Never an issue, even the $20 membership is a good wash and I use the heck out of it too! Love the high power vacuums, once in awhile they have lower suction...but it's fixed quickly by the next Dat always if not hrs later(and bc people suck up literally whatever and don't GAF🤦‍♀️)...NONE of the washes's fault! Always friendly...Always. I'm a repeat customer and will continue my membership again and again bc it's WORTH IT!

Tire shine left black oil based residue on my rims the first day the guy guided me wrong when I told him to let me back up and not go in the tracks with my wheel turned scraped my driver front rim up

Despite other bad reviews, I decided to give this car wash a try since it is less than 1/2 a mile from my business, and would be convenient. I paid $22 for their CLEAN EST ULTRA wash. Needless to say it was not worth it. My car left dirtier than when I took it in. However the kiosk attendant Carl was very pleasant. I was very hopeful that this would be a good car wash.

Unfortunately it stopped cleaning the back of my truck so I have to go to the new Clean Express on Mound Rd. That location has no problems. Thought it was just a glitch and have gone several times to this location and it never properly cleans. I’ll probably just stop my membership.

Specifically asked for the wash that includes tire shine. LOL got ripped off, no shine on the tires. $18 really. Maybe check the device that is supposed to apply tire shine, not good. 👎🏻

Absolute worst car wash I have been too! Me and my wife spend both 40$ each a month and have been with clean since they have opened. Within the last two months at the Roseville location pink soap detergent is being left on both of our cars have talked to managers on multiple occasions for there service to be rude and unresolving to the issue of an extreme amount of soap being left on our cars! This will ruin your paint!!!! Me and my wife will never go back to this location again. Again this has happened multiple times with me talking to management for them to do nothing.

It was a bit confusing trying to get setup. I'm 75 years old and not that tech savvy. The young man at the beginning was very friendly and helpful. I wish that I got his name for you to give him kudos 👏 from me. The only thing that I didn't like was the vacuums. I didn't like the crevice head other places have a good fan head on one of the hoses, that really vacuums the carpet and seats. Maybe you can get those kind of heads instead of 2 crevices heads 🤔 on each vacuum

I mostly use this car wash late in the day after work but for as long as they been open the place has always been very clean and orderly. The evening crew are always smiling 😁 They also always give you a dashboard cleaner for the dust and or both an air freshener.

It was great but I went there to get the 50% off for three months because you guys sent me a text message when I got there they wouldn’t allow me to sign up with the program because I was a previous customer why did you guys send me the offer if I’m not allowed to use it. This is the worst car wash I've ever been to. Just throw your money in the door and leave because the car wash is horrible. And their over priced keep your money and go somewhere else. I should've went where I usually go. This place was a big mistake. 👎🏽

Amazing car wash experience! Recently enrolled back into the monthly subscription for unlimited washes. Today, I rolled through and spoke to Alex (Manager) and he was very professional and made sure all my concerns were addressed. Very well maintained car wash, I love the smell of the foam everytime I bring my car through. Amazing and kind staff at this location. Missing brushes non working clogged nozzles this was literally never gets my car clean. Half the equipment dosent work at any given time. Total peice of junk compared to all other locations. The worst car wash ever.

I went for a ride on a drizzling day, the road muck was all over my car. I got a wash and 97% of the stuff came off. The machines did a pretty good job. On a regular wash, it's probably really good.

Monthly service was good and the members only lane works. Free vacuums and compressed air guns. Employees were helpful. Good speed as well. Finally, the ultimate test. I canceled monthly because I am moving and there isn't one nearby. Reasonable hold, friendly girl on the phone, no hard time given, about 30 seconds and canceled. If they open one near me again I will likely sign back up.
