This was the go to spot for me and my friends in highschool. We would always meet up here and get drinks and snacks before going on any "adventure" we had planned for the day or weekend. I dont stop here as much as i used to but it is a good gas station

The manager was there as his young worker came out telling me to leave the store.I had my mask on and he said to cover my nose. I did. He was cussing at me. Even came outside still cussing at me. I will never stop there again.If management can't control there workers. Such a shame

There was an oriental woman, not sure of her name, but I went to buy 2 sodas and she was pretty rude, had to grab 2 dollars from my car to pay and in that little time she dumped them both out. With a line already there.

I came here Friday after 11pm on Jan 21, 2022 and I was racially profiled... Was denied service because the cashier said me and my friend looked dangerous. I will never spend another dime at a Circle K. I'm so distraught and depressed over the situation 😪

Don’t use your Apple Pay cards here to get gas they will hold your money as if you’re committing fraud when you’re just getting gas .like why can’t I have access to money that I worked hard for?! . They should stop doing that.

I bought 2 hot dogs for lunch. The girl at the counter said, "did you check to make sure those are ready?" I wasn't sure what she meant. She said there was a "not ready" sign by them, which I did not see. Entirely possible, I'm not the most observant. But, she watched me put the condiments and stuff on them...why didn't she say something before then? Not the greatest customer service. Next time, I'll go across the street to 7-11.

Some of the cashiers are incredibly rude and disrespect customers as myself and others! I get mistreated every time I come in here! I’m tired of it! They need to hire people with actual customer service that actually care! Hopefully see some change soon!? Especially at night!

I’ve never encountered such a rude and super unprofessional gas attendant in my life, I will not put the name out there but I hope the manager sees this it’s december 29, exactly 11am. The person working at this circle k has been very rude and disrespectful towards me and a family member with me. This has gone on multiple times and I’m sick of it. Being that I live soo close I will now choose another gas station from now on and I wished I was recording so this person would get fired. If ur the manager look at ur cameras at 11am so u can see for ur self what kind of person they have running this gas station

I go to this gas station often because it is so close to my house. I love most of the workers and most of them make me want to come back. However, next time I see Song in there I’m going to turn around and walk out and go to the 7-11 across the street. I was trying to buy a fountain soda but my card was declined, so I told her I couldn’t get it. She started screaming at me in front of a line of customers because she had to pour it out, and stormed off to throw it away like a child. She also often has friends who are not employees loitering, going behind the counter, disturbing customers, and gossiping about customers with her while she is working. Song has made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable going into this convenience store, and I no longer mind making the extra 2 minute drive to 7-11 to buy my snacks because of her lack of professionalism.

This is the worst Circle K in Colorado Springs and potentially the entire state of Colorado. They do not honor the sale signs that are posted. They do not deserve the 1 star I had to give them to post this review. I will be driving to the other circle K 2 miles away

I stop there daily. Yes but expensive however 85 percent of the employees go above truly beyond to be kind courteous and helpful. As a regular customer I effort to use this location va others as the service is key and these employees are exceptional.

Worst customer service…. The girl who works at the counter during the afternoon shift seems like she REALLY hates being here. I really gotta quit stopping here. It’s convenient but the service is awful.

I went to put air on my tire today and the air machine doesn’t work, so I went inside to let them know and the employee (joseph) told me to call the number on the machine so I told him that the machine didn’t work for more than a month and he stared giving me attitude and told me he didn’t had time for that and he went to hide and the manager came out and also had a very careless attitude defending the employee, she gave me two dollars.I called back to get the employee’s name and she told me she didn’t have time for me and hung up on me. If the circle k’s are going to have an air compressor that is connected to their business and they don’t care that it doesn’t work and they are going to mistreat their customers acting like they don’t care than why have that air machine outside? People have tire problems and they stop to get air thinking that the air machine works and you go tell them something and you end up getting mistreated how is that ok?

Honestly I'll drive the extra distance to the circle k on Aeroplaza. The one on jet wing is horrible. Always walk in to a line of people waiting while they have one person working the register and the other two employees are just having a conversation not doing anything to help. They always run out of popular energy drinks and the only thing you'll ever see for warm food is a two day old hot dog on their roller🤮
