A popular spot among the elite homeless that come by to wash their shopping carts... They must be making good $$$ because it's more expensive than going through a premium drive through... Exept here you have to run around at the speed of light and constantly add quarters. $3 just to start the damn thing for a few minutes. Expect to pay at least $6 for doing all the work yourself.

Has been getting some updates like a fence but needs work where it counts like the equipment. Took 3 bucks to get the water to even turn on. The wand was broken and sharp. Only lasted maybe 2min and didnt get my car clean at all. Couldn't read most the stickers to know it took 3 to even start. Better off paying a automatic carwash where if my car isnt clean they let me go back through again.

I like the fact that you can do what you need quickly and it's open at all times, everything actually works and the vending accessories are always full the selection is what you need to get your car clean. It's the spot to go to pamper your vehicle properly.

Just spent 15 bucks for almost nothing, no soap , no higher pressure soap , no high pressure wax, no engine cleaner just water . Don’t expect any additional options. That’s kind sad that the car wash way worst than 3 yrs ago.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. I was cleaning the inside of my car to use the vacuum. Two other cars were there doing the same thing when I got there. The manager/owner told them that they couldn’t organize and needed to go. He wasn’t nice at all about it and I felt bad for them. Then he came and said the same to me even though I didn’t have a trunk load of clothes and belongings on the ground, which shouldn’t matter it’s a car wash. I was in the middle of picking up the garbage that was on my floors and throwing it in the garbage can. I said that “I was just cleaning out the car before I vacuumed , I can’t do that?” He was extremely rude and said “no you can’t do that. You can only have a couple of minutes to pick up in your car and then go.” It was very offensive. As I backed out I told him that for the record I wasn’t organizing I was cleaning my car. After all I was at the CAR WASH.” The place isn’t that nice to begin with, half the vacuums don’t work and need visible repairs. It looks very rundown. And the “staff” was very rude. It’s not worth going there only to be made to feel like you’re less than the trash you’re throwing away.

This one is a pretty decent car wash until we got to the vacuums one of them has a huge hole in the nozzle and it was pretty bent up so we went to the other vacuum and it was missing its nozzle both trash cans were full and the area was a big mess now I would expect this if the owners were not just there but they were literally just there when we were washing our car. We did find the nozzle laying underneath the second vacuum so we put it together not sure if it will stay that way but we used it. Also the mat holders were not there on one side. On the wash side of things great except cars normally have 4 Matt's in them and they only have two hangers and when you use the foam spray at the end it's not foam.

One of the vacuums was clogged but luckily there was a maintenance man on site at the time and he reimbursed our $ and pointed out a working one. The place was a real mess (which speaks volumes about the customers) when we arrived but was cleaned up swiftly upon arrival of the maintenance man. (Which shows the pride and work ethics of employees.)

It was alright till they stoled from my card I swiped an used $3 n was charged $16. That's messed up. Don't worry if I can't get my money. It's on.. Hey everyone well my rating is changing from 1 🌟 to 5 🌟. They were nice enough to refund what was taken extra out of my card. Cameras don't lie. Vacuum hose need better suction but overall really good.

This place was well maintained and the equipment was great. I love that a self service car wash has a credit card machine! I don't have to bring cash, I can just put my credit card in the machine and it will charge me for the time I use (it shows you how much as you go). I would have given five stars, but the tire wash nozzle was busted.

Cool little neighborhood car wash right. You get to wash your own car and all of the machines full of amenities are usually fairly stocked up. Never experienced anything shady here at least in the daylight hours.

Nasty ,dirty environment, Of course they use tokens instead of quarters, so when the token machine takes $8 of the $10 you are out the cash, stuck with tokens you cant use because if you stick more $ in, it will take that to. If I could find a good legal reason to shut this company down I would, and from other reviews, their other businesses are bad to, wish I would have read the reviews first!!! They ask for all the info so they can "research the security footage "but they never return your calls after that. Stay away from this business and get them out of town!!!

I paid and one of the vacuums didn't work and took my money. The place was dirty and had full trash cans that were all full. There was trash all over the lot. The establishment was also run down and needed some serious attention. I would highly recommend not going to this place in ti the owner does some serious remodeling and actually takes some serious pride into his business. Also you don't want to pay for a service with your hard earned money for your service to not even work and you lose money. Stay away from here in till the owner actually puts some serious time and effort in like I said.

I drove from Gig Harbor to come here thinking it would be different. It wasn't. The credit card machine doesn't work here either. What a disappointment.

Been here multiple times, Everytime the experience has been not good. Multiple times we have paid for time shine and hand towel dry, kids just stand and watch as water spots build up on the car. It’s frustrating and today was my breaking point. After experiencing this multiple times, I have decided to no longer give this location my 25$ and will now go to the new one on south Tacoma way.

So disappointed with my “full meal deal” wash today. My car was extra dusty from hiking yesterday. The “pre wash “ was almost non existent. The tires and wipe down was minimal at best. I didn’t expect to have to rewash my car. Unhappy customer.
