn't even get a manager on the phone. They gave me a # for corporate and no one answers the phone! Made a police report and will be sending this to legal!
