I have been noticing that the Chevron Stores have been closed for about a Month now everytime I attempt to go to one overnight. Especially the one off of Trabuco in Lake Forest and the one off of Sand Canyon Ave in Irvine. What happened did they get Robbed or are the workers to lazy to open them?

Usually the lowest priced chevron in the area. A couple pumps have an extra slow setting so you can have more control when filling up visually. 1st choice for those reasons.

I went for a full service car wash interior/ exterior.. I have kids. My leather had drips of ice cream on the seats I was excited to have wiped clean.... nope. So I point out the 4 areas I’d like to have wiped... he pulls out the vacuum... I correct him and ask for the seats to be wiped. He wiped one area and that was it. I sat and waited, he stood there. It takes a lot for me to speak up, so I was over it and left. I won’t be returning. If a basic exterior wash is all you want, that’s about all you can expect out of them.

Beware of the checkout at the pumps, it is VERY easy to accidentally pay for a car wash when you don't want one. When I asked for a refund, was told they could not. Never coming here again

One of the worst car washes I have ever had. It didn’t clean all of the windshield, it actually left smudges that weren’t there before. There was barely any rinse so the soap dried on my car leaving spots and wierd drips. There was still soap on the back of my car that I had to wipe down. The only thing that worked well were the vacuums. I paid $8 for soap and water

Second time I come here for a FULL SERVICE for $250.00 very professional service but tend to rush things when detailing your vehicle. After you telling them don’t wipe door panal they do it. Spoken with the supervisors and all they say is I will give you a discount in your next wash rude employees tend to get at you when they know their wrong. Would recommend for a quick wash through machine but not FULL DETAIL Service!!!!

Great selection of energy drinks and adult beverages. Car wash prices keep going up but still on par with others in town. The towel service is a great addition but they're always damp. Still 5 ⭐ from me.

Absolutely obnoxious harassment from car wash crew. I was putting air into a flat tire that had a nail and I had to keep going back in to ask them to keep the air on. One of the staff - some guy named Richard — came over to harass me about the fact that my car was slightly double parked. Mind you, there is only one air nozzle so two cars can’t be filling air at the same time. He called me entitled, and proceeded to argue with me in front of my wife and kids. He was obviously bored since they don’t do very much business for their car wash there apparently. Also, I suggest looking at the various reviews here and you will see a pattern of terrible customer service. They also price gouge on supplies. Fix-a-Flat costs eight dollars for four cans from Amazon and they have the audacity to charge $26 for single can because they can get away with it. Last time we will ever purchase anything from this terrible excuse for a “service” station. How about trying to remember that you are supposed to be in the business of offering a service?

I dont know if pumps are accurate, gone to different gas station to fill up with no problem at 60...but 2x have used this chevron and 60 don't fill the tank im I missing something here. Or does weight and measures need to come out and check accuracy of pumps? Bad customer service, bought lottery ticket at this location won 437 dollars, they told me to come back. They did not have enough cash to pay, came back hour later told me the same, they refuse to pay 437 lottery win, when technically they should behave in hand monies to pay out small lottery wins, SO Beware when purchasing lottery tickets here, cause they don't pay out.

Unfortunately, my regular car wash was closed, so I decided to take my car to this location instead. It was quite busy, and I immediately noticed that they were sending cars in before the previous ones had fully exited. As a result, my car got stuck for a moment at the exit, and the car behind me bumped into my bumper. There was no one managing the flow of vehicles, and apparently, once you’re on the conveyor belt, it doesn’t stop. To make matters worse, the car wash itself was very poor — dirt and debris stuck to the front and sides of my car were still there even after the wash. This was one of the worst car wash experiences I’ve ever had. The system should be designed so that if a car in front gets stuck, the belt automatically stops to prevent collisions. Fortunately, there wasn’t major damage, but it did leave scratches on my bumper. It’s a very poorly managed system. Be careful if you take your car there. As for me, I would not recommend this place and will not be returning.
