I went to get a car wash today and I paid $89 for the leather package and I pay $54 for them to clean the car. However, when I got my car back it was half cleaned the leather wasn't treated my car was still dusty and dirty. I am so disappointed so I go back to talk to them about the service and them manager begins to tell me gonna that they don’t do. We don’t wipe The door panels and if is anything that they wont clean it . Now it they sprayed cleaner on the door jam like i did my car would have been clean however if they couldnt rub spots off with a dry rag they refused to do anymore. . I’m just disappointed. I’m appalled at the service that I received and I will never ever go back there. I will go across town to Cloisters at least I paid them $50 they do wipe the doors down and clean the dash along with the door jams so I’m just disgusted. Don’t waste your time or money with these. guys they suck!!!!

The crew did an outstanding job removing all the sawdust from my Ram TRX! I’m a chainsaw carver and I felt bad bringing such a dirty vehicle. They exceeded my expectations and I’ll definitely be back 🙂

Paid 104$ to get the vehicle waxed and cleaned and they didn't even take the time to make sure the stains were off the baseboards or that the rear window was done. Didn't vacuum the trunk. Really disappointed because I've had much better for less money

I’m not a fan of using automatic car washes however when I’m lazy this is the one to use. Just pay the extra and do your self a favor. Hand dried, vacuumed. Make sure to get there early or you might be waiting a while

Barley ever open due to issues and only one wash bay....Please someone else open a Cloister on west side of York and crush this place. If it's descent weather, wash your own vehicle...it will be cleaner & done faster.

I would say this is a hidden gem of a car wash! I opted for their full service plus leather conditioner. I feel like I got way more than I paid for. I have always thought the interior of my car is particularly hard to wipe down just because of the shapes and colors. They did an amazing job and everyone there was super polite could not ask for better service.

I've always had the best results with this car wash, until the last wash a little over a week ago. HOWEVER! I reached out through the Ciocca website and received an email response almost immediately from Kelly McCoy-Smith. I learned that staff is available to hand wipe anything that is missed through the wash. She also sent a code for a free Platinum wash. Excellent customer service! The matter was handled swiftly and with grace. I highly recommend Ciocca Express Car Wash!

The express wash is mediocre, especially for larger SUVs. My Honda Passport comes out with the back completely unwashed every time. Additionally, the vacuums shut off as soon as they close, so don’t go in thinking you made it just in time to get a wash and vacuum your car if it’s close to closing time.

I’m extremely unsatisfied with their customer service. They do not take accountability for damages that their car wash may do to your vehicle. I would completely avoid this car wash not just for the potential damage they can do to you vehicle, but also for their overall quality of service. It always seems their car wash is never fully operational (i.e. inadequate soap or nonfunctional sections) or there are ridiculously large lines. A car wash here is just not worth it, especially with the prices they are asking for their service. Overall, they need to significantly improve their customer service towards paying customers and take accountability when things are not right. I just cannot recommend this place until significant changes are made...

Idk what happened to this place after Ciocca bought it out. I used to come here all the time. Right now I am buying some Armor All wipes to fix an issue they created. Not only did they not wipe down my dash and console, they left it worse than it was.... Some weird spray that wasnt wiped down. Horrible. Complete waste of 54 dollars.

Absolutely the very best car wash in York County! I frequent this location biweekly, no membership. I sadly went to another business that’s located on East Market Street and I watched them “clean” my car as I paid for the titanium service, suppose to be top of the line. Well the interior cleaning consisted of doing just the driver side front window, bird poop still on my beautiful black truck and spots over the windshield and door windows. Brought my other car here to Ciocca and absolutely pristine!!!! When you ask for the best car wash you get it! Yes the other is $6.00 cheaper but quality of cleaning you car is SO much better here at Ciocca! None the less, the staff are great, friendly and always greeting you with a smile. Their waiting area is wonderful and beautifully decorated with gorgeous indoor plants that just feels so fresh and inviting to relax in! I applaud the team leads Kelly and Josh who are exceptional at providing top quality service on a consistent basis to our vehicles! Will NEVER stray!!!!! Thanks Ciocca!!

Kelly + Conrad did my Bf’s car. They were super sweet and did an awesome job on the car! :) we asked them to clean this mark off the back window and really get into the seat covers…. and they did it no questions asked.
