Please contact me because I’m trying to reach corporation and I’m pretty upset with the work you did on my Mazdaspeed 3. I want my dashboard replaced because it was never like this before. You charged $4,897.20 and did a very bad job and want headquarters to know. I have a lot of photos as well. So enjoy them! Also you need to know who your hiring as well to get body work done and detailing vehicles! I’m also going to be contacting State Farm about this because I’m not satisfied with this until everything is resolved. I was also waiting for a response and no one even decided to pick up and waited 30 minutes.

Quality work; the vehicle was done right the first time without the need to go back. Lifetime warranty on all work performed. The staff is friendly and do their best to communicate and field calls/ questions. This is a busy facility and I do feel like they get you in and out as fast as they can with all things considered. A great number of parts arrive the next day, while others come in depending on their availability, which is outside the control of the collision center. While I hope that I never have to use them again, they did a great job!

Ciocca replaced the bumper on my Subaru Ascent which was damaged in an accident. They did a great job very quickly but that is not what this review is about. I use this car to transport my four large dogs and other than the front seats the car id filled with dog crates and training equipment. When I picked up my car I couldn’t believe the interior. They had detailed the car, not only was there not a hair to be found the trays in the crates had been cleaned and the car smelled brand new. The exterior was sparkling and it seemed that some scratches along one side had been minimized too. I was totally blown away. They will always get my business!

It took about 3 weeks, two waiting for parts and less than a week to fix the undercarriage of my Honda hybrid accord. My fault so I wasn't dealing with insurance they quoted me about a thousand lower, but I understand that when you get into the details, new costs can be discovered. I don't hold them responsible. But they used the care wash there and I would be very cautious, I had some scratches from the brush on passengers side of the vehicle. It was not their fault but the car wash. Mike, who I dealt with was excellent. Faster turn around than he stated and listened to my complaint about the car wash. They did an excellent job fixing my car and painting it. I would definitely recommend them to fix your vehicle.

⸻ Bad experience. Be careful. I do not recommend this shop. The staff treats people badly and is not respectful. After they finished fixing my vehicle, I discovered more defects and new problems. This is the second time I had to bring my car back to fix issues they caused. Also, the production manager is not friendly at all and has a very bad attitude. Overall, very disappointing service. Please be careful before using this place.

They do not know what they are doing. They literally had me bring my vehicle in to get an estimate and advised me to send pictures to an email. They told me they would contact me when they got the estimate ready never heard back from them I call serval times about the vehicle estimate and repairs and never got any feedback back until months later they called and said I had appointment to get me repairs done. now today February 5, 2026 the originally days of estimate was August 19, 2025. I call a good handful of times never heard from them. This is not how a business should work. I'm pretty much speechless at this point.

I definitely recommend this shop. I took my car there for and incident that happened on the highway and I had to file a claim with my insurance. I was very appreciative of the constant updates they provided. I got an update daily to keep me in the loop. They estimated time it would take was right on point. Got it back the day they expected it would be done. They even took the keys for my rental and the rental company picked up my car from Ciocca Collision! I was devastated that my car was "wrecked" but they made it look as great as when I drove it off the Honda lot when I bought it. Great experience! Highly recommend. Also want to mention the repairs have a lifetime warranty, which is awesome.

Took my car here because the insurance of the person that hit me stated they were the best and if anything was wrong after the fact, they would fix it. They had my car for a week and when I got it back the door panel on the drivers side and passenger side was not put together completely. I called them and asked when I could come in to get it fixed and I was told the technicians leave at 4pm but I could do it myself because it’s an “easy fix”. Whether it’s an easy fix or not I didn’t take it apart so I shouldn’t have to put it back together. It should have been put together quickly enough if it’s so easy to do. The manager I spoke with did not offer anything to help me get in/accommodate since I am in school full time and I wouldn’t need to come back if it was done in the first place. Definitely make sure to check over your entire car before leaving from them. Something I normally do but was assuming they’d put everything back together.

I've had three different situations that I've taken my Nissan here. Each time the car was fixed perfectly and faster than they estimated. They delt directly with the other driver's insurance company and took care of everything. The car looks new again and they even professionally detailed the inside! If I have the unfortunate situation where I need auto body repair, I will only go here.
