Went there to get gas and some drinks the door was locked and had a sign that said restroom . We waited a good 15 minutes. Horrible service

The atm takes your staff is aware and won't tell the cashier was rude and I got call a bi.... and I'm 54 with seven grown children that's very upset she called the police department so stop me from asking about the manager never return while she is there very disrespectful

Why am I looking at a sign on the door saying masks are required, at least for customers, yet watching two men roam the store from counter to the back to the fountain drinks..maskless, interacting with two staff members who don't appear to mind? And when I called to speak with someone about it, I get a message that says the wireless customer cannot be reached. Decidedly INconvenient.

Went there just 45 minutes ago. Paid for my items wth EBT. After I left Ja or Jan, the current cashier, talked trash about me to another customer. Doubt anything was done after my complaint to managemen . NEVER WILL SHIP AT THAT LOCATION AGAIN.

I was denied entrance into the store last night by an employee standing in front of the doors blocking the entrance. She rudely said she was closing the store so that she could take a break. I had to be inconvenienced and go to another gas station so that your employee could smoke a cigarette.

The store is nice and clean and convenient, but I probably won’t go back there. There was an older lady who was being rude and disrespectful to another young co-worker and every time I go into that store the older lady is rude to customers. Sadly I will probably have to find another gas station.

Are you guys ever going to go back to being 24 hours? Because this is the closest gas station to my house and you still have a sign in the window that says open 24 hours and then you have a sign on the door that says we're closed for the night sorry for the inconvenience. I understand when the corona was at its height or whatever? But isn't it time to reopen business-as-usual?

This store is always sporadically closing especially after 9pm. Sometimes it's open, but a lot of the times lately there is a hand written CLOSED sign on the door with the lady working there clearly inside. Same thing with the other one down the street. And why is it that this Circle K and the one down the street are the only stores around still saying there is a coin shortage and u need exact change? I've given up on these messed up stores and just hit the spinx down the road. Gas is cheaper there too.

Horrible experience with the convenience store.The cashier was unwelcoming and acted as though I wasn't even standing there. She was more interested in her two boyfriends.The gas station has never worked with the getupside app. Twice now and costing me money.

Door Was Locked. & Someone That's Not Suppose To Be In The Store Is In There Free Loading On Soda & Whatever Else. The Employee Don't Care He See Me Came To The Door. Instead Ignore Me & Continue Working With Another Person In The Store SMH. Please Let's Do Better This Been Going On Since Last Year Shame.

Typically this store is awesome. But, theres one guy whos too "friendly " he has long hair & no teeth. Sometimes people either don't have the patience nor the time play his silly little games. I informed him this a.m. that " i don't have time to play games today" so, he told me to not come to his store if i didn't want to play. Like i said. Decent enough guy but completely unprofessional. Hopefully it will be looked into.

Getting gas wasn’t my gripe here. After all, I swiped and pumped. However, going inside was where I was completely dissatisfied. The line only had one person running register. Just a person who was slow. Then once It was my turn, I asked the Circle K employee about the Circle K Cash Card. They had no idea. Ok, the website clearly stated to go inside of a Circle Knto get Debit Cash card to link to account. Well I know next time, find another location for help. This one was not helpful.

Extremely unprofessional and aggressive behavior from one of the staff members (Wendy). I was a paying customer, and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. I no longer feel safe stopping at this location.

The manager that's there is rude and smells like marijuana how can they have someone like that run a store and have the employees use or have to use someone else's identification and never asking for is or anything showing a picture with birthday is against the law. As a owner of a store you shouldn't allow this type of behavior or Identity theft is a big fine to your store sled needs to be called

Rude members of management. Can’t be bothered to be asked anything. I’m not one to give bad reviews, but I can see why this place barely has 2 stars. There is one younger lady that works here that is always very nice, but the two older women who work there always have an attitude. It cost nothing to be nice at job you’re getting paid for.
