Stopped down today which is Jan 15, 2020. Before heading to 'The Battery' in Charleston, SC. I stopped at this establishment and got myself one of the many services they offer. I was absolutely blown away and very happy with the result of what Phil's team had done with my car. I want to extend my thanks to Phil, which come to find out he's a local native to CT, which is where I'm from. He made me feel like a part of the family. I have nothing but great things to say about him and his team, and the company itself. Thanks for making my day, and making my photo's of my car POP!

I don’t need to wash too many cars when on vacation but my Dad and Brother love this place. I will usually was at least one of their cars here if I use it. The folks here are great, $40 will usually get my Brothers pick up a full work over inside and out. Little extra personal interior attention always comes at the end. Don’t come in a rush as they take their time but it pays off in the end, not to mention they have a porch to sit on in the sun, and umbrellas in the summer.

Stopped here while killing time in Mt. Pleasant and was very happy with their work on my old and dirty car. However, I noticed hours later that there was dirt all over the back seat. Luckily it brushed off but disappointed after paying $50+ for the cleaning.

$24 for full exterior wash. The mops left black rubber particles all over my white car. It didn’t even clean the bugs off the hood or windshield. The towel team left streaks and couldn’t even dry my rear window. Wont be back.

This place is awesome!!! First you drive around the massive, high tech facility and enter the exterior wash. I got the Manager's Special and saved about 20% right from the start. The staff was very attentive and courteous. Quick and easy transaction. A trip through the exterior wash is like a laser light show! Definitely not your run of the mill Mt Pleasant car wash... this place is special and high tech! You can tell the brushes are softer than most other places, so no worry of scratches... and there are a ton more of them so they get your car cleaner than most. I was so entertained by the light show I grabbed a few pics. After the wash I pulled up and dropped my car off for the detailing that came with the special. They wash down every inch of the interior, and left it like brand new... all while I comfortably waited indoors in the lobby/waiting room and watched the staff of what looks like a dozen hard at work. The friendly guy from the start of my transaction comes to visit me in the lobby and apologizes for my non-existent wait (2 cars ahead of me in line, took like 3 minutes before I was in)... and offers to shampoo my interior mats for me for free. I said sure and he was out the doors and had my mats in hand in seconds. Awesome service... I will definitely be driving by competitors to come back here!

I have been pleased with the services of Mt. Pleasant Wash and Wax. I have had cars detailed there and they do an outstanding job every time. I have my cars washed at least once a week and I love their monthly wash program. It is awesome.

They are more than happy to burn a multi year relationship when the equipment damages your car. Pathetic management. Zero ethics. Might clean your car, might damage it. Either way the owner doesn't care

I pulled into this car wash with a vehicle that had seen things. Pollen from three South Carolina springs. Salt air from the coast. Emotional baggage. When I left, my car was so clean I briefly considered charging admission to look at it. This place doesn’t just wash cars, it restores dignity. The paint was glossier than a King Street penthouse window at sunset. The tires looked like they had private equity backing. A man in loafers and no show socks asked me what hedge fund I manage. My car briefly qualified for historic district zoning. I swear it accelerated faster afterward, purely out of confidence. At one point I caught my reflection and instinctively said “yes, sir” to myself. This wash didn’t remove dirt, it erased my past. I am a new person now. My vehicle has a higher credit score than I do. If you live near Charleston and don’t come here, that’s between you and your conscience. The Lowcountry humidity bowed in respect. A dolphin probably nodded somewhere. Five stars. Ten stars. I would let them wash my soul.

These guys are just the best! I paid 25 for an exterior wash and a mini-interior detail and they more than delivered! I have a verrrry hairy golden retriever who goes everywhere with me, and you wouldn’t even know it after the job they did with my car :-) Not only was the interior clean so thorough, they actually were able to get a scratch out of my car too! I look forward to coming back here for a complete interior detail after summer is over - they are wonderful over here! Adding scratch before and after pics :-)

Just went to get a car wash and my car is still dirty. They missed mud splatters on the sides and lots of bug spots in the front. I manually cleaned some of the spots myself but you can see there’s still many spots. When trying to scrub one spot they used an abrasive rag and scratched my car
