They don’t hose off the undercarriage. The whole point of winter car washes are to rinse salt off of the bottom of the car and avoid corrosion with the drivetrain/exhaust. They refused my request to complete the exterior wash in this regard. I liked the general ease of the experience hence the 2 stars but what they did only cleans half of the car’s exterior.

Most of the employees there are always in a hurry ! They never appear to dedicate there 100%.The old boss lady is good but they take advantage of her ! And if by chance you want to clean your car by using one of there sprays THEY GET MAD AT YOU !! THIS IS AFTER ORDERING A FULL SERVICE CAR WASH !! They should STOP HIRING RUDE ILLEGALS !

Worst car wash ever. They don’t even wash cars correctly and also clean the inside sloppy. Please spend your money somewhere else and don’t be disappointed like me.

They were nice quick and cheap, but I asked to do the full clean but they didn’t vacuum most of the dog hair from the back seat, left some trash under the passenger seat, and I guess did a quick rinse of the mats but after they dried up an hour later, still had dirt on them. Overall price is great, but quality of work could use work. Maybe this was a once in a while bad experience

Horrible service. Although they have bunch of men working on a single car. They rush through. Leaving half the job. Dasboard not wiped. Windows half wiped. Vacuum done only for one side.

This has to be the worst car wash I’ve ever been to. I pulled in and a bunch of guys with dirty, nasty rags scratched up the clear coat on my new car. They also left dirty water residue all over the windows and side mirrors. Avoid

They don’t rinse the soap off correctly. My car always ends up with excess soap after leaving. There was soap running out of my side mirrors ans I drove off, even after I asked them to rinse thoroughly since the same thing had already happened twice. I won’t be going back there.

Worst car wash in Jersey City! Listen to the negative reviews. Save your hard earned money. Go somewhere else. It was the middle of the day and they were not busy. 2 cars in front of me getting “clean” and no one behind me. Went in for a full inside and out. They didn’t clean inside but left armor liquid splashed everywhere and the inside of the car stinking like rotten, dirty rags. Barely vacuumed. And they just throw your mats wherever they land. Seriously, go somewhere else.

They steal items out of your car not once but twice. I go back the next day to confront the manager she asked them now nobody seen it or they don't understand. "Me speak no English ".

Terrible job on the interior cleaning. I paid for a full wash, and they barely touched the inside. There was still dirt, dust, and even a water bottle left in the seat. They completely missed the small crevices and didn’t bother with the details. For the price, this is unacceptable. If you’re looking for a proper cleaning, don’t waste your money here. Definitely not coming back. They didn’t even vacuumed the seats …

Not a thorough job for the price ($22 for an SUV), had to point out water streaks that needed to be dried off, and inside wasn’t vacuumed or cleaned properly. If you want something quick, I was in and out in 10 minutes, but I’m happy to wait 20 if it’s done well.

I was just here and i wanted a quick car wash, usually love coming here but i was in a rush literally paid for outside car wash and sat there waiting 10 minutes to wait for someone to JUST come dry the car and put tire shine on but they were more concerned with cars coming out the wash bay and insisted on drying those cars first rather than my car that was just washed! I went inside to the lady and asked if i paid for tire shine and she said yes and came outside to tell the guys and still NO ONE came to dry or put on tire shine!!!! I got frustrated after waiting ANOTHER 5 minutes and left AND I LEFT A TIP. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

Cleaned my car well! They got every crevice outside and even washed my indoor car mats and vacuumed, all $23 for an SUV. They were quick, I only waited around 10 minutes worth the price for sure.
