Everytime I come here they're it's an issue with sip and save program. Put in my number boom no membership past 3 times this has happened. Next time this happens I will purchase soda keep receipt and file class action suite. If this the way you have to learn then test me and I will file like I did in 2018.

Been there twice and each time sucked. Won't be going there I'll drive to Walmart and the shell next time I need to go. The lady below me is the Manager of course she'll say the place is great.

What's the deal with all the roaches and mice plus the water in y'all gas pumps/reserves? Why were the employees threatened by management for telling customers about the fuel reserve issues also? We need answers here

This place is a joke. Has a sign on the door that says “wear a mask before entering” and in front of the register it says “we wear a mask because we care” And yet, no employees are ever to be seen to be wearing masks, and every customer I’ve seen here never is wearing one either. This has been my main gas station for the past few years and I’m taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Love the people that work here- the majority of them are happy and friendly. But, the will not work at a faster pace when the lines get long- that is frustrating when you are on your way to work- but I love the welcome feeling I get(from most employees)

just stopped at 3:15 to refuel at 40 cents off. posted at the door that they were out of gas. could not even post at the pumps. just another scam as far as i'm conncerned

Went to fill up tire with air. Instead, the airpump flattened the tire. Told attendant what happened and she said she knew the pump wasn't working properly and should probably put up a sign to let people know.

9am on a Tuesday and they see the need to shut down 4 pumps and half of parking spots to power wash. I'm glad there keeping it clean but there's gotta be a better time.

Nice staff when they are allowed to work. Circle K installed self check out machines that work "some" of the time. I've been to this location a few times where the self check out scans my items wrong. Also there have been many older customers that are not as computer savvy as me that can't figure out the self check out. Where are the employees you may ask. Well they are in the back and won't come out till they are annoyed by you calls for help. I have gone to the store many times to see long lines of people at the self check out. Most of them leave because the wait is too long. Those are some of the problems with the self checkout here's more. People buy alcohol and cigarettes need to be checked for age. No workers no check. With no employees actively watching the store. I wouldn't be surprised if the location gets robbed a lot or vandalized. I can see this self checkout slowly being rolled out but there should always be a employee free to help and watch the store. Circle K should take these problems into consideration its losing them money...a lot of money.

Absolutely terrible location i stop here every morning as this is the closest gas station to my job by for the last week nothing has been restocked in the coolers it's not like they are out of stock you can see in the back of the cooler they have plenty of stock there just to lazy to do there job

I would love to find something good to say about this location. I can't, Everytime I go in it's worse and worse. This time there were 3 employees working, everything was dirty, the few soda machines that were working were sticky and nasty. There was literally NO breakfast items, at 8a.m.? That just seems weird to me. Then, we were forced to use self checkout, which personally I'm not a fan of, it's not my job I don't get paid for it, I don't even get an employee discount? I will say that this is my last time going in this location, I have zero issues driving down the street to the Hucks, they're not great but at least it's better than this nonsense.

You have workers there that are literally too lazy to pick up a six pack of beer and scan it in and accept payment. What is wrong with this company My God. Lazy starts at the top--50 bucks says any response to this review will include "please fill out our feedback form" --- the epitome of corporate laziness.

Dear Manager Sooo the last two weeks I’ve have to go to a different gas station. Last week it was you all couldn’t take cash because you didn’t have any money to give back. I wonder how much y’all lost that night in revenue then last night I asked an employee if they wouldn’t mind going back until the freezer or refrigerator to grab me some drinks that I could see on the shelf that are not in the stock And they said no they could not leave the register. Another sale lost because you’re not keeping up with store inventory and putting stuff on the shelves I’m a little confused though. How can you stay in business? If you can’t take cash how can you stay in business if you don’t put stuff on the shelves? As a person who used to run a business if I was the owner, I would be a little bit upset about how the store is being just saying.

If I could give less than one star I would. Every time I go here I walk away feeling like they owe me money. I actually haven't come here for months because I hate it so much but today I was in a pinch and desperately needed a quick bite to eat. I went in and grabbed the only item left on their hot foods rack, paid for it, got to my car, and realized it was clearly from yesterday morning, dry as a bone and completely inedible. Literally every single time I go here it is something like this. I have never encountered a gas station that seems to try so hard to neglect the bare minimum standards.
