Stopped by 6am for coffee, drank the last swallow, felt something in my mouth, spit it back in the cup, it was a clump of mold, as big as my thumbnail. Don't know if it came from the coffee or the milk, but gross it was, no more coffee from that side of 421.

They Over Charged My Card, My Friends say it will return to my Account but I hate Gas stations that Do this because it takes whatever amount is on Your Card!!! It's been 10 hrs and still waiting!!! TIP: Use a Debit Card and only Add the Amount you want to use! Leave the rest in Savings!! WAY too many Scammers!!!

I never really felt safe here, even during the day. The staff were always friendly and talkative to me, though. If you're a young lady, however, I'd recommend having someone else with you, the place just gives me a bad vibe when there.

Place has absolutely fallen apart. The sweet lady Ms. Gina held it down during the pandemic and now they hardly ever have everything I need in stock. Wether it be the coolers broken down or the breakfast sandwiches not ready. Sad to watch it go downhill so fast.

Me and my brothers pulled up at 3 am at a 24 hr store almost out of gas and spent an hour in the parking lot waiting for the cashier.. after watching 2 or 3 of the cashiers "friends" come put with snacks and the ability to pump gas.. idk what the deal was but it was not a positive experience!

I actually reviewed them as ExxonMobil gas stations, but as a circle K location it's worse due to the fact that they have signs at the pumps claiming a 15 cent discount when you buy premium gasoline and a premium car wash and not once have I received the advertised discount, when I go inside I'm basically met with too bad so sad or there's nothing the cashier can do about it. I have taken pictures at the pumps and saved every receipt and plan to file fraud and false advertising against this circle K owner...stay tuned 😀

Don't buy nothing from here. I bought something and they wouldn't let us return it. That's messed up when you can buy something But if you don't need it you just wasted your money, I've never been anywhere where I couldn't return something If I didn't need it.

The cashier screamed at me that I was breaking the law by leaving the store without my items bagged up. She screamed "don't come back here" at me... Because I didn't need a bag. This occurred around 10.30pm on 6/30/24. Older female cashier with maroon red dyed hair. She also made an unprofessional remark about my date of birth when I showed her my ID. She also got agitated with me when I inserted my card for payment too early, I guess, and the machine told me to remove the card. This clown needs to be sent on the hunt for another job. She's weird. Reported to corporate.

EDIT: if it’s not Gina I don’t wanna deal with these nasty cashiers. Short haired thick lady with glasses literally just stared at me as I walked in. Proceeded to buy HERSELF a smoothie THEN went behind the counter and continued to just look at me crazy. I can’t even make this up. If it’s not Gina behind the counter, ima turn around. Everytime I go there, the light skinned lady with the short cut has a nasty attitude. There may be a shortage in workers, however we all go through things. Don’t bring it into the workplace & take it out on customers is all I’m saying. I’ve been coming there over a year now and it’s always been the same unwelcoming spirit. I don’t think customer service is her calling unfortunately.

So there are Circle Ks/Exxon/Kangaroo Express stations on either side of the highway. If headed south on Joseph Hunt Jr expressway, the one on the left allows for big rigs and RVs the other does not. Great prices, nice landscaping, and an automated car wash!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience, customer service …rude , LAZY and VERY DISRESPECTFUL. Needs to be better trained , no name tag, no one at the register and when someone did come to the register they acted like they had no home training or even acting any type of professional. I do t think she’s gonna have her job for to long definitely not on this side of town, I pray she stay safe because that type of attitude brings nothing but trouble.
