Just left circle k, that’s the worst customer service I’ve received in a while. So I walk in, no help how are you today? No she was not serving a customer, she was in her phone and you can tell even under the mask she’s not serving customers with a smile just a RBF! I forget to ask for a receipt so I stepped back in line behind the customer who was behind me because there wasn’t a line. I ask her if I could get a receipt, she says no she can’t do that because she’s already served another customer. I know for a fact she could have went back in the history and printed my receipt. Evidently whatever was in her phone is more important than her job because she didn’t even try. Idk if she just didn’t know how to do that but I would have preferred for her to say that vs not even trying. I keep my receipts for my quick books to file on my taxes because I drive for Uber and to get gas rewards. It’s cool though, once I move to Charlotte this gas station will not be getting my services again!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. But there was a dark skinned lady and I didn’t have the chance to get her name, but I told her that pump #1 was not working and I had to pay for my gas inside, which I didn’t mind doing. My transaction was approved inside the store. And so, I go back in because it was giving me the same issue and I informed the other associate because the dark skinned girl was rude and she goes, “that’s how I talk”. Um, ok. She then comes out after we exchanged a few words inside the store WHILE on the clock and she’s trying to fight me because she was acting like a b*** and I told her that. She also throws something at me, which really baffles me. But you’re coming up to me trying to fight me because of how you’re acting which is/was unacceptable and she should be fired to be honest. I thought at ANY establishment, an employee isn’t trying to fight a customer while ON THE CLOCK and think it’s ok. #BadCustomerService

Literally the absolute worst service. The girl with the red dreadlocks must’ve been having a terrible year because she had a horrible attitude. She was moving a snail’s.... no, sloth’s pace to check out customers. She was, in fact, so slow, that a line formed well in the snack area of about 9 people. Please keep in mind, we all were buying no more than 2-3 items (eg. drinks, chips, etc.). Her team mate thought this long line of patiently waiting customers was the signal to leave the checkout booth and grab trash bags. This certainly was NOT the optimal time to change the small trash can behind the counter. I thought it odd that her first thoughts weren’t, “Maybe I should ring people out to help move the line.” This could be a great gas station if management hired people who actually planned to work once they clocked in.

Probably the worst gas station I’ve ever been to. Today i had the pleasure of seeing their worker (extremely drunk i might add) berate a customer claiming he didn’t pay, despite evidence of a receipt and confirmation from other staff members. This continued with the worker stumbling and slurring and threatening to beat the customer up. This is actually a tame afternoon here all things considered, and I would encourage all prospective customers to think about what a not so tame afternoon here might look like before going.

The girls are always on their phones and they don't get off while serving people. Rude language in front of customers, no apologies. The customer service was cool when I first started coming here, but started to go down hill last year. I stopped going there, when certain people worked.

Work for the city and I have came by here numerous times and the clerk sits out in there vehcile and says they are closed from midnight until 4 a.m. if that is true the hours of service online need to be fixed.

Low reviews of this place are odd. It is what it is - a circle k with gas and all that You would expect inside. The people were nice. The gas was fairly priced and the options inside were normal. No complaints five stars for Circle K.

I've been coming to this gas station almost 5 days a week for the past 8 or so years, I work near by. Over the years the customer service and cleanliness of the establishment had progressively gotten worse. It always feels as though they are under staffed and the employees are always on their phone and either don't have a mask on it it's around their chin not coming their mouth and nose. There has been gross sticky soda in their refrigerated cases for MONTHS.

I am always impressed with my neighborhood store. Living in the area, I am a regular. The store is always clean, shelves are always filled, and the associates are always pleasant and respectful. They handle the long lines during rush hours efficiently. Prices are always right and rewards program is worth pursuing. Thank you for regularly exceeding my expectations.

The worse service I have ever received at a gas station and I have low expectations for gas stations. Him/She/Her not for sure had red hair. And I didn’t get theyre name. Unfortunately when I walked to the counter him/she/her was busying showing a coworker a video. I politely asked if the register was opened bc I felt as if I was intruding. Red hair looked at me smirked and decided to finally ring me up as if I was wrong. In the end the associate went to the door and stood by the door in an attempt to intimidate me and as a woman that was disturbing. (Pretty sure it’s on the security cameras) Overall the associate was rude, disrespectful and I didn’t feel safe . And I won’t be back.

Walked in with 2 scratch off's winners. The clerk named tyy. Told me to scratch off the bar code. Never in my life has anyone asked me to do this I informed her I had a debit card and no loose change. so instead of her doing her job..she handed me a quarter and I had to do it myself. .as I was getting paid I asked for a product. What I saw just hit me wrong. She had a change roll wrapper in her till Instead of just throwing the change rapper away.... She chose the dig around it to get three dimes. I thought I have seen lazy people. But this one takes the cake.

Got gas here for the car wash. The car wash was broken. Instead of a refund, I was given another code only for it not to work as well. At least I got a refund the second time. Otherwise, it’s just a gas station. Staff was nice enough.

The restroom is closed for the night, so if you come and fill your tank and expect to use a restroom, do be ready to get a bottle 😁 that's why QT is the best option for night travelers

The staff clearly hates working. Don't ask for cigarettes, that means they have to actually get up and do something, which they clearly do not want to do. No greeting, no acknowledgment. I've never felt like I was imposing so much by simply stepping up to a register to buy one thing. I will avoid this store.

Car wash malfunctions, and staff state it's "fixed" yet there is no soap coming out of the wash. $16.00 FOR A RINSE! And staff, including the manager have terrible customer service.

I'm not sure of the cashiers name, but at 2pm on 9/22/25 that sweet cashier had no idea how much they made a impact on my otherwise crap filled day. I was so stressed and over thinking everything and the smallest of gestures made my entire day better. INSTANT RAISE PLEASE FOR THIS INDIVIDUAL!!!!!!

Since the genius at the counter could not provide an SDS for the 100 octane ... This is Sunoco 260GT and contains ethanol !
