80% of the time i get gas and a car wash i have to inside to get the receipt for the wash. i actually spoke with a mgr last time i was there because he was putting paper in the pumps for reciepts and i thanked him for doing that. Unfortunately that trend is not carried out by the rest of the employees. Today was no surprise, had to go inside for the receipt. I will say, i do like the carwash which is now the only reason i go there...

Update: Employees are rude and have no business sense. They can't do their job in a manner that is competent and respectful Proprietor also had no real apology when contacted about the poor service Typical gas station. Pretty clean store. Gas prices are right around county average. Cheap fountain drinks.

Out of all the Circle Ks in the area close by Powell and Elgin. This is the one I go too. Mind you there are two others near by. Yeah they have some problems. What store doesn’t I mean, We all still have to ask McDonalds if their ice cream machines are up…. Right. Jecka, Ashley and the rest of the Circle K squad at that store are all real with us. Definitely my Go to store. You all are doing AMAZING

I pay monthly for the car wash here and it always sucks don’t waste ur money on a car wash from here , but they have good gas prices and the employees are really nice also very clean store

Prior to covid this was a really well managed store. Since then it has gradually been on the decline. Fountain soda mix ratios are horribly off consistently. You have a 1 in 10 shot at boiled peanuts. Have on several occasions seen a rack full of hotdogs and no buns. Not that it is this particular stores fault but the "you must enter your phone number" to get the cheap price is ridiculous. This is a convenient store but let's just make getting through the long lines more time consuming. About the only thing that kept me coming back versus the other 17 green and white stores around them was the Styrofoam cups. Gonna buy my own cup now and switch. I have had enough.

Cashiers are rude except the older gentleman that works there. Sweet tea dispenser is empty most of the time. They act like isn't no big deal it's empty. The older gentleman told us they should always refill it for you. If they are out I would understand. Even the manager will tell you they're out go in there on a Sunday just a little later it's filled. They do not make deliveries on Sunday, so how were they out earlier that day. I came in 3 days in a row and was sold brown Njoy pods. I come in today to simply ask what it is I can do about the issue (didn’t ask for any kind of handout, but did know I could’ve atleast been refunded because I legit have been before). The manager off bat is shooting me down saying she can’t do anything, can’t give me my money back because it’s illegal and to call cooperate which was very uncomfortable for because I didn’t ask for a refund or a new pod just asked what I could do. Not to mention 3 other stores said she was wrong and should’ve gave me my money back including cooperate itself… The way she immediately shot me down and didn’t try to help at all made me very uncomfortable because I’m new to the state.

This is my go to location. God, I’m probably in here almost daily. This circle k is ALWAYS clean and stocked and all the staff are friendly. I do have to take a moment to recognize DAMIEN, he is one of the best workers I’ve seen anywhere and is always putting 110% into his job. He is always so friendly and he has gone out of his way multiple times to make sure his customers are happy. That man needs a raise! Al, Ashley, and the manager are also always fabulous to us and this is our favorite convenience store.

Rude customer service ever!! Neither cashier wanted to check me out used the self check out reluctantly. Machine didn’t give change took 20 mins just to get my change back. only purchased a polar pop $1.05. Four other people walked in and neither cashier spoke. Super rude and very disrespectful

I frequent this Circle K and I just wanna say that, Ashley, Amy, and Liam have always been very friendly and gave me great customer service. Sometimes I think all people hear is a negative but today I wanted to just give them a shout out and thank them For always being pleasant. The manager Angel needs to be fired she’s so rude and should go to classes for customer service. She dresses sloppy too

I always visit this location for my gas and my coffee today I went to pump gas and had 0 miles as my husband walked inside to pay whoever the manager is today at 7:25pm 9/25/25 was extremely rude came and put a out of service bag over the pump I was at as I was there and was yelling at everybody that they need to go that they have to close the store down. I mentioned that I was at 0 miles. I just need a little bit of gas I can go somewhere else and she said no extremely rude was yelling telling everybody to go and I just wanna say that’s extremely disrespectful. I’m not sure what they had going on but she let some people finish pumping their gas and go, but couldn’t wait. Two minutes for me just to put a little gas to get to the next gas station. Luckily I didn’t run out of gas, but just want to say the attitude has been nasty here.

Ever since they transferred the employee Courtney over to this store, from the Toucan Trl location business has gone extremely down hill. I’ve been coming to this location EVERYDAY for the past year. Since this man has been at this location I’m in line waiting for AT LEAST 7-8 minutes, because of how EXTREMELY slow he is. Not to mention how rude he is every time you get to the counter. I used to always go to the other location because it was close to my job, and stopped going because of him. Now I’m going to have to stop going to this location because of him. He should not be working with the public!!!
