Wish they would fix or replace the diesel pump handles. They all leak and have diesel all over them. It’s impossible to pump without getting diesel all over your hands.

I was carded for buying a scratcher ticket and showed my ID as asked but the manager named Kat/Kathleen condescendingly came over and said that they have to scan it so I took my ID out so they could scan it and put it up to the plastic barrier they have for our/their safety. Then she says technically we have to scan it on the register. But the associate that was helping me used a scanner hooked up to the register to scan my ID. With everything going on these days and trying to stay safe I do not think it’s right that they have to handle your ID physically. Why not just scan it with the attachment as the associate did? Why the big attitude from a manager none the less? She was not even attending me. The less contact I have with them and them with I is the best for everyone. This is ridiculous to have to get attitude from the shift manager. I also asked kat/Kathleen for the general managers number or information and was told it was on the window next to the door. There is no such information posted anywhere.

Twice now I have paid more for gas then what is advertised on their signs and or at the pump. Their response this time was..."well it's not done updating " and that was it, nothing more was said. They don't take accountability for overcharging the customer, not even an apology! I drive by this location at least twice a day, shopped there very often...I will not be back nor will any of my family/friends. They absolutely do NOT care about their customers!

I pull up to get gas and the card reader says "incorrect card,see cashier". So I go in and ask for an open pump so I can fill up. They say it cant be done,I need to give them a specific amout!? I say, idk how much will fill the car up it's on "E". I've been to many gas stations before and they can open the pump if you leave the card with them. He stats that there is nothing wrong with the pump or card reader and he cant open the pump. Why would I be standing here if the pump was working. I then decide that the customer service and BS was no longer worth my time. Drove to QT where they know how to help the customer! Seems Circle K only remodeled their stores. Which goes to show why QT is the leaders of the gas/convenience stores. Also made me realize, why I only go to QT. Always friendly,helpful,clean,and fast!

I came to this store tonight. I greeted the employee cashier (tall balding man). He didn’t say anything. The other younger employee also, said nothing. As I was to leave I said thank you. Cashier didn’t acknowledged my closing. These two are trained to greet customers. Management needs to show up and watch how employees interact with customers Sterling

I will never go back to this store. The cashier (Paige) was the rudest person I have ever had to deal with. Her Attitude, the way she talks to people is totally disrespectful. She's just not a nice person very unhappy and taking it out on others. Personally she should not be able to have a job that involves customer service, if anything she should be working from home away from everyone not at circle, wondering where she's going to get her next fix.

Stopped here to get fuel. It's close to my house and I had a 30 cent off coupon so I go there often. It's not the best - usually no pizza ever - hot dog supply is very low - drink area is sticky and unclean. The workers are hit and miss as far as being nice. My favorite is when there's a huge line and there's only one worker helping customers and another is 'pretending' to clean instead of helping the line. I go here strictly out of convenience. I pass it to and from the freeway.

This gas station actually has its own water filling station so that is nice. There are plenty of stalls and each stall has the room to park two cars on each side. However it appears to be a popular location and can get quite busy. The location both for the exterior and interior was very clean. The store is medium sized and I love how everything was sorted and very organized. Next to checkout, there's also more snacks to choose from and the cashier himself was very friendly.

Recently banned from the circle k for no reason whatsoever, this crazy first shift woman came outside shaking her finger in our faces you're done you're through you're done you're through. How professional is that so I look in the handbook it circle k actually backs it and it says it doesn't matter why, I mean 100% innocent and you can just have someone without proof lie and make you look like a fool. Keep up the good work circle k you're doing a wonderful job your rules and your employees reflect why QT QuikTrip is Barry and you guys in the mud. Take notes they're consistent and their employees have a lot of respect how dare her lie and makeup stories and how dare you guys even have employees that can't even take the time to explain what the problem is. I'm disgusted with circle k and it's lack lustrous hire anybody tactics. It shows, keep up the good work. So inconsistent in so many places. I'll tell you waste so much food and to be honest with you it tastes horrible anyways. Anyways. QT is right down the road, maybe you can find some of their employees to work for you with manners and respect. That woman was and still is 100% wrong, thanks circle k for all the years that we've been shopping with you. Enjoy your rating

Your cashiers need training. Buy 3 get 2 On pouches deal is a scam. Employee needs to scan all cans individually to get the deal and it has to be one flavor. Rep last night charged me 25$ for 5 cans when two of them should of been free. Wont be returning

I was trying to get gas at 10:55 pm Oct 27 and I was trying to use my discount card and they refused service because self checkout the discount card won't work and I was going to use a card but either way I got refused service and now I need to go to a different circle k what a inconvenience and the shitty customer service and I been going to this circle k for a long time now and never got refused service for gas

Everyday when I go to get my daily slushy the machine’s are down and then the fountain drinks go down next.half the time the workers have a negative attitude. It’s very frustrating because they used to have a regular staff and things were a lot better but the last 6-9 months has been crappy… the employee also likes to park at the front or in a working gas pump to make it harder for the paying customers to park or even pay for the items that they do have…..

I went to go purchase some milk at 2am. The doors were locked, with a sign saying they’d be back in an hour. I wasn’t aware that there was a time frame that Circle K wasn’t open. Upon reading the sign, it says that the store is closed due to an employee needing a well-deserved paid break. I don’t get an hour paid break or unpaid hour lunch when I work.

It doesn't looks right when I ask to buy lottery ticket and I was ask to show my ID in order to be able to buy it, and my coworker infrot of me buy one and he wasn't ask to show it. Could be because I am Latino...? Or what. One thing is for sure is the last time I stop here.

This circle k is a good location it usually has soda machines working and usually is a clean store in and outside the employees are friendly and it’s generally a good location to go to for gas or a drink or some candy it’s just a all around good store to use I go to it every single day for my drinks and gas better then quick trip if you ask me in and out very fast and I love it ‼️
