They're monthly plans are awesome and getting a car wash almost everyday. You can't beat that. If you're not happy with the wash, the management is very willing to redo if needed. They are very helpful. I highly recommend CJs and Jax Car Wash!

Even though this car wash recently changed ownership, the service has remained absolutely TOP NOTCH thanks to the tall, good-looking manager with the red jacket, I think he told me his name is Jay. From the moment I arrived, he made sure everything was handled smoothly and that my car received excellent care. It’s clear he truly takes pride in his work and in maintaining high standards, regardless of the change in ownership. The wash was thorough, the attention to detail was outstanding, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. Exceptional service like this is what keeps customers coming back.

Terrible job!!! Went to get road salt washed off car. Only the roof and hood came clean!! Sides and front grill and numberlooked untouched! Not worth $10. Even guys wiping down car did poor job!!!

I’ve been trying to find a car wash service that exceeds my expectations and I have found it. I get my car wash at CJs and have been getting it here since they first opened. The vacuum is free of charge and the staff is exceptional. Very friendly and detail oriented. My car comes out squeaky clean. Jay is awesome he always greets me with a smile and very friendly, the car wash is very tidy too I’ve been in some spots here in a Bergen County where trash seems to be flying everywhere, kind of takes away from the place for me at least. Not to mention the price for a wash is very affordable. Love this place can’t rave enough about it. Hoping you guys get the same experience I get !

Dear Manager Greetings. I am writing to bring to your attention some concerns regarding my recent experiences at your Saddle Brook, New Jersey location. Unfortunately, I have encountered a specific employee—described as a short Hispanic male—who has consistently displayed a bad attitude and disrespectful behavior. This is the second time he has treated me in a condescending manner. While I remained respectful and did not respond to his provocations, I felt it was important to report this behavior. Additionally, I have noticed that the crew responsible for drying the vehicles has been doing a poor job. Although I do not typically complain, I believe you should be aware of these issues so they can be addressed and resolved. I hope this feedback helps you improve the service at this location. The service is very pathetic, the people in front who clean the car are so rude& arrogant. They don't even clean the car from inside , upon asking to clean from inside they misbehave and talk rudely. I have unlimited plan and I will not renew my plan and wont ever come to this location.

I was visiting family in SaddleBrook I came across this car wash and I loved it. The vacuums were free which was AWESOME! I was greeted by the manager Jay who was pleasant and very professional. I went through the car wash the attendant was very polite and offered me the option of several washes. If it wasn’t that I did not live in the area, I would have joined. The staff were pleasant and the people drying my car were GREAT! If you're in the area try this car wash out, you'll be GLAD you did!!! See you next time 😊

I've been a customer for years, a car wash that's become a family business in our community. The service is of very high quality and attentive. After a snowstorm, my car was completely covered in snow, and the manager helped me by removing all the snow from my car (I've never seen another place do that for a customer). My friend and I had an AMAZING experience at this car wash. The staff was incredibly helpful especially Jay in which he had helped us remove chalk marker from my friends Mazda which we weren’t able to remove ourselves. Definitely WILL be returning back to get all of my next car washes here. Been to this car wash several other times before and I’ve always had a great experience however, this specific experience has definitely exceeded our expectations.
