I purchased a car wash and was told to see cashier for receipt. There was no cashier and the door was locked. I paid $17 . I tried calling but no answer. I want my money or my wash!! Get it together people!

Awful service, cashier has zero respect for customers or her place of business. Great place to park for a bridge walk, just dont go inside if you want to be talked down to.

Idk about the other pumps but pump 2 takes ages to fill up your car. It's too hot to be sitting here for 20 minutes waiting for my car to full up

Walked up to the doors locked at 5pm on a Wednesday. Waited about 5 minutes and a girl came out of the back and was talking on the phone behind the counter. Finally unlocked the doors when she was done with her phone call.

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS, THEN THAT’S WHAT IT’D BE! Monday, 05/06/19 aprox. at 14:00 199 W Coleman Blvd. Mount Pleasant, SC. 29464 I had just finished pumping gas and went inside to see if they could give me change for a $20 dollar bill. The two girls behind the counter looked at me and shook their head “no.” So I picked up a pack of gum to make a purchase. They said I could not make a purchase with cash for “about 10 minutes.” Two customers behind me: 1st customer paid with a card. The 2nd customer paid with cash... The “manager” stated that I couldn’t make a purchase because I was trying to “outsmart them” by getting change by making a purchase. That “I did not really want the pack of gum...” I asked for her name and she said she was not on the clock... So Circle K... please explain to me why: 1. You have an employee who is not on the clock behind the service counter 2. You are refusing my service after I just paid for gas 3. AND on top of it! Charged me extra for my single pack of cigarettes... I paid with a $20 dollar bill and got back $11.64... (isn’t it illegal to charge extra on things like cigarettes? Not 100% sure about that law, but I will find out.)

I really hate this store, but it is so convenient. Their shelves seemingly always need to be stocked and they always run out of lids for fountain drinks. Why did you stop stocking monster energy shakes? They sold like crazy to the point you would run out shortly after restocking. Also, in morning people are trying to get to work, how about priortizing checking them out before the typical long line forms.

Customer Service Stinks. Wednesday, 9/1/2921@ 7:50am. Young girl..No knowledge of custimwr via eye or verbal. Paid with cash...return change was place on counter not in hands. No thank you. I pointed out to this young girl...she was demonstrating very poor customer service. Went to pump gas....pump was turn on so I could pump gas prepaid amount. Went back inside to alert cashier that pump had not been turned on. She was so nonchalant and uncaring....I Tequesta a refund and left establishment.

I understand there may be a no use of public restrooms at this establishment but had the rudest experience with a cashier I have never received.We frequent our Circle K in GA several times a week so thought after traveling over an hour this was the best place to stop. Never again.

I went to cash a winning lottery ticket the guy told me that he couldn't cash it and I was going to buy more tickets but I would have to spend at least $70 dollars so I leftI went somewhere else to cash it I went back to get tickets and it was 2 cashiers in there I walked up to the counter and they were talking but he never acknowledged me so I forgot my ID I went back in a man was in line and they were still talking so I just asked for what I wanted they still talking so I just put my money on the counter and left never again will I stop there because of poor service

This convenience store is anything but convenient. The gas pumps are always ridiculously slow, the pay at the pump option almost never works, the car wash is almost always out of order (it is now, in fact), you can never get a receipt at the pump because they never bother to replace the paper roll. They also never have any soapy water for the windshield washer. The employees here don’t care AT ALL about customer service. Update: This place has not improved at all since my review a few years ago. Of the 8 available pumps, I don’t think that there has ever been a time that at least two or more do not work. And the pay at the pump option almost never works. The people who work here do not care one bit. UPDATE 11/22/21This station continues to be one of the worst run places I’ve ever been. UPDATE 7/30/24 Nothing has changed. I don’t know how it’s still here. It’s a mess!

Worst gas station of all time it’s actually comical. I work next door and they never have anything including GAS. They also close randomly throughout the day ??? Just keep driving *Update one year later* I never come here because it’s so bad but stopped by with a coworker to pick something up. It’s still terrible. The employees lock both doors and sit on their phones at the counter. I knocked on the door and the employee didn’t look up from his phone.

Yet another Circle K that closes their restrooms because the employees are too lazy to upkeep them. EDIT: Their copy/paste response shows how little Circle K cares. I gave you a solution within my comment. Keep your restrooms open because Uber/Lyft drivers drive all night and day and need those facilities. Or do you want us doing our business behind your building, making it smell like urine?
