The people are kinda nice but the store is nasty especially the coffee area trash everywhere coffee spilled everywhere floor sticky with no other customers in the store you would think they would take that down time and clean it up but they rather stand outside with friends and talk

People are nice but hella slow. There can be a line of 8 people and there always seems to be a cashier moping or straightening up stock instead of helping the customers.

Cashier had the entrance of the restrooms blocked off. When I asked were the restrooms not working he said he doesn’t open the restrooms during his shift.

You’re better off guessing the lottery numbers inside compared to guessing which pump will work outside. Good luck!

this is a very unprofessional store. i contacted the store today to speak with a manager or someone to discuss me being over charged for my lottery tickets and not getting one of the tickets. The guy who answered the phone whouldnt give me his name because he stated that they were getting scammed. Finally after i gave him my name he stated that his name was "Wright". I advised him that it was very unprofessional to not give his name to customer who only wanted to obtain money back. He that advised me that he had been only nice and to have a nice day and hung up the phone. I will be contacting the manager tomorrow.

Most gas stations I've visited in the Hwy 55/54 area are enforcing the wearing of masks according to local orders. This station has no employee wearing masks, no entrance signs indicating that masks are required, and employees say nothing to the multitude of customers who enter without face masks. I didn't feel safe from COVID-19 shopping here and won't be returning.

Generally mediocre customer service here. 5 stars though for the young guy who was working tonight. Efficient, polite, professional.

Stopped by after getting out of work at 2am and the internal lights are on, but the doors are locked, there's no note on the door, and no one answered the phone. Please adjust your hours to reflect that you are not 24 hours, having pumps turned on doesn't count as "open"

They change their gas price in the morning/ afternoon. Absolutely despicable. By 50 cents

Keeping gas prices posted is false advertising when literally all of your pumps are out of order

This location is pretty much closed after 8pm. They may as well make it the normal store hours. There's always a written sign on locked doors for stocking (even if there's more than 1 employee working) bathroom break, smoke break any of that. It's not a convenience store if it doesn't provide convenience to the public. This is a very unprofessional location and I can't imagine the Circle K brand is ok with the way this location is operated. Circle K, please note that if your store is open 24 hours and your employees are constantly locking the doors for various reasons, you are losing money by paying them while they do everything except serve the public. I will be emailing corporate soon because this is ridiculous.

Complete waste of time, drove all the way out here to find out this location is closed which is the first time that I've ever seen a 24 hour Circle K close. I've remodeled one in South Carolina and practically lived there for a month moving a whole store around and it didn't matter how tore up the place was it never closed for a minute. Pretty sure the attendant is sleeping in the back because I waited around for about 20 minutes and I haven't seen a single person walking around the store putting stock on the shelves and there are no delivery crates in the aisles or delivery truck dropping off crates.

If you see this man working, just turn around and go to another store. No signage anywhere stating the store was card only, didn't communicate with customers that the store wasn't accepting cash, dude isn't even in uniform! I made a coffee, and went to the checkout machine to ring up some gas I needed while I waited for the clerk to come and scan my coffee refill, which I have to have them do since the machine doesn't recognize personal cups (which I get it, can't train a machine to be able to detect every single kind of cup that can be used). I was the one that noticed the machine said cash payments were disabled, and I asked him for confirmation on that since sometimes the other clerks have the ability to re-enable it, but sometimes it's actually out of service. when he responded with a meek "yeah...", I told him that signs needed to get posted because all I have is cash and I wouldn't have even come inside if I knew it wasn't being accepted. Then I asked what I was supposed to do with the already made coffee, and jokingly asked "...am I supposed to just dump out this coffee now?" And he dismissively shrugged his shoulders and said "yup.". I replied with "nah, I have exact change" and set it on the counter. I turned around and left, then remembered what store I'm at and how the employees are quick to accuse people of stealing from the store. I turned back around and recorded a video for my purposes only, showing the front door didn't have the card only signs they normally post, nor was there a sign on the machine itself, and showed the small pile of coins as proof that I paid for the coffee. He got mad at me for recording and demanded to know why I was recording. I told him flat out that I was recording because I didn't want him or his boss to accuse me of stealing after I'm gone. He did not like that and started spewing off a bunch of aggressive nonsense, and I called him out and told him to say something else while he's on the clock. He told me "you better not come back again while I'm working". Which like... First of all, how am I supposed to know when YOUR working, genius? Second of all, YOU don't have the power to do that. You can't selectively ban someone because YOU don't want to do your job and got pushback about it. Your BOSS has the power to issue a trespass warning if he really feels bothered enough to. I didn't want you in any of my footage showing that I did what I'm legally allowed to do, which is pay with cash, and why I had to pay the way I did instead of just putting the money in the machine. Your actions are why I recorded a second video of you engaging with me, so I could GET a picture of your face. If you hadn't come at me crosswise while on the clock, I would have just re-recorded the first video so you weren't in it, since all I wanted in shot were the front doors, the check out machine, and the pile of coins i left next to the machine. But at this point I'm glad you're in both videos so I can clearly show it was YOU that was acting this way.

The compressed air machine accepted my payment but it is not working. The nozzle is gone. I reported this to the attendant. First answer he gave me was that he is not in charge of it; I pointed out that it has the Circle K brand all over it. He proceeded to call his manager; during the call he informed me that they do not offer refunds. It is ourageous that you charge for a service that you can’t provide and have no qualms about keeping that money. Shame on you. I am never going to a circle K again.

Literally the worse store on this side of town. Last night a girl got upset she had to ring up customer and kicked us out and said she hates the store and she was quitting then she locked the doors. Tonight I pull up and a man with a bonnet on has closed the store and said no one can come in. There are literally 11 cars outside with no exaggeration!! They just rude nasty and it’s sad it is the closest to my home. I hate this store and will never stop again!!!!

I wanted to write this review due to the service I received today at this store from the lady working at the register. I believe she had long locks. However, I came in to buy a coffee and lottery tickets. I was able to purchase my coffee, but not my lottery tickets. She asked for my id/dl which was bizarre to me. Once I showed her my DL she said owe it’s expired. It is and if she was up to date with NC laws she would have known that NC extended the time to renew your license to 12/2027. You should be educated on this working at a gas station serving alcoholic products and anything that requires identification. Not to mention she had already scanned my numbers for my ticket to be printed with MY numbers I chose. I will not ever come back to this store. I went to Food Lion on TW Alexander where I was served and not to mention I scanned my expired DL to buy tickets at the machine.
