I haven't gone inside but on the outside the pumps are clean, no trash and it's very well kept. Some might think customers dont notice the little things like that, but we do!

Some kids were in front of me in line and bought tobacco products without Showing ID. When I was up next to purchase a lighter the lady didn’t want to sell me one because I refused to show ID. I think if you’re going to card somebody you have to card everybody. Train staff correctly

Just went in for two pack of smokes and cash back, I walk out forgetting my id and the sweetest tattoo guy I forgot his name🤣in there runs out and shows me my id and I’m like omg thank u so much!! Now ladies and gentlemen that’s what I call customer damn service!!!

My favorite circle K!! Staff al aye so nice. It’s very clean, restrooms are great! Can count on gas being priced to compete with near by places. The car wash is okay.

Incredibly clean and always a pump available! Regardless of early morning or late afternoon. Staff is always super friendly and welcomes every customer in the door. Beer and Wine selection is LIT! Overall 10/10 for sure! I originally just rated the 5 Star and no review, however after the owner replied thank you to my 5 Star review I thought I would fill in the blanks! Great job and kudos for reaching out to your customers! That is how a business should be ran!

I came into this Circle K for gas, and some snacks, on 7/27/2020 at approximately 6PM, I just finished my work shift for the day, but I was completely let down and grotesquely disgusted by the cashier who glared at me, because I asked what the gas prices were, and the cashier's response to me was "didn't you see the prices posted outside before coming in?" Had I seen the prices, I wouldn't have asked, but I used to frequent Circle K prior to this incident. That was the first and last time I'll ever come to this gas station, Circle K has disappointed me greatly. I'll be taking my business elsewhere, anywhere else except for Circle K after this extremely rude experience. Management needs to get to work ASAP!!! P.S. The customer behind me at the time simply shook her head and reacted by sarcastically stating, "what great customer service from Circle K, not".

Not 24 hrs. Goodluck to anyone trying to go in around 1-2 am. Noone around, lights off, and everything locked. Icing on the cake was the subtle hiring sign but i can see why the 24 hr gas station needs people cause this gas stations more like 16hrs 7 days a week.

It's quick, convenient and right off the freeway. I have been going there for years. Except the new employee, all the employees recognize myself and my family members when we go there. Also, everyone seems happy there, which shows they have a good manager. Good managers catch issues early and fix them before they become a problem and treat everyone with respect. You can see this by the way the employees act. That's why I continue to go there.

No “welcome or hi” the lady always siting down on the chair! No acknowledgment at all, guess if I were to seal something she wouldn’t care at all!!! Bad customer service from a manager near by. She needs to be trained.

It seems the pumps are frequently down. This is probably the 5th or 6th time I go to fill up and there is “no gas.”

Poor customer service I was paying chips waters I needed a pack of cigarettes and a lighter and gas and the cashier couldn’t ring me up. I had to go through that automated self check out. It’s super annoying when you are in a rush and you don’t know how to use the machine. The cashier should’ve attended me personally we never return to this gas station.

Monday I stopped there to get stuff before work im waiting in line waiting for a worker to come to the registers. Another customer jumped in front of me I told the cashier hey I've been waiting for you to show up before this guy and she just said whatever and rolled her eyes. Also you now have sign on the soda machine stating water and ice will be charged as full price drinks, because of the co2. We'll for one ice machine dosnt use co2. Also the water dosnt use it either. The manager or whoever is straight lying to the customers.

Owner is extremely unprofessional and the staff is worst. Pump #6 over flowed about 6-8 gallons of fuel all over my new truck and on to the floor. Gas is $6.03 in california at this time. Owner offered to reimburse me $20!!!! They have a video of the incident. The pictures are about 20mins after it happen, most the fuel had evaporated by then but you can see how far it got. There was a puddle under my truck as well. Yall been warned ⚠️ if I'm lying post the video, prove me wrong!!!

It’s a good circle k just sucks that they try to Force, the self kiosk it doesn’t take cash and everytime I go in there’s always someone needing help from a cashier, but they’re always busy doing other things. They don’t have time to help us so it takes more longer than normal to get things done.
