I been there once a week the last 3 weeks and they're atm machine doesn't work, obviously they aren't in too much of a hurry to get it fixed, and one of they're employees is rude to top it off

Just a gas station with a fantastic Mexican food spot located within. I rated the food place higher because the shell staff are not really friendly and don't pay attention to customers in their location.

There should be a warning sign that says pay at the store not the pump! Do not use your gift card or Visa card they can take 75 to 120 dollars from your account even though you only spend like 20 dollars and the gas station cannot do anything for you! If you do come here pay at the store never at the pump!

Bearded middle aged Asian clerk behind the counter was chomping on some food when I entered to buy a carwash because the card reader at the carwash pay station didn't work. The clerk was rude. He waved his hand in front of my face instead of verbally telling me I needed to push the continue button on the card reader. When I finished paying I said thank you. Clerk said "uh huh". I had to explain to him he needed to thank me for my purchase not say "uh huh". Teach your staff some basic customer service skills and have them eat on their break. I got better customer service from the carwash pay station. At least it said thank you and without a mouthful of food.

Misleading Car wash add:with 8 gal gas purchase you get $1 off the car wash. BE AWARE :check the receipt because that dollar is not taken out, i always have to go in and ask for it. I told the staff who did not care at all and was very condescending. The only answer i got was "only the manager can change the machines settings" well tell the manager, she didnt even care answering. Well now i suspect the manager already knows and do this on purpose. Shady practice. Ill take out this review when they finally change the settings, until then be aware! *Update : ive been back to this location a couple of times and they have fixe the previous issue. They also now have a carwash card and you get 1 carwash for free after paying for 5.

The cashiers have bad attitudes. I will not be coming back because of only this reason. Such a shame considering how much this location has to offer with their Mexican food restaurant inside. As a customer, I don’t appreciate being looked at and talked to like these cashiers did. Never again.

Terrible car wash. 20 year old dryers dont effectively dry, so you end up with little droplets all over your car and windscreen, which then quickly collect dirt.

Tricksters shame on them! U pay cash and u end up paying the high price bcz af the carwash trick. Just look and see what the panel looks like. Driving in u see the 4.79 onlyvehen u are standing very close and really looking that you can see ‘with car wash’ . Skip such station better for your well being

March 14 11:43 pm pump 10 doesn't have receipt paper. I'm very busy and I run a business. Cannot go inside and wait in line to have my receipt because the clerk is lazy to check the machines in the morning

No complaints! I have not gone inside the store and I have never used their car wash station! I have only stopped here for gas. This is where I always have to fill up with one of my vehicles, because my vehicle has been lowered and this station works great for it. No steep entrance and no steep exits, works perfectly for my car, no more scraping in or out of gas station! Lol. This location looks clean by the fuel pumps, and so far I have not had any issues with any of its fuel pumps!

Today is Veteran’s Day. I’m not a Veteran but I just recently joined Loop Rewards after seeing an advertisement that I can redeem a FREE any sized coffee and regular snickers after joining. This morning I decided while grabbing gas I would also grabs FREE Treat! While in the restroom, I was checking my app preparing to show it to the cashier when I got out and to my surprise I saw 2 coupons to redeem a FREE Any sized coffee and a FREE Donut in honor of Veterans Day. I showed the coupon to Gigi (cashier) and asked if they were a participating location that would honor both coupons. She wasn’t sure so she grabbed Fernando to be sure. He told Gigi and I that he could honor both but they would just have to be redeemed in two separate transactions. I noticed that during my visit this morning, both Gigi and Fernando were so happy to help, they were kind and their service was something to write a review about. I had to say thank you! They both advised that I try one of the glazed or maple glazed donuts rather than the chocolate. And to warm it up for about 10 seconds to make it taste better! Thank you both so much for the help! I got a medium coffee to go along with my donut and got my gas at the pump. I also noticed that NEW Loop Reward members will receive an offer to redeem a FREE Roller Grill Item that expires 3 days if they use their number at the pump. I’ll be back to get that, haha. Thank you!!
