Car wash did a substandard job. Did not get old or new dirt off of the vehicle. Stay away.

Has customer policies that are not customer friendly. Just like every other customer in the world i dont care about your policies if they lead to negative customer experiences. Especially when the person at the register says "yeah it makes a lot of customers upset, but thats what it is"

Good restroom facilities with multiple stalls. Adequately clean. Plenty of paper towels. Reasonably convenient. Well maintained window washing equipment as well.

My favorite gas station in town. Quick in and out if you just want gas. Good selection of stuff at the Extra Mile (i.e. they have all the flavors of Monster Zero Ultra) but pretty slow at the register, if you’re in a hurry and there’s more than one person in line skip it.

UPDATE: I tried to give them another chance and when I got home I noticed rust spot all over my car from where the top sprayer dropped water on the car. Must have rusty metal in the upper sprayer or something. Still did a terrible job drying. Terrible gas station. This was my original review: Don’t use their car wash. Terrible car wash that doesn’t even dry your car and it is expensive for drive thru car wash.

The car wash was pretty average, especially for the high price paid. My car was still dirty after getting the best wash they offered. There are better and more affordable options around Pleasanton.

Love the shortcut into the neighborhood but why is the car wash always broken? Tire machine is also broken. It deflated my tire a ton so I had to limp it to the next gas station. This place is terrible at maintenance.

Two vehicles harmed by car wash. Did something similar to this on the anodized trim of one car, but wasn’t sure it was this car wash. Well, I was in a bind and went through there again with a different car and this happened. How are they even operating as a car wash when this happens???

Terrible car wash. No undercarriage wash and very low water flow. Will definitely skip this in the future

We needed to stop cause the kid had to pee. We only had a 1/2 hour to go, so I was kinda bummed, but whatever. We came up on this place, so I at least made it a 2-star stop and topped off. It's a nice place.

Just a great spot to stop and fill up. I will say, their car wash just seem pretty poor but I don’t ever get car washes so I can’t hate on that, but judging from the cars they leave I would say don’t get one. Other than that. My favorite stop for filling up when traveling from San Jose to the valley

Car wash is a waste of time. No high pressure wash which equates to a still dirty car. Gave it 2 stars for the good location

Honestly, when you think of what might be the busiest time over night what time comes to mind? Well the given might be when everyone is starting their day at 5am, but thats more morning time than over night. So what comes to mind next? Probably 2am, when bars are closing down, stores are closing down, people are heading home, graveyard shift employees tend to be on their lunch breaks, etc. So if this has the potential to be the busiest time of the night, the last hoo-rah of people out and about, then why does this Chevron choose to close down every night from 2am-3am so that they can mop the floors....😑 from a business perspective, you'd think you would want the employees of this store to wait until the 3am-4am time slot to lock the doors so they dont have to deal with customers while they mop. I guess the 7eleven down the street will have to do at this time from now on.
