My appointment was at 8:30am. I arrived at 8:20am to leave my truck. Service man was friendly and professional. The gave me a courtesy shuttle to my office. I called at 11:30am to inquire if update was finished. They sent a shuttle to return me to dealership at noon. Truck was washed and looked nice. Took a bit longer than was told but all went well.

Excellent service! The manager and the crew went above and beyond and made sure we got our vehicle fixed same day. Amazing, kind, honest professionals. The best Jeep service I’ve ever experienced. This crew should teach classes on customer service to other dealerships. I got my Jeep fixed in one day, also was surprised to see my car been washed. For some reason, my appointment wasn't in their system, even though I scheduled almost 2 weeks in advance. However, they didn't turn me away which I appreciated. Waiting room was great with free snacks and drinks that are actually decent. They also washed my car!

Very easy to deal with and easy to get my car into them when I needed to. They treated me like a person, which is rare when a lot of places treat women like they know nothing. I was able to leave my car and pick it up when it was done without apprehension. Since they moved out closer to the freeway, it isn't as easy to just drop of my vehicle. Still some very good people there.

We took our RAM truck in because it had a slight oil leak. When they called to report on the diagnosis, they said that there was just a loose oil filter. Additionally though, they recommended that at the current miles on the vehicle a service on the differential be done although there was nothing wrong with it. We were quoted that this would cost about $350. Our final bill came back at $645. We certainly expected that they would charge us something for checking the oil leak; however, in that it turned out to be no more than a loose filter that didn't even need to be replaced, just tightened, $300 additional seems ridiculous. We feel like we were completely ripped off. We understand that getting vehicles repaired is expensive, but this is excessive, and we will not be going back. Save your money and get your vehicle fixed elsewhere. Note to dealership: We received a notification on our phone from you asking for more information so you could look into our situation, but there was no way for us to respond to it, so we are posting it here. You didn't find it under my name because it is under my husband's. You are looking for invoice #326956.

The group at Ron sayer auto were the best and very nice to work with. My car recall repair was scheduled in the afternoon instead of in the morning. I was going to have to reschedule but because I traveled from Blackfoot before anyone notified me the men stayed longer at work to accommodate my needs and went the extra mile to replace not one recall part but two and threw in a car wash too. I have always been happy with there service and will go back with my repair needs in the future. Thanks again

Very clean environment, The appt. was for a Dodge update & I requested an oil change. I was extremely impressed with Erik's service. He provided a video as he evaluated all of the check points on the truck. He nade a recommendation to get the air filter changed fairly soon Everything was done in a very timely manner & I am so impressed with Ton Sayer's service that I have them to my family and a couple of friends. THANK YOU, RON SAYER SERVICE DEPT. I understand that there has been a post by STEVE CEDERBERG, my husband that passed away 4-1/2 years ago. Shame on whoever you are for using my husband's good name!!!!!

Service was great! We had a reservation scheduled for after what I thought was just an oil change. Turned out there were additional things to be done. They got us in earlier than the original appointment time and finished the additional work with time to spare. That saved us having to come back another time (which would have been an extra 140 mile round trip). Much appreciated!

Kurt was very nice and patient with me. My problem with my Jeep ended up being from a recall from several years ago . He found the recall and ended up saving me about $800 dollars. He kept me updated on the progress of my Jeep repair. I would absolutely recommend this Jeep dealership and repair to everyone. They definitely went above and beyond for me.

Worst customer experience I’ve ever experienced in my life.. I bought a 2014 Dodge ram I was outside for 40 minutes before I ever got help. I was ignored inside. One guy finally helped me after I bought my truck. They said they’d fill it up. They never did. They said they fix the windshield they never did the back up camera don’t work, and the shocks are completely destroyed. I wouldn’t recommend this place just because of the way they treat people let alone taking care of them after they leave..

169 bucks to diagnose *each individual item*. Planned on having several things looked at because why not, it's going to be in there anyway and they would have charged me 500+ just to check things out and when I complained the service guy acted like "it's not my fault you're poor. That's how we do it". I ended up having them look at just two things and was actually surprised they only charged one 169 diagnostic fee. Then I looked at the work receipt and they didn't even look at the second item, they just GUESSED what they thought was wrong with it. I verified that by looking at my car and I could clearly tell they hadn't even touched that item. At least I didn't get charged for it.

We made an appt for our son’s car when he was home from college for a week. We took it in Monday morning and heard nothing from them all week but we were being patient because of the holidays. We called them Thursday night and they had done nothing on it and said they didn’t have time. I’m so disappointed in their customer service and work ethic. We have been treated so rude every time we’ve tried to deal with them. Then got charged 400$ for lugnuts. So disappointed in their service and customer service. We will never use them again.

Huge shout out to the Sayer service team. I was up from Arizona when my truck had a mechanical issue that needed repairs. I took the truck in Friday and they were able to work it in to diagnose by end of the day. They called and told me a part would need to be replaced and that they had the part. They assured me it would be done Saturday so that I could make it back to Arizona on Saturday. As promised they completed it at the exact time they said they would. I later found out the mechanic came in on his day off to get me back on the road. Huge thank you to that mechanic and service manager that made this happen.
