In winter your tires will be covered in dirty ice even after two washes. They charge extra for each little hand towel to help you dry your car after their air dryers don't. You're expected to hold onto that wet, now dirty, possibly mildewing towel until your next wash where you exchange it for a new one. I'm off to Sgt. Clean!

Staff is swift and efficient. Trash is constantly being emptied all utilities are always working, which is amazing, some washes I have visited have half the vacuums out of service. Free air fresheners with wash, the manager, Mason, also informed me of their towel program which is so convenient! Highly recommend this place, clean, efficient, and staff is very attentive and friendly!

It did the job for 7.00 whn I only use my 2016 sentra on my days off from work use my bday gift 2024 nissan rouge on work days..😎😉🤑🎉 Im going to tell my hubby to transfer 25.00 waterway to clean express save us 10.00 on both of are cars .

The wash was great - my car looks slick again. The price was pretty fair - $12 for their version of a Level 2 situation. And the young man who served me, Tyler, was so warm and pleasant I felt compelled to write a review saying so. He even gave me a little wipe for my dashboard and a milkbone for my doggie co-captain. Such a clean, simple, positive, value-for-my-money experience. Those are too rare anymore to not call them out. 🙂

Morgan and staff are very Professional and helpful. I have a Telsla and they assisted me with how to enter car wash mode and put my car electronically in roll mode for auto wash. All the staff is tech savvy and go above and beyond all the time and work together as a great team. Most powerful vacuums in the area and this service is free to the entire community. You don’t need any paid membership for anyone to use the free vacuum

Overpriced for Basic car wash $11 doesn't include under carriage wash. Accidentally got into the members only line bc not Clearly posted at entrance. Got the salt off. Won't be back though.

This wash is super convenient and staff is beyond helpful . May have accidentally vacuumed up my lanyard and the manager Morgan was so sweet and reassuring that it happens all the time 🥲 not quite ready for a membership just yet but when I am I know where I'm going

Mannn this place was on shake today. Very irrate customers arguing in line . SHOUTOUT to Morgan for trying to keep the peace between the heat. She was a really kind girl and very helpful with helping us decide what wash we needed and the why. Also vacuums were insanely powerful . All and all a business I'll be visiting again soon.

The wash was fine but I really did not love trying to be forced into buying a membership for 5 minutes straight after I said no about 15 times. It made me super uncomfortable and I will definitely not be coming back.

I give this car wash a two because of how pushy and aggressive they are when trying to get you to buy a car wash pass or buy the more expensive car wash. When I say no, then no means no that doesn’t mean you get to keep pushing and trying to get me to buy something when I already said no. I go out of my way to go to this car wash because it does a good job and it’s the most lowest price around where I live. And every single time I come here this is the problem that I ran into if somebody says no then you need to stop And pull back. I told a manager who was standing next to this new kid Tyler and I told him how I felt and all he said was I hope you have a better day and a clean car and a smart ass way, there’s no need for that. I’m telling you what my boundaries are and as a customer when I say no, you need to respect that and back off, there’s no need for your smart ass remark after that.

In line for 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. The worker talked for 15 minutes with the car ahead of me causing a back up. Never again. Kept stopping the car wash while I was in it. Terrible experience.

Tess the 'Manager' absolutely the rudest employee I have seen Clean Express Auto Wash. He refused to wash our car bc we asked him to turn the brushes off so our car doesn't get scratched.(We have a cybertruck) His reply: I'm not doing anything without a please. Made us pass through the car wash and he didn't run the water or soap bc he said he didn't want to and that he has the right to refuse to wash our car. We came back around to wash the car again since the first time was nothing. He made us back up and leave. Should definitely not be a manager let alone an employee in this or any other establishment.

We've come here a few dozen times both individually and as a family. It's a convenient location and the wash itself is pretty solid. We had a subscription for a while and then canceled it when we had our first child and weren't using it. Since then we've been single wash customers and I have to say I'm not a huge fan of the high pressure sales and guilt tripping tactics to join the monthly subscription or purchase the most expensive single wash. While I understand from a business standpoint the training of staff to recommend a more expensive wash or joining the monthly subscription I was pretty taken back when I was met with a smirk and treated like a lesser customer the last two times I've gone through for a single wash. It really makes me not want to go back and certainly not become a subscriber. There's plenty of other car washes that are all offering the same thing. Just my two cents. If I'm giving a business my money and I'm a customer I prefer to be treated like an appreciated value and not a nuisance.

My husband and I frequent this car wash weekly. Our car comes out looking super clean and makes us super happy. Our kids enjoy the suckers and the surprise of flavor is their favorite. Employee Frank always has a smile on his face as well as the other great staff members. Thank you for the washes and smiles

Completely scratched up the hood of my car. I try to avoid these type of car washes, and stick to touch-free, because the brushes run a high risk I scratching your car. Learned my lesson today. I can't believe how much it beat up my car. Let's hope they can buffed out.

I have a membership at this car wash and honestly don’t regret it one bit. The unlimited plan basically pays for itself after just two visits, so it’s a great value if you wash your car regularly. The team here really makes the experience even better—they always wave and greet me with a smile whenever I pull up, and at this point, they even recognize me. It feels nice to be remembered and treated like more than just another customer. Friendly staff, great service, and clean results every time.

I just want to give a shout out to the crew at the Clean Express Wash in Middleburg Heights. I have been a member here for a few years now and have never experienced one bad visit. The team keeps a nice flow of cars moving through the wash and you almost never have to wait more than a few minutes at most to get your vehicle looking amazing. The vacuums are always in good order and the property is well kept. I recommend this location anytime someone is looking for a great business to keep their vehicle clean. Keep up the great work ladies and gentlemen!

Got a car wash here on 2/17/26 and this was the IMMEDIATE aftermath. Contacted the claims department right away about my brand new 2025 lease being completely ruined…and of course their response is “the equipment is not capable of causing this kind of damage” well I can assure you it did not look like this before going into the wash……all of this for a $11 car wash. Unacceptable.
