Bad costumers service the lady yell at me when I asked refund for broken vacuum clog with dirt , she told me it's not responsabilité circle k wile sign circle k on top vacuum, i was very disappointed as taxi i will not ever visit this station rather spin station very nice

Fountain drinks are watered down and taste bad. Plus I went there last night at 9 pm store was closed early with a worker inside with all the lights off. I almost ran out of gas

This is a CASH ONLY operation. I, like most people operate mostly with digital transactions, I require transaction to go through banks to ease bookkeeping and to recieve discounts on purchases. This building supplies employment for a few people but other than that it's a useless structure

I supposed I got a scam today. I went today around 7 pm. I wanted to pump some gas. The cashier told me to use the self check out, which I agreed. I put a $100 bill, got $28 worth of gas, and $72 of change, and when I tried to use the pump, it wasn't working. So, I came inside again, he ignored me at first and he said he couldn't give me a refund because the transaction "wasn't there", nor he do anything. This is a steal, never coming back, and I tell my friends so they can avoid going there

The score for the customer service at this store should be a minus zero. The morning representative and I; almost enter into a physical fight. She was extremely disrespectful to me, for no reason. Absolutely rude. I’ve submitted my complaint to the corporate offices. Hoping to see her removed.

Cashier was rude as hell to me today. Guess I'm not the right color. Was in her line waiting when her and the other guy helped an African American female that was in his line. But when l moved out he line to go to him, he points me to her. I jokingly said I was just in this line. She didn't say a single word. How rude and unprofessional.

Horrible customer service. Younger black female with dreads working the counter, and she was having a personal conversation on the phone on SPEAKER phone while working and while I was paying for my items. She was cursing, saying every swear word in the book, including racial slurs, and talking about rapists and other inappropriate things while on the phone call. She never said one word to me, and walked away from the counter while I was paying and didn’t say a word about it. Sad to see how far circle K has fallen when they hire these employees. I will be filing an official complaint with corporate.
